This paper presents a 60-90 GHz (E-band) ×6 multiplier with a minimum of 40 dBc 5th and 7th harmonics rejection, 20 dBc 8th harmonic rejection, and a peak saturated output power of 7.9 dBm. The ×6 multiplier comprises a 20-30 GHz frequency doubler, driver amplifiers, and an E-band frequency tripler. The input adopts a push-push architecture-based doubler, effectively ensuring the odd-order harmonics suppression. The output is a tripler based on antiparallel diodes pair (APDP) topology that includes a pair of power enhancement T-lines, effectively improving output impedance and power of the chain. To effectively expand the bandwidth of the frequency multiplier chain, driver amplifiers integrated with an RC negative feedback network are inserted. Furthermore, to further bolster harmonics rejection performance, a compact filter is integrated. © 2024 IEEE.

A Novel Model Predictive Control for Quasi Z-Source Inverter to Eliminate Negative Influence of Inductor Current Ripple on Output Current

The dead-beat control inherits the high control precision and the fast dynamic response of model predictive control (MPC). In many literatures, the dc-side current of the quasi Z-source inverter (qZSI) using the dead-beat control is regarded as an irrelevant variable to the ac-side current. In this article, a completely opposite conclusion about the relationship between the dc-side current and the ac-side current of the qZSI is given through the analysis of the output power and the inductor current error of the qZSI. The mechanism of how the inductor current of the qZSI affects the control accuracy of the output current is explored. The conclusion indicates that the control error in the average value of the inductor current leads to a deviation in the amplitude of the output current. To improve the control accuracy of the inductor current and the output current, a novel MPC is proposed for the qZSI. Based on the area method and the error symmetry principle, the average value of the inductor current in one control cycle can be equal to its reference value. Therefore, a complete match between the input power and the output power can ensure that the output current follows its reference very well. The experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method in improving the steady-state performance. © 1986-2012 IEEE.

Vulnerabilities are disclosed with corresponding patches so that users can remediate them in time. However, there are instances where patches are not released with the disclosed vulnerabilities, causing hidden dangers, especially if dependent software remains uninformed about the affected code repository. Hence, it is crucial to automatically locate security patches for disclosed vulnerabilities among a multitude of commits. Despite the promising performance of existing learning-based localization approaches, they still suffer from the following limitations: (1) They cannot perform well in data scarcity scenarios. Most neural models require extensive datasets to capture the semantic correlations between the vulnerability description and code commits, while the number of disclosed vulnerabilities with patches is limited. (2) They struggle to capture the deep semantic correlations between the vulnerability description and code commits due to inherent differences in semantics and characters between code changes and commit messages. It is difficult to use one model to capture the semantic correlations between vulnerability descriptions and code commits. To mitigate these two limitations, in this paper, we propose a novel security patch localization approach named Prom VPat, which utilizes the dual prompt tuning channel to capture the semantic correlation between vulnerability descriptions and commits, especially in data scarcity (i.e., few-shot) scenarios. We first input the commit message and code changes with the vulnerability description into the prompt generator to generate two new inputs with prompt templates. Then, we adopt a pre-trained language model (i.e., PLM) as the encoder, utilize the prompt tuning method to fine-tune the encoder, and generate two correlation probabilities as the semantic features. In addition, we extract 26 handcrafted features from the vulnerability descriptions and the code commits. Finally, we utilize the attention mechanism to fuse the

Multi-object tracking is a crucial task in computer vision, but it faces significant challenges due to complex scenes and interactions between tracked objects. To address these challenges, we propose a complex movement-based spatial attribute tracking model (SACM). First, to enhance target detection, the model extracts both global and local features from the input feature maps to capture detailed spatial location information between different targets. Second, to strengthen the positional association of the same target across consecutive frames, position information from the previous frame is incorporated into the current frame, improving occlusion handling. Finally, a new target matching method is developed within the tracker, leveraging spatial relationships among targets to achieve precise matching of overlapping objects. Experimental results show that, compared to FairMOT, SACM achieves a 3.7% improvement in HOTA and a 4.8% improvement in IDF1 on the DanceTrack dataset. On the MOT17 dataset, SACM also improves HOTA by 3.7% and IDF1 by 4.8%. Furthermore, SACM achieves a processing speed of 30.5 FPS on a single GPU, resulting in improved tracking performance. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

A slender rod suffers global vibration in *** this study,we present the experimental,numerical,and theoretical studies of the axial responses of a 316 stainless steel rod during vertical impact with a rigid *** the contact models and the one-dimensional(1D)wave equation,we first develop a semi-analytical vertical impact model for the rods based on a unified theoretical framework,which considers different geometries of the impacting end including the hemispherical nose,the truncated conical nose,and the flat ***,we perform free-drop experiments on these rods and numerical simulations to verify the theoretical *** results show that the strain-rate effect hardens the rod nose and should not be ignored even at a velocity as low as a few meters per *** the proposal of a dynamic correction factor to adjust the quasi-static contact model,the theoretical,numerical,and experimental results agree well with one ***,the threedimensional(3D)FEM simulations show that the slight deviations between the experimental and the predicted results are due to the slight obliqueness of the rods in the ***,we leverage the theoretical tool and FEM simulations to compare the mechanical responses of rods with different impacting ends,and suggestions about the selection of rod noses are obtained.

As the main insulation material of electromagnetic launcher, has long-Term electrical-Thermal-mechanical multifactor aging effect, and the mechanical impact stress damage is the most serious. Aiming at F881 glass fiber epoxy composite material, a mechanical impact experimental platform was built. The charger was used to charge the 4mF capacitor, and the pulse voltage values were set to 2.0 kV, 2.25 kV and 2.5 kV, respectively. In order to improve the experimental efficiency, two groups of launchers were used in parallel. The impact times were 100 ~ 700 times, 100 ~ 600 times and 50 ~ 400 times, respectively. The peak values of impact stress calculated by simulation are 311.7 MPa, 362.7 MPa and 477.8 MPa respectively. In order to explore the impact damage mechanism of the sample, the micro and macro analysis of the sample was carried out, including scanning electron microscopy, elastic modulus, bending strength, impact strength and Poisson 's ratio. The variation law under different impact loads and times was analyzed, and the failure mechanism was analyzed. © 2024 Eindhoven University of Technology.

With the rapid development of service computing technology, how to recommend the desirable Web APIs to developers from the large number of APIs is a challenge. The traditional methods based on collab.rative filtering are limited by data sparsity. With the support of multi-dimensional relational feature modeling, graph neural network-based methods are proposed to mitigate data sparsity, but their convolution nature may amplify the noise effect. Therefore, how to simultaneously reduce the impact of sparsity and noisy data has been an open question in the field of API recommendation. To address the problem, this paper proposes a self-supervised learning method based on multi-view hypergraph for Web API recommendation. First, the Mashup-API interaction graph is transformed into a hypergraph, and the hyperedges are used as intermediate hubs to transfer messages between nodes, maintaining the global collab.ration effect between Mashup and API nodes. Then, a multi-view strategy is adopted to generate embeddings of Mashups and APIs through information fusion, by which recommendation probability is derived by dot product between the embeddings of Mashups and Web APIs. To train the model parameters effectively, a self-supervised learning method is used to reduce the effect of noisy data to improve the embeddings. Extensive experiments are conducted on a real-world dataset, and the experimental results show that the proposed model outperforms the baselines. © 2024 IEEE.

RapidAPI serves as a marketplace and management platform that integrates a wide range of Web APIs, offering developers access to a rich pool of API resources. More and more researchers are delving into ways to maximize the value created by leveraging these resources. Thus, acquiring the Web API data and knowing the details is of significance for researchers and ordinary users. In this paper, we propose the methodology of crawling Web APIs from RapidAPI (https://***/hub) and provide rich visualizations and statistical analysis for the crawled dataset. The crawling code and the crawled dataset are open for public access (https://***/IntelligentServicelab.RESTful-API-Crawler) so that researchers and users can acquire them with no effort. Many crowdsourcing platforms are emerging, leveraging the resources of recruited workers to execute various outsourcing tasks, mainly for those computing-intensive video analytics with high quality requirements. Although the profit of each platform is strongly related to the quality of analytics feedback, due to the uncertainty on diverse performance of workers and the conflicts of interest over platforms, it is non-trivial to determine the dispatch of tasks with maximum benefits. In this paper, we design a decentralized mechanism for a Crowd of Crowdsourcing platforms, denoted as Crowd2, optimizing the worker selection to maximize the social welfare of these platforms in a long-term scope, under the consideration of both proportional fairness and dynamic flexibility. Concretely, we propose a video analytics dispatch algorithm based on multi-agent bandit, for which the more accurate profit estimates are attained via the decoupling of multi-knapsack based mapping problem. Via rigorous proofs, a sub-linear regret bound for social welfare of crowdsourcing profits is achieved while both fairness and flexibility are ensured. Extensive trace-driven experiments demonstrate that Crowd2 improves the social welfare by 36.8%, compared with other alternatives. © 2023 IEEE.

An ultra-wide tuning range LC voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with an excellent FoMT of 192.5dBc/Hz at 10 MHz offset in 130-nm SiGe BiCMOS is presented in this work. The VCO employs a pair of HBTs to build cross-coupling configurations and works in class-C mode. To obtain the tuning range as wide as possible, a 6-bit switched capacitor bank is applied to expand the tuning range with a pair of varactors. Simultaneously, a centrally symmetrical layout is used to reduce the parasitic effect of layout asymmetry of the HBT cross-coupling pair on the circuit under class-C working conditions. The proposed VCO possesses phase noise of-113dBc/Hz at 1MHz offset and-138.3dBc/Hz at 10MHz offset, and can continuously tune between 9.58-13.8GHz (36.1%). The FoMT of this VCO is competitive in this frequency band, which shows a great advantage in the application of 5G millimeter-wave or satellite communication. © 2023 IEEE.
