Mobility pattern of users is decided by people themselves. However, in the daily life, mobile users often repeat regular routes in certain periods. To effectively mine the mobile rules of users and allocate the resource among mobile telecommunication operators and Internet Service Providers（ISP）, grasping the models of human mobility can enable effective network planning and advertisement recommending. In this paper, we employ Apriori algorithm method to mine mobile users’ movement model. The algorithm proposed is based on mining the mobility patterns of users, forming mobility rules from these patterns, and finally predicting a mobile user’s next movement by using the mobility rules. The user mobility patterns are mined from the history of mobile user trajectories. In addition to the analysis of individual mobile behavior, it is possible to mine population movement regularity from a large number of user mobile patterns. By studying the group characteristics the place that a large number of users accessed can be found. Operators can optimize the setting of the base station according to the density of users to meet the needs of mobile users.

The services carried by the Internet have undergone tremendous change over the past decades, along with the emergence of multimedia services and cloud computing, etc. However, there is little change in the framework of network designed primarily for reliable end-to-end communication, which is not suitable for these new services, resulting in poor performance of services and inefficient utilization of network resource. In this paper, we propose a network resource allocation scheme base on SDN(Software Defined Network) an emerging network paradigm, to provide Quality of Service(Qo S) support for various services while balance the link load in the network avoiding congestion and idleness. And we demonstrate its performance via experiments under our SDN test bed.

Manipulator's obstacle avoidance is always a challenging topic in robotics. With the concern of the safety problems in human working environment, an improved obstacle avoidance method is proposed based on the general solution of the inverse kinematic problem of a redundant manipulator. A new obstacle detection method using Kinect R sensor is designed to give a robust obstacle information. By designing a parallel system of the manipulator, the proposed control method is not only to achieve the goal of moving away from the obstacle, but also able to guarantee the robot move back to its original pose. The stability of the closed-loop system is established using Lyapunov direct method to ensure the asymptotic stability of the system. The performance of the simulation results verifies the effectiveness of the proposed obstacle detection algorithm and the obstacle avoidance method. © 2015

The paper presents the design and performance of a V-band radiometer MMIC with 0.1μm GaAs pHEMT technology. The circuit includes a frequency double LO chain and a resistive mixer. The resistive mixer with balance structure topology can improve the image-rejection ratio. Compared with other mixers.. the sub-harmonic mixer can achieve high isolation. The typical isolation measured between LO to RF is almost 60 dB. The measured conversion loss of the mixer is from 13 dB to 15 dB over RF frequency 50-60 *** bandwidth of IF reaches 1 GHz. The circuit also exhibits very good phase difference between I/Q within 90± 6°.The completed mixer show 25 dB image-rejection ratio（IRR） over the whole band.

Customized/personalized products are gaining more shares in today's product market. Such products need collective efforts from consumers, manufacturers and third parties. On the other side, the Internet of Things (IoT) with pervasive sensing/actuating/networking ability greatly facilitates remote operation of manufacturing activities and efficient collaboration among stakeholders. This provides great opportunities to the above demand. Thus we propose a full-connection model of product lifecycle in the IoT-enabled cloud manufacturing environment. The model uses social networks to connect multiple parties and facilitate open innovations, IoT to glue physical space to cyber space and cloud manufacturing to provide various elastic services, so that the on-demand workspace, interaction, information sharing or collective problem solving are enabled. We also propose a supporting infrastructure for this model using the latest information and communication technologies. Finally, we present a RFID (Radio-frequency identification) enabled production system for customized/personalized products with the ability to enable a new paradigm of "dynamic processes and close collaborations among different roles" and secure robust production.

In this paper, a human robot shared control strategy is developed and tested on a Baxter robot. Using the proposed method, the human operator only needs to consider the motion of the end-effector of the manipulator, while the manipulator will avoid obstacle by itself without sacrificing the end effector motion performance. An improved obstacle avoidance strategy based on the joint space redundancy of the manipulator is designed. A dimension reduction method is presented to solve the over defined problem of avoiding velocity to achieve a more efficient use of the redundancy. By employment of an artificial parallel system of the teleoperate manipulator and the task switching weighting factor, the proposed control method enable the robot restoring back to the commanded pose smoothly when the obstacle is removed. By implementing the dimension reduction method, the trajectory of each joint of the manipulator can be controlled at the same time to achieve the restoring task. Thus, the proposed control method can eliminate the impact of the obstacle on the remaining task. Satisfactory experiment results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

This paper is based on the high power three-level back-to-back converter system with IGCTs as its application platform. Three-phase voltage source rectifier (VSR) space vector PWM (SVPWM) control system using feedforward decoupling control strategy is built in the software of PSIM. When this SVPWM rectifier is in practical control, problems of harmonics and neutral point voltage deviation, as well as starting impulse current occur. After detailed analysis, solutions are provided respectively to each problem. Then a new PWM control method is designed to improve the situation overall. That is to say, this method can effectively eliminate even-order harmonics, balance neutral point voltage and lower the starting impulse current. So the system has a better performance which is proved by PSIM simulations and experimental waveforms. © 2014 IEEE.

Most existing language modeling approaches are based on the term independence hypothesis. To go beyond this assumption, two main directions were investigated. The first one considers the use of the proximity features that capture the degree to which search terms appear close to each other in a document. Another one considers the use of semantic relationships between words. Previous studies have proven that these two types of information, including term proximity features and semantic relationships between words, are both useful to improve retrieval performance. Intuitionally, we can use them in combination to further improve retrieval performance. Based on this idea, this paper propose a positional translation language model to explicitly incorporate both of these two types of information under language modeling framework in a unified way. In the first step, we present a proximity-based method to estimate word-word translation probabilities. Then, we define a translation document model for each position of a document and use these document models to score the document. Experimental results on standard TREC collections show that the proposed model achieves significant improvements over the state-of-the-art models, including positional language model, and translation language models. © 2014 Springer International Publishing.
