Aiming at the 'dimension explosion' challenge of fuzzy systems in high-dimensional data processing, this paper proposes an algorithm of DPFS (Deep progressive fuzzy system), whose structure is the connection of many low-dimensional fuzzy systems. Through the comparison of experiments with different data sets, it is found that: *** algorithm retains the advantages of strong interpretability of the fuzzy system. *** DPFS algorithm, characterized by its progressive structure, exhibits a superiority of 7.9% over machine learning algorithms like BP and RBF. Moreover, it outperforms fuzzy system algorithms such as DNFS by more than 31.5% in terms of accuracy on the BF dataset. The research demonstrates that DPFS serves as an effective fuzzy system inference algorithm capable of effectively handling high-dimensional data, showcasing robust comprehensive capabilities. © 2023 IEEE.

With the development of information and communications technology (ICT) in DC microgrids (DCmGs), the threat of false data injection attacks (FDIAs) is becoming more and more serious. However, the existing literature mainly focuses on the detection and identification of FDIAs in DCmGs, while the data recovery after the perception of FDIAs has never been thor-oughly investigated yet. In this paper, we propose a distributed data recovery scheme to eliminate the adverse impact caused by FDIAs in DCmGs. Firstly, by observing the point of common coupling (PCC) voltage under FDIAs, the injected constant bias can be roughly estimated. In order to obtain the precise constant bias, the mean filter (MF) is adopted to handle the measurement noises and small oscillations. Then, the estimated precise constant bias is compensated for the communicated signal to eliminate the attack impact. Furthermore, our proposed data recovery scheme, which only needs local information, is fully distributed. Finally, the accuracy and effectiveness of the distributed data recovery scheme are evaluated through systematical hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) experiments. © 2022 IEEE.

Recently, there is growing research interest in extracting Bird's-Eye-View (BEV) features from images and LiDAR to improve 3D object detection. However, existing methods mainly combine the features mechanically, which limits the utilization of BEV features. To address this limitation, we draw inspiration from TransFusion and design a two-layer transformer decoder to fuse LiDAR and camera BEV features. By doing so, we can omit the steps of reference point backprojection and feature sampling, which results in better correlation between the fused LiDAR and image features and higher robustness to the calibration matrix. Furthermore, we add 3D position encoding to the BEV features to compensate for the lack of height information. We also propose an length-width-height modulated attention mechanism to incorporate scale information. We also perform comprehensive experiments to verify the effectiveness of our methods. © 2023 IEEE.

On May 21,2023,the Macao Science Satellite-1B(MSS-1B),a low-inclination,low-latitude,and high-precision scientific exploration satellite for geomagnetic fields and space environments,was successfully *** solar X-ray detector(SXD),one of the two major scientific payloads onboard the MSS-1B,has obtained a large amount of solar X-ray radiation data,which reveals the distribution law of the magnetic field in the low Earth orbit,as well as the coupling law of the Earth's magnetic field and the solar radiation and energy particle ***,the overall design of the multi-detection-unit,broad-energy-range,small-volume,and low-power SXD was implemented to achieve the scientific objectives of the ***,the technical indicators of the instrument were decomposed into various components,and the key technologies,such as collimator,processing circuit,thermal,and payload dataset designs,were ***,the backgrounds,including electronic noise,cosmic diffuse X-ray background,and high-energy background in the Earth's radiation belts in and out of the field of view,were analyzed for the ***,the ground calibrations of the energy response,detection efficiency,and temperature-dependent peak drift of the SXD flight model were ***,the in-orbit temperature,energy spectrum data,background,and solar flare process observation of the instrument in the in-orbit test stage are presented,verifying the instrument design,analysis,and ground calibration,providing a foundation for obtaining accurate solar X-ray radiation data,and achieving the scientific objectives of the satellite.

The interaction between various energy supply systems (cold, heat, electricity, gas, etc.) is becoming more tightly coupled as social economy and technology advance. Multi-energy systems are ineffective because different types of energy systems run independently. In order to protect the data privacy of each sub-system, this research suggests an ideal resource management framework for a multi-energy group control system. The energy hub (EH) paradigm is first suggested. When deploying EHs, the physical constraints of various energy systems are taken into account. Through scenario-based stochastic programming, the uncertainties of renewable energy are considered. According to the leader-follower relationship between multi-energy group control system operators and energy hub operators (EHOs), Benders decomposition is applied to decentralize the decision-making process. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

Steam generator level control is the most difficult control system in nuclear power plant. It is a typical nonlinear and large delay control system. It is affected by many factors, such as feed water flow, steam flow, feed water temperature, average temperature of primary circuit and so on. Over the years, nuclear power unit shutdown events caused by improper control of steam generator level are common. The abnormal level response occurred in the turbine trip without reactor trip test of a power plant, which was caused by the deviation of steam and feed water flow measurement and the accumulated deviation through calculation. This paper analyzes the influence of steam and feed water flow measurement deviation on the steam generator level control in detail, and gives the correction scheme, which has achieved good results after application. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Cooperative behavior has been of great concern in evolutionary game researches because of its important role in social life and natural evolution. Since memory can greatly influence the emergence of cooperative behavior, memory-based research on evolutionary games has proliferated in recent years. In the present paper, inspired by the well-known 'Stanford marshmallow experiment' (SME), we proposed a multi-memory mechanism in Snowdrift game (SDG) on spatial lattice networks whose core lies in what follows: Players are divided into two groups according to individual self-control;different memory lengths are set by group and by time in a single realization. The simulation results show that our proposed mechanism promotes cooperation level of the considered evolutionary game. More specifically, as memory length increases to an intermediate length, the cooperation level increases as well. For mechanism with short memory length, the effect of population structure is obvious and small values of adjusting factor can intensively facilitate high-frequency cooperative behavior. These findings may be helpful to understand the connection between population heterogeneity and the emergence of high cooperation. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Lowering iridium(Ir)loading without sacrificing activity and durability is critical to the future development of proton exchange membrane water electrolyzer(PEMWE).Here,we present the synthesis of iridate-derived,layered iridium oxide microparticles(dubbed p-L-IrO_(2))with a high open porosity of approximately 74%and their structural advantages for the fabrication of efficient,durable,low-Ir-loading anode catalytic layer in *** p-L-IrO_(2) material is synthesized by an easily scalab.e route involving acid treatment of alkali metal salt-templated iridates that form in mixed alkali metal nitrateshydroxides at low *** combination of high-porosity morphology and layered structure in the material preferentially exposes a high density of hydroxylated edge sites,which are catalytically active and stable to achieve the oxygen evolution reaction via a structurally hydroxyl group-participated adsorbate evolution *** material is further demonstrated to enable the fabrication of low-Ir-loading anode catalytic layers in PEMWE,which can afford excellent catalytic performance(2.7 A cm^(−2)@1.9 V@80℃;membrane:Nafion^(TM)N115)due to the simultaneous reduction of activation and mass transport losses and retention of catalytic activity for 2300 h at 1.0 A cm^(−2) current density.

Wavefront shaping technique has been applied to actively control the intensity profile of optical speckles, and a recent progress is to realize glare suppression with the low-transmittance eigenchannels of the transmission matrices (TMs). This makes it possible to custom-tailor the speckle fields. For the purpose of suppressing glare at will, research about the properties of low-transmittance eigenchannels in glare suppression is demanded. In this paper, we report the area expansion effect of glare suppression with low-transmittance eigenchannels. With numerical simulations, we found the actual darkened area was larger than the set target area due to the transverse correlation of the speckle field. Their difference is related to the measuring noise of the TM and gets smaller with the increase of the noise intensity. We believe our research could help to design structured speckle fields, and it will be of significant for advanced applications of optical speckles. © 2023 SPIE.
