Large-scale natural or man-made disasters have the potential to cause great loss of life, human injury and extreme property damage. Evacuation from areas at risk is often one of the most feasible strategies that can be undertaken in response to these types of disasters. Evacuating a large population in the shortest possible time is an extremely complicated and difficult task, which primarily relies on efficient method of traffic planning for emergency evacuation. This paper puts forward a novel method of identifying key nodes and corridors for emergency evacuation based on information centrality, the characteristic of which integrates a method of identifying the efficient nodes and the critical connectivity nodes for evacuation, and a method of identifying the key evacuation corridors. In addition, the approach of connectivity key nodes has been proposed. The experiment results show that the proposed method has rationality and feasibility. ©2010 IEEE.

Aiming at the phenomenon of road traffic accident frequency, a method of road traffic accidents causes analysis based on data mining was put forward. First analyzed the related attributes and causes of road traffic accidents. Then introduced two kinds of basic theory of data mining : rough sets theory and the theory of association rules. Finally proposed the method of road traffic accidents causes analysis based on data mining. Using the method of traffic data analysis, can improve the road traffic safety management level effectively. ©2010 IEEE.

Evacuating a large population in the shortest possible time is an extremely complicated and difficult task, which primarily relies on efficient method of traffic organizahon for emergency evacuation comdors. This paper, on the foundation of efficiency and contmgency, puts forward a novel method of emergency evacuation traffic organization using information centrality of complex network theory, the characteristic of which integrates a method of emergency evacuation corridors optimization and traffic organization method of emergency evacuahon corridors. In addition, the efficiency function in information centrality has been improved. The experiment results show that the proposed method has rationality and feasibility.

According to the fact that the application conditions needed for traditional link average speed estimation models based on GPS equipped floating cars are too harsh to meet data demands with high precision and low cost for users, which leads to the poor effects of traffic congestion identification system, a new model for estimating link average speed is designed considering the shortcomings of traditional models, and a method for identifying traffic congestion is put forward with link average speed obtained above. Then, the method is verified using measured GPS and GIS data based on a part road network of a large urban. The results show that the precision of traffic congestion identification by the method in this paper is much higher.

The cooperation of UTCS (Urban Traffic control System) and UTFGS (Urban Traffic Flow Guidance System) performs an important function at alleviating traffic jam,improving urban traffic environment and advancing the street *** it's a complex system,we have to study it with intelligent *** system framework and agent structure based on CSCW and Multi-Agent are discussed after the relationship of them was *** agent was taken as an example to introduce the inherent structure and *** key techniques such as data integration technology,cooperation and share mechanism of information and cooperative control mechanism were *** intelligent collaboration algorithms were put forward,which would realize the intelligent collaboration and optimization of whole control *** methods presented make the cooperation system of UTCS and UTFGS effectively run.

Large-scale natural or man-made disasters have the potential to cause great loss of life, human injury and extreme property damage. Evacuation from areas at risk is often one of the most feasible strategies that can be undertaken in response to these types of disasters. Evacuating a large population in the shortest possible time is an extremely complicated and difficult task, which urgently needs to look for ways to control the evacuation traffic flow efficiently and effectively in real-time. This paper, on the foundation of adaptive control theory, puts forward a traffic adaptive control framework for real time large scale emergency evacuation, the characteristic of which integrates a method of prescriptive reference model and the adaptive control system. The prescriptive reference model is applied to specify, in a short-term and rollinghorizon manner, the desired traffic states, which serves as a reference point for the adaptive control. And the adaptive control system combines these desired states and the current prevailing traffic conditions collected by the sensing system to produce real time traffic control schemes. These traffic control schemes are implemented in the field to guide the real world traffic flow to evolve towards the desired states.

Evacuating a large population in the shortest possible time is an extremely complicated and difficult task, which primarily relies on real-time efficient traffic control method for emergency evacuation. This paper, on the foundation of simulated human intelligent control, puts forward a framework of real-time traffic control for emergency evacuation, the characteristic of which integrates a method of feature information acquisition and processing, characteristic pattern set, pattern recognition and control rule set. The work of this paper attempts to optimize the real-time traffic control method in terms of both quality and feasibility.
