Two-dimensional(2D)titanium carbide(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))MXene nanosheets show promising mechanical and electrical properties,indicating great potential applications in aerospace and electronic devices,etc.[1,2].There are many assembling approaches including vacuum filtration,blade coating and layer-by-layer[3–5].However,it still remains a great challenge to realize the intrinsic performance of MXene nanosheets into macroscopic film due to low stress transfer efficiency,which usually is indued by the voids and misalignment during the assembling process[6].Thus,it remains a great challenge to assemble MXene nanosheets into high-performance macroscopic MXene films.

A series of new microwave dielectric ceramics Ba3-nLa1+nTinNb3-nO12 (n=0,1,2) were prepared in the BaO-La2O3-TiO2-Nb2O5 system by high temperature solid-state reaction route. The phase and structure of the ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, and microwave dielectric properties measurements. These samples were identified as single phase and adopted A4B3O12-type cation-deficient hexagonal perovskite structure, which can be described as consisting of identical perovskite-like blocks, three corner-sharing BO6 octahedra thick, separated by layers of vacant octahedral. These ceramics have high dielectric constants in the range of 48-42, high quality factors (Q×f) up to 38 000 GHz, and low temperature coefficient of resonant frequencies (τf) in the range of (-40-+6)×10-6℃-1. With increasing content of La and Ti, the dielectric constants slightly decrease butτf gradually increases.

Two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks (2D-COFs) based on imine linkages have been shown to offer intriguing optical and electrochromic (EC) performance, attracting extensive attention in the field of advanced photo-electrochemistry. However, few studies have explored how the orientation of imine linkages in 2D-COFs regulates electron transfer behavior and subsequently affects EC performance. In this work, we report an isomeric pair (Py-C-TP-COF and Py-N-TP-COF), differing only in the orientations of the imine linkages. Experimental and theoretical results demonstrate that significant differences in the electronic orbital contributions and bandgaps of 2D-COFs with distinct imine linkage orientations. Furthermore, the different orientations of imine linkages play a crucial role in the distribution of the highest occupied and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (HOMO and LUMO), thus significantly influencing electron separation and charge transfer. This approach of altering imine linkage orientations allows for the fine control of the charge transport and band structure of the 2D-COFs. As a result, the Py-C-TP-COF film exhibits excellent EC performance with high coloration efficiency (η CE ,1316 cm 2 ·C -1 ), fast switching time (2.0/0.4 s) and outstanding cycling stability (99.5 % retention of EC cyclic stability after 150 cycles). This study provides new insights for further rational design and optimization of functional COFs as EC materials with atomically regulated charge transfer.

Composite particles consisting of polyaniline( PAn) core and barium tilanate ( BaTiO3) Layer shell were synthesized. The PAn-BaTiO3 composites particles were characterized with TEM and XRD. The dielectric behavior of particles was tested and the electrorhcologicak(ER) behavior of the suspensions of PAn/ BaTiO3 panicles in chlorinated paraffin oil with a 20vol % was investigated under DC electric field. The results show that the ER effect of composite particle is far stronger than that of pure polyaniline and barium titanate which mere synthesized by the stone method. pH and thickness of BuTiO3 have an important. influence on the ER effects.

La0.1Ba0.9Fe12O19 powders with similar hexagonal crystal structure to Ba Fe12O19 have been successfully synthesized using polymer precursor method. The powders were suppressed into pellets, which were sintered into ceramics at 1,300 °C for 1 h. The structure and morphology of the ceramics have been determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM). Clear electric hysteresis loops upon different amplitude of external fields indicates that La0.1Ba0.9Fe12O19 is a kind of possible ferroelectric compound. The maximum remnant polarization of La0.1Ba0.9Fe12O19 ceramic is estimated to be *9.6 l C/cm2. The Fe O6 octahedron in its perovskite-like hexagonal unit cell as well as the shift of Fe3?off the center of octahedron are proposed to be the origin of electric polarization in La0.1Ba0.9Fe12O19. Simultaneous occurrence of large ferroelectricity and strong ferromagnetism has been observed in La0.1Ba0.9Fe12O19 ceramics. More interestingly, this compound demonstrates electronic polarization behavior being actuated by an applied magnetic field, indicating the existence of magnetoelectric(ME) coupling effect in the La0.1Ba0.9Fe12O19 ceramics. Our results may lead to new device applications such as magnetically recorded ferroelectric memory.

High quality nano-sized zirconium carbide (ZrC) powders were successfully fabricated via a developed chemical active dilution self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) method assisted by ball milling pretreatment process using traditional cheap zirconium dioxide powder (ZrO2), magnesium powder (Mg) and sucrose (C12H22Oll) as raw materials. FSEM, TEM, HRTEM, SAED, XRD, FTIR and Raman, ICP- AES, laser particle size analyzer, oxygen and nitrogen analyzer, carbon/sulfur determinator and TG-DSC were employed for the characterization of the morphology, structure, chemical composition and thermal stability of the as-synthesized ZrC samples. The as-synthesized samples demonstrated high purity, low oxygen content and evenly distributed ZrC nano-powders with an average particle size of 50nm. In addition, the effects of endothermic rate and the possible chemical reaction mechanism were also discussed.

TiB_2 ceramics powder was synthesized from B_2O_3-TiO_2-Mg system. The effects of TiB_2 addition as diluent on the combustion synthesis process were investigated. The results of thermodynamic calculation and experiments show that the increase of TiB_2 content ranging from 0 to 20wt% can reduce the adiabatic temperature T_(ad) from 3100 K to 2896 K and combustion temperature T_c from 2139 K to 1621 K respectively. The particle size and half width of the particle distribution are also increased with the addition of TiB_2 increasing from 0 to 20wt%. The combustion product is a mixture of TiB_2, MgO, and other intermediate phases. The leached product contains mainly TiB_2, TiO_2 and TiN, and its oxygen content is 7.77wt%.

The nanostractures of the ball milled FeCo particles were characterized as functions of the ball milling time ( t ) using quantitative X- ray diffraction ( XRD ), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) analysis techniques. The results show that the nanocrystalliue bcc FeCo particles are availab.e using carbonyl iron and cobalt powders as the start materials during the high-energy ball milling. At the early stage of ball milling, Co powders are easily mashed into nanocrystalllites, by which the surface of the larger Fe particles of about 80- 150 nm is coated. With t increasing, the refinement of grain size and the incorporation of defects including dislocations, disclinations and grain boundaries happen, and then FeCo alloy with a certain layered structure is formed, finally the layered stractare disappears with the formation of isotropic grains having a steadystate grain size in the nanometer regime after a certain period of t.
