With the rapid growth of availab.e data, the continuous improvement of computing power, and the increasing maturity of large model technology, AI Agents based on large models are gradually becoming the core of AI research and applications. AI Agents possess characteristics such as learning ability, decision-making capability, adaptability, and initiative, enabling them to automatically make choices and take actions to achieve specified goals. Moreover, by integrating large-scale pre-trained model technology, AI Agents can continuously improve their performance based on interactions. This paper will review the background, concepts, and characteristics of AI Agents, focusing on the analysis of the core capabilities and implementation paradigms of large model-based intelligent agents. In line with industry demands, it constructs an electromagnetic target analysis and recognition intelligent agent application framework based on multi-modal large models, providing a reference for readers interested in the research and development of large model intelligence agents. © 2024 IEEE.

Design of Doppler Resilient Sequences and Receiving Filters Against Interrupted-Sampling Repeater Jamming for Simultaneously Polarimetric Radars

Aimed to enhance the robustness of simultaneously polarimetric radar (SPR) systems against interrupted-sampling repeater jamming (ISRJ) attacks by polarization and waveform diversity techniques, this article focuses on the joint design of unimodular sequences and receiving filters for jamming suppression. Specifically, we first develop a dynamic signal processing framework for target polarization scattering matrix (PSM) estimation based on their statistical properties and orthogonal conditions between receiving filters and ISRJ signals. Then, the weighted sum of integrated sidelobe levels (ISLs) of auto- and cross-ambiguity functions and signal-to-noise ratio losses (SNRLs) is minimized with unimodular and energy constraints to mitigate ISRJ in SPR systems considering both single pulse and multipulse. To handle the resulting NP-hard design problems, an iterative optimization method capitalizing on the alternating direction and majorization-minimization (MM) framework is proposed. The numerical results are provided to show the superiority of the proposed algorithm in comparison with a pair of linear frequency modulation (LFM) waveforms with opposite slopes with respect to the anti-ISRJ performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of efficient and accurate simulation of fading channels in complex scenarios of wireless channels, this paper proposes an accurate Doppler expansion method based on the simulation method of Sum-of-Cisoids (SoC) to improve the calculation of model parameters, and applies it to common applications, such as classical 3dB, Jakes classic, flat spectrum and Gaussian spectrum. complex fading channel with arbitrary Doppler power spectrum. The simulation results show that the statistical distribution of channel fading and Doppler power spectrum output from the parameter calculation method based on SOC are consistent with the theoretical values. This method can be applied to real and fast reproduction of the propagation characteristics of wireless fading channels indoors. © 2023 IEEE.

The target detection ability of radar in environments with interference or clutter can be further improved by the adaptive beamforming method. However, most existing research results only address the receiving beam, and few research results concern transmitting beam control. Moreover, the typical phase-only methods only consider spatial beamforming, which means that the polarization state cannot be controlled. This paper proposes a novel phase-only beamforming method based on a polarimetric phased array that can control the polarization state of the main lobe to avoid receiving main lobe or sidelobe interference signals. © 2024 IEEE.

Different speech enhancement algorithms perform differently in different noise environments, and have their own advantages and disadvantages. By reasonably evaluating the performance of speech enhancement algorithm in different noise environments, it is helpful to improve the algorithm and select suitable application scenarios. In this paper, speech enhancement algorithms based on different principles are considered. For white noise, factory noise and coffee shop noise, three representative speech enhancement algorithms are selected, including frequency domain wiener filtering and improved subspace method. PESQ objective evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance indicators of different speech enhancement algorithms in terms of signal to noise ratio improvement and objective evaluation. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of broadband multi-target signal detection, an iterative blind detection algorithm based on sparse Bayesian is proposed. Under the condition of unknown signal number and spectrum position, the proposed method can realize blind detection of multi-target signal with constant false alarm (CFAR) probability. Based on the analysis of signal characteristics, a linear model is established by constructing an overcomplete dictionary matrix, and the multi-signal detection is transformed into a non-zero row discrimination problem of the channel coefficient matrix for processing. Based on the sparse characteristic of signal frequency domain distribution, the joint solution is realized by iteration under the sparse Bayesian framework. The analytical expression of the detection threshold is derived theoretically. Based on the parameter estimation results, the multi-target signal CFAR blind detection is realized through automatic zero pruning. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has strong flexibility and robustness, and has obvious performance advantages over existing sparse detection methods under the condition of short data lengths. © 2023 IEEE.

Infrared imaging systems have many advantages, such as full-time employment, good concealment, high resolution, strong anti-interference ability, so they have become the military and civilian focus so far. In this paper, we explored to construct the evaluation system about detection performance of infrared imaging systems based on infrared physics theory and the action mechanism between infrared radiation and detector. First of all, infrared detection mechanism of point target has been investigated under long distance condition. We derived the solving formula of detection range and proposed the method of calculating the mutual position of target and detection system to reduce false alarm rate. Secondly, we constructed the evaluation system on detection performance of area target, and mainly combined the area distribution of target imaging on the photodetector, signal to noise ratio of target, the contrast between target and background. The detection range of area target was the minimum value of the three factors. The simulation results indicated that the constructed evaluation system of point target and area target can fully evaluate detection performance of infrared imaging systems. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. In this letter, a novel wideband frequency selective rasorber is proposed. The structure consists two layers, a lossy layer and a bandpass layer, which are separated from each other by an air spacer. The resistive layer consists of rings and metal wires loaded with resistors. The bandpass layer is achieved by etching square grooves on the metal face. The simulation results shows reflection is smaller than -10 dB from 4.49 GHz to 14.63 GHz, and the fractional bandwidth of the reflection coefficient lower than -10 dB is up to 106%. The transmission coefficient is greater than -3dB is from 9.30 GHz to 9.96 GHz, which has a minimum insertion loss of 0.31 dB at 9.68 GHz. © 2023 IEEE.

In response to the problem that the validation and evaluation of SAR active jamming effectiveness is more complicated and target detection of SAR image is seldom applied to active jamming, a method of SAR image active jamming detection based on image grayscale features is proposed in this paper. Herein, the principle and process of SAR image target detection algorithm processing, based on pulse coupled neural network are discussed. Through the simulation experiment, the active jamming region can be detected in the SAR jamming image. © 2023 Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES).

In order to achieve effective interference with multi-directional early warning radar and cover our combat targets in the process of implementing airborne high-value combat target surprise defense, a Van Atta retracing array based on 14-sided Archimedes polyhedral configuration is proposed, and a Van Atta array unit with positive hexagonal distribution is designed according to the polyhedral configuration. The research results show that this scattering polyhedron has a compact structure with the advantage of omnidirectional scattering, and has good potential for application in scenarios requiring strong omnidirectional retrieval capability. © 2023 Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES).
