With the access of large-scale new energy and power electronic equipment,as well as the influence of various random uncertain factors,the analysis and control of dynamic security of large power grids become particularly difficult,so it is of great practical significance to study the disturbance propagation characteristics of complex power *** is an important parameter that affects the security of power systems,and the voltage phase trajectory contains abundant power grid ***,based on the measured data,this paper quantitatively describes the characteristics of dynamic space-time distribution of the voltage,and numerically reveals the different influences of disturbance on different nodes and the characteristics of disturbance ***,the geometric characteristics of the measured voltage phase trajectory are mined,the new trajectory distance is defined,the characteristic trajectory plane is constructed,and the spatio-temporal evolution law of voltage phase trajectory is *** the sequel,through the density-based DBSCAN clustering method,the characteristic tracks of voltage movement are clustered and analyzed,and the temporal and spatial correlation characteristics of voltage movement trends of each node are measured,and the law of disturbance propagation is ***,based on the measured data of IEEE 39-bus system,the simulation analysis is carried out,and the effectiveness of the presented algorithm is verified.

In the context of unstructured and unknown environment, the autonomous navigation still faces many challenges, such as assessing rough terrain and deciding how to safely navigate complex terrain. In this work, we propose a robust and practical off-road navigation framework that has been successfully deployed on a vibroseis truck for land exploration. First, in degraded wild scenes, a tightly coupled lidar-GNSS-inertial fusion odometry and mapping framework is adopted to construct a local point cloud map around the vehicle in real-time and provide precise localization. Then, based on amplitude-frequency characteristic analysis and point cloud PCA, a multi-layer terrain assessment map containing terrain roughness, obstacles and slope information is obtained. Finally, combining Gaussian distribution based adaptive sampler and Bayesian sequentially updated proposal distribution, a local graph is efficiently built to obtain multiple path solutions under constrained conditions. Both simulations and field experiments show that the proposed navigation framework can decide how to travel on a flat road even in harsh terrain conditions, naturally suppressing frequent attitude angle changes and preventing vehicle accidents.

The tracker based on Siamese neural network is currently a technical method with high accuracy in the tracking *** the introduction of transformer in the visual tracking field, the attention mechanism has gradually emerged in tracking ***, due to the characteristics of attention operation, Transformer usually has slow convergence speed, and its pixel-level correlation discrimination in tracking is more likely to lead to overfitting, which is not conducive to long-term tracking. A brand new framework FAT was designed, which is the improvement of MixFormer. The operation for simultaneous feature extraction and target information integration in MixFormer is retained, and the Mixing block is introduced to suppress the background as much as possible before the information interaction. In addition, a new operation is designed: the result of region-level crosscorrelation is used as a guidance to help the learning of pixel-level cross-correlation in attention, thereby accelerating the model convergence speed and enhancing the model generalization. Finally, a joint loss function is designed to further improve the accuracy of the model. Experiments show that the presented tracker achieves excellent performance on five benchmark datasets.

Sequential fusion estimation for multisensor systems with non-Gaussian noises

The sequential fusion estimation for multisensor systems disturbed by non-Gaussian but heavytailed noises is studied in this paper. Based on multivariate t-distribution and the approximate t-filter,the sequential fusion algorithm is presented. The performance of the proposed algorithm is analyzed and compared with the t-filter-based centralized batch fusion and the Gaussian Kalman filter-based optimal centralized fusion. Theoretical analysis and exhaustive experimental analysis show that the proposed algorithm is effective. As the generalization of the classical Gaussian Kalman filter-based optimal sequential fusion algorithm, the presented algorithm is shown to be superior to the Gaussian Kalman filter-based optimal centralized batch fusion and the optimal sequential fusion in estimation of dynamic systems with non-Gaussian noises.

Dynamic state Estimation for Power System with Communication Constraint Using Event-Triggered Cubature Kalman Filter

Accurate dynamic state estimation plays an important role in power systems. Although various filtering algorithms, such as unscented Kalman filter (UKF) and particle filter (PF), have been proposed based on phasor measurement units (PMUs), they occupy a huge communication bandwidth without specific concern, which puts heavy burden on the communication network especially when wireless communications are widely applied in smart grids. In order to relieve this communication burden, the event-triggered cubature Kalman filter (ETCKF) is proposed based on the stochastic event-triggered schedule in this paper, which guarantees that only the measurements containing innovational information are transmitted and has advantages over other event-triggered schedules, such as the deterministic event-triggered schedule, since it can maintain the Gaussian property of the conditional distribution of the system state. Based on the developed nonlinear event-triggered schedule, the cubature Kalman filter (CKF), using the third-degree spherical-radial cubature rule, further provides more accurate estimation than UKF and has lower computational complexity than PF. The proposed filter can effectively reduce the communication rate while ensuring the accuracy of filtering. Finally, the standard IEEE 39-bus system is utilized to verify the feasibility and performance of the proposed method. © 2020 Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology

This paper investigates the recursive filtering (RF) problem for stochastic multi-rate (MR) systems, where the information transmission is regulated by an improved weighted try-once-discard protocol (IWTODP). In order to reduce communication overhead and mitigate network congestion, the IWTODP is firstly proposed and designed to schedule the order of data transmission from the sensors. The main objective of this paper is to design a new RF scheme to minimize the upper bound (UB) on the filtering error (FE) covariance in each iteration step in the presence of IWTODP and MR sampling. In particular, an iterative way is given to provide the expression form of the gain of RF. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed RF method is illustrated through simulation example. © 2024 IEEE.

As the complexity of the power system continues to increase, the frequency of the power system anomalies is on the rise. These anomalies have significant and widespread impacts on the stability of the power grid. Therefore, the rapid and accurate classification of these anomalies is crucial in preventing their further propagation and mitigating potential economic losses. This study presents an algorithm based on Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) data for monitoring the state of power systems and identifying the types of anomalies. First, a dataset for anomaly event classification is created based on PMU data, which is used to train and validate the anomaly event classification model. Subsequently, a robust anomaly event classification model is constructed, consisting of a residual module with one-dimensional Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and a cascaded fully connected neural network classifier. This algorithm has undergone rigorous testing in the IEEE New England 39 bus test system, demonstrating exceptional event recognition accuracy.

Inspired by the robust student t-distribution based nonlinear filter(RSTNF), a student tdistribution and unscented transform(UT) based filter for state estimation of heavy-tailed nonlinear dynamic systems, a modified RSTNF for intermittent observations is derived. The fusion estimation for nonlinear multisensor systems with intermittent observations and heavy-tailed measurement and process noises is *** this work, the centralized fusion, the sequential fusion, and the na¨?ve distributed fusion algorithms are presented, respectively. Theoretical analysis shows that the presented algorithms are effective, which are the efficient extension of the classical unscented Kalman filter(UKF) or the cubature Kalman filter(CKF) based algorithms with Gaussian noises. Simulation results show that the presented algorithms are effective and feasible.

In order to guarantee autonomous vehicles' autonomy, mobility, and ride quality in rugged environments, a real-time speed planning method based on the time-frequency transformation of terrain characteristics is designed to achieve adaptive speed planning of autonomous vehicles in rough ground. On the one hand, the vertical profile of the lidar's point cloud data is converted from the time domain to the frequency domain in real time, and the integrated area of the sub-frequency range in the frequency domain is chosen as the relative roughness quantification value to realize the roughness quantification under various terrains. On the other hand, to model the relationship between vehicle speed and relative roughness, iterative search is utilized to create a speed and roughness model, and sliding windows are employed to update the roughness to achieve continuous mapping between speed and roughness. Ultimately, a number of tests were conducted on various rough roads using the oil exploration vehicle EV-56 as the study object. The experimental results show that the proposed method can identify the terrain roughness changes under complex terrain and change their speed within 0.2 m accuracy.
