As an important task of video enhancement,a lot of video stabilization methods have been *** in many real-world applications,especially the systems with human-computer interactions,existing methods only remove camera motion in stabilized frames,the remaining object motion will also lead to deviations in manual *** this paper,we collect practical hand drawn bounding boxes which have been shown to contain serious *** we propose a target-focused video stabilization method consisting of a proposal-based detection component and a trackingbased motion estimation *** experiments demonstrate our method can remove camera jitter and target motion simultaneously,and also offer users a friendly and effective way to draw accurate target regions.

Coalition formation is an important coordination problem in multi-agent systems, and a proper description of collaborative abilities for agents is the basic and key precondition in handling this problem. In this paper, a model of task-oriented collaborative abilities is established, where five task-oriented abilities are extracted to form a collaborative ability vector. A task demand vector is also described. In addition, a method of coalition formation with stochastic mechanism is proposed to reduce excessive competitions. An artificial intelligent algorithm is proposed to compensate for the difference between the expected and actual task requirements, which could improve the cognitive capabilities of agents for human commands. Simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed model and the distributed artificial intelligent algorithm.

For engineering applications,the existing method of calculating the braking torque is more ***,the calculation method depends on the internal structure parameters which are often difficult to ***,the calculational method of braking torque using least square method based on assumption of cylindrical ring(CR-LS) is proposed in this *** to calculation methods of eddy current braking devices,The CR-LS assumes that the eddy current is distributed as a cylindrical ring with the same width as the tooth tip of the *** current values are worked out by conversion *** the employ of LS,unknown internal structure parameters of dynamometer in formula are *** makes the formula use in industrial control with *** experimental verification,the formula obtained by CR-LS was simple and available,and calculation results had minor errors in contrast with output values of actual *** CR-LS can be applied in actual engineering calculations of dynamometer.

Background: systems Medicine is a novel approach to medicine, that is, an interdisciplinary field that considers the human body as a system, composed of multiple parts and of complex relationships at multiple levels, and further integrated into an environment. Exploring systems Medicine implies understanding and combining concepts coming from diametral different fields, including medicine, biology, statistics, modeling and simulation, and data science. Such heterogeneity leads to semantic issues, which may slow down implementation and fruitful interaction between these highly diverse fields. Methods: In this review, we collect and explain more than100 terms related to systems Medicine. These include both modeling and data science terms and basic systems medicine terms, along with some synthetic definitions, examples of applications, and lists of relevant references. Recently deep learning based architectures have been widely deployed in many problems of artificial intelligence. Among deep learning models, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) have been reported in numerous successful applications such as object recognition, and natural language processing. The convolutional neural networks are trained by back-propagating the classification error using the Back-Propagation (BP) algorithm, which requires a large amount of data and slows the training process. To overcome these difficulties, a new fast and accurate approach based on Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) to train any convolutional neural network has been proposed. The developed framework (ELM-CNN) is based on the concept of auto-encoding to learn the convolutional filters with biases, by reconstructing the normalized input and the intercept term. In this paper, systematic comparison with traditional back-propagation based training method (BP-CNN) has been made with respect to two aspects qualitative and quantitative. The experimental results on the popular MNIST dataset show that the ELM-CNN algorithm achieves competitive results in terms of generalization performance and up to 16 times faster than the back-propagation based training of CNN.

Stability of linear systems with sawtooth input delay and predictor-based controller

In this paper, the stability of linear systems with sawtooth input delay widely existing in networked systems and predictor-based controller is considered. Under the assumption that there exists an instant where the input delay is zero, a necessary and sufficient condition is obtained to guarantee the exponential stability of the closed-loop system, that is, the closed-loop system is stable if and only if the matrix A + B K is Hurwitz. Two simulation examples are given to confirm the validity of the obtained results.

In this study, the problem of designing a stochastic optimal controller for sampled-data systems whose sampling interval is subjected to a certain probability distribution is addressed. To design the controller, the Kronecker product operation and the Vandermonde matrix were introduced. A design method of the stochastic optimal controller is proposed. It is shown that the controller guarantee that the closed-loop system has exponentially mean square stability. Finally, the simulation results illustrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.

Thermoelectric generators（TEGs） directly convert heat energy into electricity for power-supplying sensors and other portable electronic *** this paper,a maximum power point tracking（MPPT） controller in the modified perturb and observe（P＆O） algorithm was designed on the basis of analyzing the output characteristics of the TEG *** MPPT controller consists of a voltage sensor,a current sensor,a microcontroller and a SEPIC converter,which keeps the operating point of the thermoelectric generator tracking the maximum power point（MPP）.The thermoelectric generator was heated to generate electricity,and a supercapacitor accumulated that *** results using the MPPT controller present that the thermoelectric generator’s output voltage achieves around 5V,the output power achieves upward of 2W when the temperature difference △T=75℃,and the operating point of the thermoelectric generator accurately tracks the MPP with a tracking efficiency of 99.8%;the charging power can be improved 89.65%.

This paper investigates a distributed finite-time attitude synchronization and tracking problem of multiple spacecraft when a time varying reference signal is available to only a subset of group *** Rodrigues parameters are used for attitude representation.A two layer sliding mode surface with fast non-singular terminal sliding mode surface（FNTSMS） as the inner layer and terminal sliding mode surface（TSMS） as the outer layer is used to create a full order sliding mode *** proposed distributed attitude coordination control law guarantees attitude synchronization and tracking as long as their exists atleast one spacecraft that has a direct access to the virtual leader’s time varying ***-time stability of the closed loop system is guaranteed by Lyapunov-based stability *** results are presented to validate the performance of the proposed control strategy.

In practical problems, the dynamic systems are usually nonlinear. In this case, the traditional Kalman filter cannot be used for state estimation or fault detection. The two typical extension based on Kalman filtering framework is the Extended Kalman Filter(EKF) and the Unscented Kalman Filter(UKF). Theoretically speaking, UKF is better than EKF when estimation accuracy is concerned, especially for high degree nonlinear cases. This paper is concerned with the state estimation and fault detection problem for a class of nonlinear dynamic systems. A novel fault detection and analyse method is presented based on the period residual of EKF and UKF. For different kind of faults, mainly, the system parameter error, the sensor/data error, EKF and UKF are used, and the estimation and fault detection effects are compared and analyzed.
