With the development of information technology, the scale of the network continues to expand, and the security issues continue to increase. The complexity of the network security situation is increasing and the importance of the network security situational awareness continues to increase. The data sources are wide, the type and the number are large in a large-scale network environment currently. This paper comprehensively studies the network security situational awareness technology based on multi-source heterogeneous data. In addition, this paper introduces the origin, concept and the model of the network situational awareness, as well as the characteristics of network security situational awareness based on multi-source heterogeneous data fusion. Finally, the key technologies in the security situational awareness such as the extraction of situational elements, multi-source data fusion, situation assessment, situation prediction and visual display are introduced. © 2020 ACM.

In order to meet the operational needs in some narrow environments, the hyper-redundant snake-shaped manipulator has received extensive attention and has been widely studied due to its compact shape and multiple degrees of freedom. At present, the research of hyper-redundant manipulator mainly focuses on the straight push platform. Considering the limitation of working space, this paper designed a hyper-redundant manipulator delivered by a curled turntable. According to the characteristics of turntable delivery, a tip-following algorithm based on curve fitting and a tip-following strategy based on terminal posture record are proposed. Finally, with the algorithm applied to the physical robot we made, we successfully realized the tip-following motion control of the hyper-redundant manipulator.

The intermittency of renewable energy generation and the randomness of power load variations lead to voltage and frequency fluctuations among the interconnected power system. In this study, a control strategy based on sliding mode control theory and disturbance observer is proposed for the multi-area power system with parameter uncertainties to handle load frequency control. By choosing an appropriate integral-type sliding-mode surface and reaching law, a sliding-mode load frequency controller is constructed. In order to reduce the influence of uncertainties, a disturbance observer is designed to estimate lumped disturbances. On this basis, the sliding mode controller is reconstructed to provide better control effect. And the improved honey badger algorithm is used to tune out the optimal parameters of the designed controller. Simulation studies are carried out on a two-region reference system and an unequal capacity three-area power system with nonlinearity connected wind turbine generators to illustrate the favorable performance of the power system under the proposed control strategy. The comparison results show that the proposed control method possesses excellent frequency control ability under the uncertainty of load disturbance, wind power fluctuations and parameter uncertainties. And it also achieves efficient frequency control under a certain range of communication delay. © 2022, IAENG International Journal of Applied Mathematics. All Rights Reserved.

This paper is concerned with the problem of stabilizing continuous-time linear time-invariant systems subject to quantization and Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks. In this context, two DoS-induced challenges emerge with the design of resilient encoding schemes, namely, the coupling between encoding strategies of different signals, and the synchronization between the encoder and decoder. To address these challenges, a novel structure that is equipped with a deadbeat controller as well as a delicate transmission protocol for the input and output channels, co-designed leveraging the controllability index, is put forward. When both input and output channels are subject to DoS attacks and quantization, the proposed structure is shown able to decouple the encoding schemes for input, output, and estimated output signals. This property is further corroborated by designing encoding schemes as well as conditions that ensure exponential stability of the closed-loop system. On the other hand, when only the output channel is subject to network phenomenon, the proposed structure can achieve exponential stabilization without acknowledgment (ACK) signals, in contrast to existing ACK-based results. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the practical merits of the proposed approach as well as the theory. © 2021, CC BY.

Computer network technology has been increasingly infiltrated into the industrial control system and made the security problems more complex and changeable. Network security situation awareness technology can perceive the real-time threats that the network faced, and provide reliable basis for decision-making. This paper mainly focuses on the situation assessment and introduces finite state machine and fuzzy logic theory. Finite state machine can intuitively show the internal state transition of the industrial control system and detect the malicious packet attack's type and severity. Fuzzy logic balances the semantic fuzziness and event uncertainty in the process of situation assessment, fuses the output data of the state machine and obtains the threat level which is helpful for decision analysis. Proved, the method proposed in this paper can give a reasonable and accurate security assessment of industrial control system. © 2019 IEEE.

Dynamic wireless power transfer (DWPT) of electric vehicles (EVs) is considered as an economic and effective solution on traffic electrification. However, the coupling coefficient between the transmitting and receiving coils changes dynamically with the movement of EV, resulting in a sharp drop in energy transfer power and efficiency. In this case, the double closed loop controller with current sharing of interleaved DC/DC converter is proposed to against coupling coefficient variation. And two layers double D coil structure is presented to make the distribution of magnetic density and temperature more uniform. Moreover, Simulation studies are carried out in PLECS to verify the proposed strategy in DWPT system. Results show that the proposed algorithm can not only significantly improve the energy transfer power and efficiency, but also ensure the current sharing of interleaved DC/DC converter, so as to enhance the robustness and stability of DWPT system.

In recent years, scholars have conducted in-depth researches on the robustness, structural vulnerability, and detection and identification of devices in cyberspace from different perspectives such as complex networks and cyberspace resource mapping. Aiming at the problem of identifying important nodes on a large-scale Internet, a CETCRank algorithm for identifying important Internet nodes based on unsupervised learning is proposed. When the algorithm analyzes the attributes of each cyberspace equipment, it not only considers the graph structure characteristics based on the network topology, but also integrates the threat metric of cyberspace equipment. Based on the hypothesis of the cyber attack model, the effective identification of important nodes in the Internet can be realized by integrating the node attributes into the constructed Markov chain model. Experiments show that the time and space complexity of the CETCRank algorithm is suitable for analyzing large-scale Internet, and the recognition performance of important nodes is better than the PageRank algorithm. © 2020 ACM.

This study offers a visionary approach to revolutionizing intelligent transportation systems by leveraging the synergistic relationship between IVs and IVCs.
