With the development of modern big data technology, data size in daily life is expanding rapidly and data relationship is more complex. However, the requirements of data analysis for different resources continuous to surging. Therefore, how to handle a large number of data analysis tasks with complex dependencies efficiently become the challenge. In this paper, we design and implement a cloud native data analysis system based on workflow engine. The system arranges the data analysis tasks, which deployed by containers, with dependency through the workflow engine based on cloud native technology. Flexibility of container cloud makes data analysis procedure effective and efficient. In addition, we designed a workflow engine and an operation and maintenance subsystem for overall system platform anomaly detection. Finally, we verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the system through scientific workflow data. The cloud native data analysis system based on workflow engine has passed all tests and has been applied in small and medium-sized enterprises. © 2023 ACM.

Massive MIMO is considered one of the key enabling technologies of the sixth generation (6G). Massive MIMO channel models are essential for designing, evaluating, and optimizing massive MIMO systems. Focus on the two key features of massive MIMO channels, near-field effect (NF) and spatial non-stationary (SnS), a series of models have been proposed. However, few models provide a simulation framework based on the 3GPP channel model, which is the widely used 5G standard model. This paper proposes a 3GPP-like channel simulation framework for massive MIMO channels called NF-SnS. In this framework, the SnS is simulated using a two-state Markov Chain. The NF is simulated by applying the spherical wavefront. Furthermore, the reliability of the NF-SnS framework is validated by comparing NF-SnS simulation results with the 3GPP model and Ray-Tracing results. Generally, the NF-SnS framework can simulate the NF and SnS characteristics of massive MIMO channels and also has the advantages of the 3GPP channel model, such as low implementation complexity and simple configurations. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to its wide bandwidth, terahertz (THz) communication technology has the capability to be applied in high-precision positioning and sensing in industrial applications. This paper presents co-polarized and cross-polarized THz channel measurements at 132 GHz in an indoor factory (InF). Firstly, we analyze and model the path loss for both directional and omnidirectional channels. It is found that the path loss exponent (PLE) for horizontal polarization is slightly smaller than that for vertical polarization in the InF. Furthermore, for cross-polarization, certain non-line-of-sight (NLOS) paths have lower path loss than the line-of-sight (LOS) path. Secondly, we calculate the directional and omnidirectional cross-polarization discrimination (XPD). It is observed that the THz channel exhibits higher mean values of the XPD compared to that observed in millimeter wave (mm-Wave) channels. Additionally, we discover a negative correlation between the XPD and the LOS propagation distance. A log-log model is employed to characterize the correlation. Generally, the findings of this work contribute to the precise modeling of polarized THz channels and promote the application of 6G THz communication technology in InF scenarios. © 2023 IEEE.

In a cloud-native architecture, the operational data of various system components experiences a significant increase. From the distributed complex system, obtaining the operation status data and realizing real-time monitoring and abnormal alarm play an important role in guaranteeing the smooth production. However, handling a large volume of stream data in real-time poses challenges such as high computational demands, low latency, and high concurrency. Therefore, this study presents the design and implementation of a system for anomaly detection in stream data called Stream Data Anomaly Detection System (SDADS). SDADS leverages message queues for processing business data and further processes the data using a distributed computing framework. It also provides functions for persistent data storage and anomaly detection alerts. The use of SDADS enables the management of complex business processes such as server provisioning and application deployment, simplifies business development logic, reduces operational time cost, and allows users to focus solely on the anomaly detection algorithms themselves. © 2023 IEEE.

The virtual middle platform, which encapsulates original application data and functions without migration, addresses challenges arising from insufficient trust relationships among capability providers. To resolve the capability selection problem in non-trusted environments, we propose a meta-inspired capability selection algorithm (MHCSA) based on homomorphic cryptography, and propose an improvement scheme to optimize the computation latency. Experimental results demonstrate that MHCSA significantly outperforms other meta-inspired algorithms in terms of homomorphic computation delay, providing an effective solution for non-trusted virtual middle platform scenarios. © 2023 IEEE.

Air-space-ground integrated network (ASGIN) is considered as one of the candidate technologies for the sixth generation (6G) mobile communication due to its ubiquitous connectivity and wide coverage. And accurate clutter loss modeling is essential for designing and evaluating satellite/aerial communication systems. This paper presents clutter loss measurements in an urban macrocellular (UMa) scenario in the frequency range of 3.3 to 7.5 GHz. Based on the measured data, we analyze the clutter loss and compare it to the standard model. This work contributes to the investigation and modeling of clutter loss in air-to-ground or space-to-ground channels. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to the excellent characteristics of microservices architecture, such as high scalability, high fault tolerance, and ease of maintenance, and the flexible, efficient, and scalable deployment environment provided by cloud-native platforms, an increasing number of applications are being constructed based on microservices architecture. In such scenarios, the complexity of anomaly detection rises sharply due to the involvement of numerous interrelated microservices components and the complex invocation relationships among these components in each microservices application. Existing anomaly detection methods struggle to maintain sufficient accuracy in such complex environments. To address this challenge, this paper proposes the Graph-based Anomaly Detection and Root Cause Analysis (GADRCA) method for Microservices in Cloud-Native Platform. This method leverages graph structures to comprehensively considers the fundamental distribution characteristics of multiple resource consumption metrics involved in the runtime of microservices applications, such as response time, CPU usage, and memory usage. It also preserves the structural information of trace data within microservices to achieve more comprehensive anomaly detection. Upon identifying anomalous traces, the method determines the direction of anomaly propagation using the traces root cause analysis approach based on multiple metric anomaly types. Finally, a topological graph approach is employed to accurately pinpoint the root cause service. The proposed method's effectiveness in enhancing anomaly detection and root cause analysis has been demonstrated through a series of experiments. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years, the integration of new energy devices into the power system to replace traditional sources has become a trend. Virtual power plants can effectively combine various distributed resources on the demand side. The energy storage devices in 5G base stations, with their widespread coverage and abundant dormant resources, can contribute to regulating power supply and demand within virtual power plants while ensuring the energy efficiency of the base stations. However, the complex geographical distribution and diverse performance of these energy storage devices require a more accurate assessment and secure management. This paper designs and implements a virtual power plant energy storage device state assessment system based on 5G base stations. The system is designed for the interaction of multi-source data from distributed energy storage devices, employing containerized deployment of multidimensional data analysis tasks. It effectively handles a vast amount of information from energy storage devices with varying performance, accomplishing functions such as capacity assessment and safety assessment. Additionally, the system provides a visual interface and safety prompts for power supply-demand analysis and regulation, validating the feasibility of a virtual power plant based on 5G base stations. Finally, comprehensive testing using simulated distributed real-time data collection ensures the effectiveness and timeliness of data acquisition, analysis, application, and energy storage device control. © 2024 IEEE.

With the arrival of the service life of new energy vehicles, more and more decommissioned batteries will face echelon usage scenarios. This paper mainly designs the management system for echelon utilization batteries used in communication base station energy storage. Echelon utilization batteries are less stable and more likely to cause safety problems, so they need to be managed and evaluated more frequently, which puts forward higher requirements for the timeliness of its management system architecture. This paper designs and implements an echelon utilization battery management system based on cloud-edge collaboration (CE-EUBMS). The system uses cloud-side collaboration technology to ensure the timeliness of data collection, data calculation, system control, and battery control, and ultimately ensure the safe use of echelon utilization batteries. © 2022 ACM.

With the development of big data technology, data accessed by big data platforms maintain the features of mass, isomerism, heterogeneous, and streaming. Therefore, how to access the varied data sources of isomerism and heterogeneous data and how to process and analyze the data become the current challenges. In this paper, we design and implement a data aggregation and anomaly detection system for isomerism and heterogeneous data. The system proposes a novel isomerism and heterogeneous data access sub-system. The sub-system applies improved Avro as the unified data description format and presents different storage algorithms for data serialization to raise the data adaption efficiency. The system adopts Kafka as the message middleware for data aggregation and distribution. Also, we design the anomaly detection and alarming sub-system for detecting the anomalies of streaming data on time and notifying the users. The data aggregation and anomaly detection system has passed all the tests and applied in small and medium-sized enterprises. © 2022 ACM.
