Enhancing the electrical performance of silicone rubber (SiR) for cable accessories is noteworthy as they are almost the weakest parts of the cable system. Two types of voltage stabilizers were grafted onto the surface of nano-zirconia (ZrO 2 ) particles, and the grafted nanoparticles were added to the SiR. Measurements such as breakdown strength, and conductivity were carried out to evaluate the electrical performance of SiR nanocomposites. The electrical performance measurement results indicated that the breakdown strength of the nanocomposite SiR improved while the conductance current was reduced. The trap distribution showed that the improvement of the electrical performance of the nanocomposite SiR is mainly due to the decrease of the shallow trap density or the increase of the deep trap density.

Static DC and PR are typical operation conditions of HVDC converter transformer bushing outlet device, moreover, the electrical parameters of RIP, transformer oil and OIP have the nonlinear relationship with E-field stress and temperature. Under the temperature gradient, the electrical parameters will modify the static DC and PR E-field distribution of the composite insulation. In order to simulate static DC and PR electric field of the composite insulation structure, this paper established the full model of the converter transformer outlet. Then, the structure parameters of converter transformer outlet have been optimized using combined RBF neural network and NSGA-II algorithm. Moreover, electric field verification calculation has been carried out under AC and PR conditions. The results show that under uniform temperature condition, E-field strength is larger than that under iso-thermal condition. The overshoot coefficient of the bushing end and barrier reach 65% and 45%, respectively. The study can provide reference for the design of outlet structure of the converter transformer.

Aiming at the problem that the proportion of new energy is gradually increasing and the frequency quality is getting worse, a comprehensive control strategy for primary frequency regulation of energy storage system based on fuzzy control is proposed. Firstly, the influence of energy storage virtual droop, virtual inertia and virtual negative inertia control on the frequency response of the system is analyzed, and the fuzzy control is used to realize the smooth switching and complementary advantages between the control modes; Then, the feedback control strategy of SOC is designed by using logistics function, and the self-recovery control strategy of energy storage SOC is introduced to make the energy storage SOC reach the ideal state and improve the frequency modulation ability of energy storage. Finally, the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Along with the power fluctuation and other problems caused by large-scale grid connection of renewable energy, electrochemical energy storage has been widely concerned by researchers. Firstly, the technical characteristics and application scenarios of important electrochemical energy storage are summarized in this paper. Then the analysis focus on the evaluation indexes of the economic and social benefits of electrochemical energy storage on the generation side, grid side and user side. Finally, in order to adapt to the landing of carbon peaking and carbon neutral targets, and combined with the implementation of time-sharing tariffs, energy storage planning problems that need further in-depth research are proposed in view of the shortcomings in existing energy storage planning studies, which are of great significance for improving the adaptability of subsequent energy storage planning studies.
