Based on the monthly data of soybean, soybean oil and soybean meal prices in China and the United states from 2006 to 2020, this paper applied the asymmetric error correction model (APT-ECM) to analyze the influence of international oil price on domestic oil price before and after Sino-US trade friction. The results show that: 1) the influence of international domestic soybean price on domestic soybean price is significant before and after Sino-US trade friction, while the influence of domestic price on international price is insignificant;2) the impact of international soybean oil price on domestic soybean price is stable in the early stage but fluctuates evidently in the latter stage;3) domestic soybean oil price is exposed to insignificant impact of international soybean oil price. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Flat objects with negligible thicknesses like books and disks are challenging to be grasped by the robot because of the width limit of the robot's gripper, especially when they are in cluttered environments. Pre-grasp manipulation is conducive to rearranging objects on the table and moving the flat objects to the table edge, making them graspable. In this paper, we formulate this task as Parameterized Action Markov Decision Process, and a novel method based on deep reinforcement learning is proposed to address this problem by introducing sliding primitives as actions. A weight-sharing policy network is utilized to predict the sliding primitive's parameters for each object, and a Q-network is adopted to select the acted object among all the candidates on the table. Meanwhile, via integrating a curriculum learning scheme, our method can be scaled to cluttered environments with more objects. In both simulation and real-world experiments, our method surpasses the existing methods and achieves pre-grasp manipulation with higher task success rates and fewer action steps. Without fine-tuning, it can be generalized to novel shapes and household objects with more than 85% success rates in the real world. With the rapid growth of the penetration rate of renewable energy, the construction of Integrated electricity-natural gas system (IEGS) has important economic and environmental significance. Power-to-gas (P2G) technology, as a new energy conversion and storage method, provides an important way for wind power consumption. Due to the limited local consumption of hydrogen energy and difficulty in exporting, this paper proposes an IEGS optimal scheduling model that considers hydrogen mixing in natural gas pipeline and aims at the lowest system operating cost. After the verification of the improved IEEE 14-node power network and the Belgian 20-node natural gas network coupling system, the operation mode of the IEGS proposed in this paper can expand the hydrogen demand, increase the hydrogen transmission capacity, and promote wind power consumption. At the same time, it can achieve carbon emission reduction and improve the economics of system operation. © 2021 IEEE

Physical Unclonable Functions (PUFs) have emerged as a promising primitive to provide a hardware keyless security mechanism for integrated circuit applications. Public PUFs (PPUFs) address the crucial PUF vulnerability of requiring databases to store the secrete reference information. This paper investigates one of the PPUF families, differential PPUF (dPPUF), which exploits complexly interacted logic to create time gap between actual execution and simulation, and to prevent simulation attacks. Conventional dPPUFs have high costs. We observe the repressers have large impact on simulation time, but take a great proportion in current dPPUF structure. We thereby present a represser network with specially designed interconnection and shared logic, to maintain a high circuit complexity and to reduce the area cost. We show the proposed dPPUF has similar resilience over simulation attacks as the conventional design. Area cost can be reduced by up to 44%, and thus the proposed design can be used for lightweight authentication. © VDE VERLAG GMBH.

This paper proposes a new method of calculating Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) for 1-bit signals sampled by 1-bit samplers based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), which can be high-efficiency and very fast under the proper conditions. A processing system for implementing the 256-point monobit DFT with the proposed method is designed in this paper. In this system, a constant iteration architecture, in which none multipliers are used, is devised to implement pipeline DFT calculation efficiently. The simulation results and theoretical analysis show that this designed processor can accurately work out the amplitude response and phase response of 1-bit signals faster, compared with radix-2 FFT, while the consumption of the processor is less. Especially, our design can process the monobit DFT with larger size if the sampling rate is determined, while do not have to consume more time for calculation, which means that the resolution and sensitivity of the proposed monobit DFT processor can be quite good. © 2020 IEEE.

This work studies the characteristics of the 3-dimensional (3D) pseudolinear Kalman filter (PLKF) proposed in the previous work [1] for angle-of-arrival (AOA) target tracking in the 3D space. The previous two-step 3D PLKF contains an xy-PLKF and a z-PLKF. This paper develops a one-step PLKF algorithm, which has low computational complexity. The estimation performance analysis of these two different PLKFs is provided. The one-step PLKF sacrifices the estimation accuracy to acquire a low computational complexity. In the distributed target tracking problem, the one-step PLKF can save a lot of communication costs compared with the two-step one. Furthermore, the stability of two PLKFs are also been simply proven. Simulation examples verify the effectiveness of the proposed one-step 3D PLKF to track an invasive target. Besides, the difference between the two PLKFs based on the theoretical analysis is also demonstrated by the simulation examples. © 2021 IEEE.

In this paper, the pulverization phenomenon of composite insulator shed from three different environmental conditions was studied. Several methods were used to test the effect of powdered layer on the physical and chemical properties of silicone rubber surface. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the surface morphology of the materials. The hydrophobicity of insulator shed is characterized by static contact angle. The surface profile parameters of composite insulator are obtained by detecting the surface of composite insulator with a stylus roughness meter. EDS and FTIR were used to study the elemental composition and chemical groups. The dielectric parameters at different frequencies were obtained by broadband dielectric spectrum scanner. It was observed that the hydrophobicity, roughness and dielectric properties of the composite insulator sample become worse after removing the powdered layer, the chemical composition of the surface can be restored to the fresh state of the silicone rubber. However, the influence trend of powdering on the surface hydrophobicity of composite insulator is not uniform. For composite insulator with serious pulverization, the hydrophobicity will not be improved after removing the powdered layer. The surface roughness of composite insulator will increase greatly due to pulverization. The powdered layer on the surface of composite insulator is mainly composed of small molecules formed by degradation of silicone rubber main chain and fillers separated from the material. The dielectric properties will decrease slightly after de-powdering. © 2021 IEEE.

We propose a method for optimizing the phase stability of microwave signal transmission over long ***,the design of the photon link was modified to reduce the radio frequency(RF)signal’s baseline noise and increase ***,a low-noise driver circuit was developed for a two-section distributed feedback(DFB)laser designed using reconstruction equivalent chirp(REC)technology to create an ultra-stable laser,and its performance was characterized through linewidth *** results indicate that the DFB laser achieved narrower linewidth,improving system phase *** an injection current(30 mA)is applied to the reflection section of the two-section DFB laser,the laser linewidth will be narrower(1.38 MHz),further enhancing the system’s phase transmission *** a 1 Hz offset frequency,a residual phase noise of-88.65 dBc/Hz is *** short-term stability with an averaging time of 1 s is 1.60×10^(-14),and the long-term stability over a testing time of 60,000 s is 3.41×10^(-18).Even after incorporating temperature variations,the long-term stability reaches 8.37×10^(-18) at 22 h.
