In this paper, we propose an active method to associate the behaviors of the target among multiple cameras. We place a sample collection of photographed vehicles in each camera, which is captured by its own. The captured target is used to calculate a set of distance vectors with the sample collection in each camera. To improve the accuracy of distance vectors matching between images from different viewpoints, we propose a method combined color histogram and ASIFT to obtain the distance vectors. Afterwards we compute the distance of the two vectors to determine whether the targets in two cameras are the same. In no overlapping region case, there may be some mistakes among similar vehicles-the latter cameras may associate with another object which has the exact same features with the target. In this article, we use a prediction method, which utilizes spatial and temporal properties to solve this problem. © 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

Microblog, such as Weibo and Twitter, has become an important platform where people share their opinions. Much research has been done to detect topics and events in microblogs. Due to the dynamic nature of events, it is more crucial to monitor the evolution and trace the development of the events. People pay more attention to the whole evolution chain of the events rather than a single event. In this paper, we propose a method to automatically discover event evolution chain in microblogs based on multiple similarity measures including contents, locations and participants. We build a 5-tuple event description model specifically for events detected from microblogs and analyze their relationships. Inverted index and locality-sensitive hashing are used to improve the efficiency of the algorithm. Experiment shows that our method gain a 143.33% speed up against method without locality-sensitive hashing. In comparison with the ground truth and a baseline method, the result illustrates that it effectively covers ground truth and outperforms the baseline method especially in dealing with the long-term spanning events.

With the rapid development of innovative computer technology, the computing environment of the workflow has become distributed and heterogeneous. Security management of WMS becomes weak. And the possibility of security leak will increased. The important information and the data are threatened more and more seriously. The security problem of workflow has become the hot spot in current research institutions and organizations concerned. Role-based access control model (RBAC) simplifies the permit management. It also reflects the access control mechanism in the organization and the enterprises. So the RBAC is very popular to design the workflow. In this paper, we present the multi access control security model based on roles. We propose the implicit and explicit authority management based on the roles. These measures enforce the security of this mode in computer environment. The first part of this paper is the introduction of the related problem. The second part is the concept of access control based on role. The third part is the multi access control security model based on roles. Then, the final part is the authority management.

The main challenge for embedded real-time systems, especially for mobile devices, is the trade-off between system performance and energy efficiency. Through studying the relationship between energy consumption, execution time and completion probability of tasks on heterogeneous multi-core architectures, we propose an Accelerated Search algorithm based on dynamic programming to obtain a combination of various task schemes which can be completed in a given time with a confidence probability by consuming the minimum possible energy. We adopt a DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) to represent the precedent relation between tasks and develop a Minimum-Energy Model to find the optimal tasks assignment. The heterogeneous multi-core architectures can execute tasks under different voltage level with DVFS which leads to different execution time and different consumption energy. The experimental results demonstrate our approach outperforms state-of-the-art algorithms in this field (maximum improvement of 24.6%).

Self-protection capabilities of outsourced data become noteworthily important in cloud computing. Ciphertext-Policy Attribute Based Encryption (CP-ABE) can dynamically control the user group of the encrypted data by defining decryption attributes;hence has certain ability of access control. Although there are different schemes of CP-ABE, as far as we know, most of these schemes can only express simple policies with AND, OR and threshold attribute operations, which cannot support traditional access control policies. In order to effectively integrate access control with encryption to build a self-contained data protection mechanism, this paper proposed an Extended CP-ABE (ECP-ABE) scheme based on the existing CP-ABE scheme. The ECP-ABE scheme can express anyAttributeBased Access Control (ABAC) policies represented by arithmetic comparison and logical expressions that involve NOT,, ≥, [], (), (] and [) operators in addition to AND, OR and threshold operators. We prove the Chosen-plaintext Attack (CPA) security of our scheme under the Decisional Bilinear Diffie-Hellman (DBDH) assumption in the standard model, and also discuss the experimental results of the efficiency of ECP-ABE. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2014.

With the popularity of mobile computing and social media, various kinds of online event-based social network (EBSN) platforms, such as Meetup, Plancast and Whova, is gaining in prominence. A fundamental task of managing EBSN platforms is to recommend suitable social events to potential users according to the following three factors: distances between events and users, attribute similarities between events and users and friend relationships among users. However, none of existing approaches consider all aforementioned influential factors when they recommend users to proper events. Furthermore, existing recommendation strategies neglect the bottleneck cases on the global recommendation. Thus, it is impossible for the existing recommendation solutions to achieve the optimal utility in real-world scenarios. In this paper, we first formally define the problem of bottleneck-aware social event arrangement (BSEA), which is proven to be NP-hard. To solve the BSEA problem approximately, we devise two greedy-based heuristic algorithms, Greedy and Random+Greedy. In particular, the Random+Greedy algorithm is faster and more effective than the Greedy algorithm in most cases. Finally, we conduct extensive experiments on real and synthetic datasets which verify the efficiency and accuracy of our proposed algorithms.

The SSD is adopted to improve the IO performanceof the storage system in the data center, the throughput allocation for clients is a challenging problem. We need to find a throughput allocation method, which can determine the throughput allocations of clients on each server, while both providing the fair allocations for clients and maximizing the utilization of system throughput resource in the entire data center. In this paper, we propose an unified allocation framework(UAF), UAF jointly allocates throughput resource across allheterogeneous storage servers, can achieve the fair throughput allocations for all clients and maximize the utilization of system throughput resource in the entire data center. We can prove that UAF satisfies fairness properties of Envy Freedom, Sharing Incentive and Pareto Optimality. We evaluated the performance of UAF using both simulation and implementation in a cluster consisting of multiple heterogeneous storage severs. The experiment results show our method can determine the throughput allocations of clients in each server, and provide both the efficient and fair allocation in the entire data center.
