The conference program committee had a very challenging task of choosing high quality submissions. Each paper was peer reviewed by several independent referees of the program committee and, based on the recommendation of the reviewers, 43 papers were finally accepted. This paper proposes key SaaS (software-as-a-Service) design strategies for those SaaS systems that run on top of a commercial PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) system such as GAE (Google App Engine)[1]. Specifically, this paper proposes a model-based approach for customization, multi-tenancy architecture, scalability, and redundancy & recovery techniques for GAE. The ACDATER (Actors, Conditions, Data, Actions, Timing, Events, and Relationship) model is used for various features, and then automated code generation is used to generate code based on the model specified. Simulation can be performed to ensure correctness before deployment.

Compared with flat routing protocols, clustering is a fundamental performance improvement technique in wireless sensor networks, which can increase network scalability and lifetime. In this paper, we integrate the multi-hop technique with a backoff-based clustering algorithm to organize sensors. By using an adaptive backoff strategy, the algorithm not only realizes load balance among sensor node, but also achieves fairly uniform cluster head distribution across the network. Simulation results also demonstrate our algorithm is more energy-efficient than classical ones. Our algorithm is also easily extended to generate a hierarchy of cluster heads to obtain better network management and energy-efficiency.

With the development of Internet technology and human computing, the computing environment has changed dramatically over the last three decades. Cloud computing emerges as a paradigm of Internet computing in which dynamical, scalable and often virtuMized resources are provided as services. With virtualization technology, cloud computing offers diverse services (such as virtual computing, virtual storage, virtual bandwidth, etc.) for the public by means of multi-tenancy mode. Although users are enjoying the capabilities of super-computing and mass storage supplied by cloud computing, cloud security still remains as a hot spot problem, which is in essence the trust management between data owners and storage service providers. In this paper, we propose a data coloring method based on cloud watermarking to recognize and ensure mutual reputations. The experimental results show that the robustness of reverse cloud generator can guarantee users' embedded social reputation identifications. Hence, our work provides a reference solution to the critical problem of cloud security.

The lasting evolution of computing environment, softwareengineering and interaction methods leads to cloud computing. Cloud computing changes the configuration mode of resources on the Internet and all kinds of resources are virtualized and provided as services. Mass participation and online interaction with social annotations become usual in human daily life. People who own similar interests on the Internet may cluster naturally into scalable and boundless communities and collective intelligence will emerge. Human is taken as an intelligent computing factor, and uncertainty becomes a basic property in cloud computing. Virtualization, soft computing and granular computing will become essential features of cloud computing. Compared with the engineering technological problems of IaaS (Infrastructure as a service), PaaS (Platform as a Service) and SaaS (software as a Service), collective intelligence and uncertain knowledge representation will be more important frontiers in cloud computing for researchers within the community of intelligence science.
