With the scarcity of fossil energy, the development of renewable energy is becoming more and more rapid. However, when new energy is integrated into the power grid, the inertia of the system is reduced and the stability of the system is lowered. This also poses a new challenge to frequency control, and energy storage as a technology that can quickly respond to system frequency changes is now widely concerned. This paper summarizes the domestic and international research status of energy storage and AGG capacity allocation and coordinated control through the influence of renewable energy on AGC. Finally, the development prospects of energy storage and participation in new energy integration into the power grid are prospected. © 2019 IEEE.

Defective bone repair is a pressing issue in the field of bone regeneration due to donor shortages and the associated complications of bone grafting. Artificial bone repair materials offer more options and are attracting extensive attention from researchers. However, achieving efficient osteogenesis in clinical practice remains a challenge. Here, dual drug-releasing nanofibre membranes (NMs) for bone repair was fabricated by coaxial electrostatic spinning. Strontium-doped hydroxyapatite (SrHA) and desferrioxamine (DFO) were loaded into the shell and core of the NMs for slow and sustained release, respectively. Our results showed that the DFO/SrHA NMs significantly enhanced cell proliferation, angiogenesis and osteogenic differentiation of rat bone mesenchymal stem cells through the synergism of DFO and SrHA. This synergy results from the slow and sustained release of DFO and SrHA via NMs, which maintains the drug concentration in the effective range for a long time, ensuring long-term stable activation of the HIF-1 α and Wnt/β-catenin signalling pathways. Overall, the DFO/SrHA NMs provides a promising strategy for defective bone repair by enhancing osteogenic differentiation.

Reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) emerges as maximization problem is formulated to facilitate RIS discrete an efficient and promising technology for the next wireless phase design and RIS placement optimization, which is subject generation networks and has attracted a lot of attention owing to coverage probability constraint. Medium voltage direct current (MVDC) based ship integrated power system (IPS) is regarded as the future developing trend of ship power system. Medium-voltage high power inverter for ship electric propulsions is one of the key problem. In order to improve the output voltage, power and harmonic performance, a family of symmetrical hybrid multilevel inverter for open-winding multi-phase motor based propulsion drive is presented in this paper. Each phase of this inverter is composed of a high-frequency multilevel DC/DC converter cell and a high-voltage H-bridge cell. The DC/DC converter is operated at high frequency with low voltage devices and the H-bridge is operated at fundamental frequency with high voltage devices. All the phases are connected to a common DC-link and each drives an isolated winding of an open-winding motor. A symmetrical hybrid five-level topology is taken as an example and the control method is discussed in this paper. Simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of this topology and control method.

Multi-phase open-winding motors are widely used in ship electric propulsion systems. In order to improve the power density, efficiency and harmonic performance, this paper presents an ANPC/H-Bridge inverter with hybrid utilization of Si IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs. Each phase of this inverter consists of two three-level ANPC bridges and all the phases are powered by a common DC-link. Each three-level ANPC bridge includes four Si IGBTs operated at fundamental frequency and two SiC MOSFETs operated at carrier frequency. A neutral-point potential balance method is also proposed. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the validity of this voltage balancing method.

Multi-relation Question Answering is a challenging task, due to the requirement of elab.rated analysis on questions and reasoning over multiple fact triples in knowledge base. In this paper, we present a novel model called Interpretable Reasoning Network that employs an interpretable, hop-by-hop reasoning process for question answering. The model dynamically decides which part of an input question should be analyzed at each hop;predicts a relation that corresponds to the current parsed results;utilizes the predicted relation to update the question representation and the state of the reasoning process;and then drives the next-hop reasoning. Experiments show that our model yields state-of-the-art results on two datasets. More interestingly, the model can offer traceable and observable intermediate predictions for reasoning analysis and failure diagnosis, thereby allowing manual manipulation in predicting the final answer. © 2018 COLING 2018 - 27th International Conference on Computational Linguistics, Proceedings. In this paper, we proposed a novel framework for environment perception. The proposed model combines the physio-logical mechanisms of human vision and psychological principle of cognitive development. Our algorithm consists of two major components, a gist module and a memory module. The gist module simulates the cognition process associated with visual attention. The memory module is simulated by the Incremental Hierarchical Discriminant Regression (IHDR) tree, which ensures the memories of the world are distributed over the hierarchy. Experimental results on the USC dataset demonstrated that the proposed algorithm is robust and efficient. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The acceleration of wide-spread ice on transmission linescan cause a large number of tower collapse and line breakage, which threatens the essential security of power grid. The forecast of transmission line ice accretion could guide the deployment of anti-icing equipment in advance and reduce the economic losses caused by ice disasters. In this paper, the relationship between five ice storm events over southern China and Stratospheric planetary wave (PW) anomalies was studied by synthetic analysis. It is found that planetary wave activities will abruptly increase within 10 - 15 days before the ice storm events. Furthermore, a method of forecasting ice storm events over southern China by using such planetary wave anomalies is proposed. © 2019 IEEE.

The load terminal voltage at the low voltage side of the distribution network will drop when the user load increases. Thereby affecting the normal operation of the electrical appliance. Currently, the treatment approach to the voltage deviation at the low voltage side of the distribution network is using the Parallel reactive power compensation technology. However, the compensation effect will decrease with the load increases. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method for applying series capacitor compensation to the low voltage side of the distribution network. Firstly, the principle of low voltage generation on the low-voltage side of the distribution network is derived. Then introduce the principle of series reactive power compensation method. And according to the actual parameters of the project, simulate the terminal voltage amplitudes and the line current under the different wire types and load rates. Finally, the improvement effect of series reactive power compensation on the low-voltage side power quality of distribution network is analyzed with simulation calculation. The results show that the proposed method has a good control effect on the power quality of the low-voltage side of the distribution network. © 2020 ACM.

Specific Emitter Identification (SEI) techniques have been widely used as a tool of spectrum management operation to enhance the security by matching the received signal with the specific emitter. However, there are few methods focusing on the unintentional modulation (UIM) of signals. In this letter, we propose a novel method which extracts the UIM part in the frequency spectrum and instantaneous phase from the original signals as UIM radio frequency fingerprinting, and then use the non-Gaussian measuring tools to extract the dimension-reduced secondary features. The real-world signals are used to evaluate the performance of the proposed method and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier and the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) classifier are applied to make the classification. Experiment results verified that the proposed method has remarkable performance and less computational complexity, which is relatively practical. © 2019 IEEE.
