After the distributed power supply connects to the new power system, the power grid scheduling is affected by voltage flash during the grid scheduling, resulting in an increase in operating costs of the power grid. It is proposed that the high -penetration distribution power supply connects the diversified electric energy dual -layer scheduling method of the new power system. After mastering the current adjustment of the load and credible contribution information of the power grid, this paper builds a multi -purpose power system diversified power dual-layer scheduling model based on multi -target optimization. The upper layer scheduling target of this model is to optimize the quality of diversified electricity. The lower layer scheduling goal is to maximize the economic benefits of the new power system. The minimum value method can be solved to achieve the upper and lower target functions. The system schedules the optimal solution to ensure that under the access to high penetration distributed power supply, to ensure the maximization goal of the economic benefits of the power grid, it reasonably dispatches the displacement of the distributed power supply, and realizes the optimization of the diversified power quality of the new power system. The experimental results show that under the scheduling of this method, the voltage offset of the photovoltaic grid system is reduced by 0.60 MV. The operating cost of the new power system is also effectively controlled. Compared with that before the scheduling, this method is available.

Static DC and PR are typical operation conditions of HVDC converter transformer bushing outlet device, moreover, the electrical parameters of RIP, transformer oil and OIP have the nonlinear relationship with E-field stress and temperature. Under the temperature gradient, the electrical parameters will modify the static DC and PR E-field distribution of the composite insulation. In order to simulate static DC and PR electric field of the composite insulation structure, this paper established the full model of the converter transformer outlet. Then, the structure parameters of converter transformer outlet have been optimized using combined RBF neural network and NSGA-II algorithm. Moreover, electric field verification calculation has been carried out under AC and PR conditions. The results show that under uniform temperature condition, E-field strength is larger than that under iso-thermal condition. The overshoot coefficient of the bushing end and barrier reach 65% and 45%, respectively. The study can provide reference for the design of outlet structure of the converter transformer.

The fast and accurate state evaluation of cable plays an important role in the safe and reliable operation of power system. Thus a high-voltage cables condition evaluation model based on siamese-attention bidirectional long short-term memory (SA-BiLSTM) is proposed in this paper. First, the attention mechanism was used to optimize the BiLSTM network, which can complete parallel training while obtaining global information. then the optimized network was adopted to build a siamese neural network framework, realizing data classification by calculating the Euclidean distance between feature vectors. Finally, the model was trained and tested through the online monitoring data of high-voltage cables from engineering. The results showed that the accuracy rate, precision, recall rate, F1 score and Matthews correlation coefficient of the SA-BiLSTM model was increased at least by 7.92%, 11.79%, 11.41%, 12.04%, and 20.90%, respectively, compared with other models.
