This paper presents a novel real-time signal processing system using for target tracking, it uses both ADSP21060 and FPGA to attain high performance and high-speed imageprocessing. It analyses the flexible hardware architecture based on the idea of reconfigurability and modularization, and discusses three main modules and extensibility of the hardware system. Then the implementation of the image pre-processing and target intelligent tracking algorithm is discussed in detail. The experimental result shows that the system processing rate reaches 30 frames per second. The system can automatically detect targets and output the tracking information in real-time.

This paper studies the problem of location and capacity for direct charging (DC) fast charging stations (CS). A new model with the random spatial-temporal distribution of charging demands is proposed to plan both the location and capacity for CSs and is modeled as a nonlinear optimization problem with a comprehensive cost function and multi-variable that can be solved by an improved genetic algorithm. Further, the trip chain of EV users is considered to describe the traveling characteristics based on the origin-destination (OD) matrix, and then the Voronoi diagram is used to divide the service area of each CS. The effectiveness of both the model and the improved genetic algorithm is demonstrated through the final simulation results and comparative analyses.

In this paper, the H∞ consensus of fractional-order multi-agent systems with directed communication graph is investigated. It's the first time to introduce the H∞ control to investigate the consensus problem of the fractional-order multi-agent systems. In view of Mittag-Leffler stability theory and fractional Lyapunov directed method, a sufficient condition is presented to guarantee all the agents reach consensus with the desired H∞ performance. Finally, the results are verified by several numerical simulations.

This paper presents a fast and effective segmentation method for infrared image, based on fuzzy filtering, the criteria of maximum entropy and intelligent genetic algorithm. A fuzzy filter is applied to depress the Gaussian(-like) noise. Then we use the theory of maximum entropy to select the optimum threshold. A new intelligent genetic algorithm (IGA). which applies an intelligent crossover (IC) based on orthogonal arrays (OAS). is proposed to solve this optimal problem. Experiment results show that the proposed method can depress the Gaussian(-like) noise effectively, segment the infrared image properly, and is faster than the conventional genetic algorithm and exhaustive search, also is easier to implement on hardware.

The Hammerstein systems, consisting of a zero-memory nonlinearity followed by a linear dynamic function, exists universally in industrial, chemical, physical and biological systems. Thus an effective modelling method for Hammerstein systems is critical for both relevant scientific research and engineering applications. We propose a novel Hammerstein identification approach, in which a multi-channel mechanism is used to separate the coefficients of the linear and nonlinear blocks more completely. Compared with traditional single-channel identification algorithms, the present identification method can enhance the approximation accuracy remarkably under the weak condition on the persistent excitation (PE) condition of the inputs.

Gait planning of quadruped robots plays an important role in achieving less walking, including dynamic and static gait. In this article, a static and dynamic gait control method based on center of gravity stability margin is proposed. Firstly, the robot model and kinematics modeling are introduced. Secondly, the robot’s foot static and dynamic gait were planned and the foot trajectory was designed. Finally, two types of gait of the robot were simulated using Vrep simulation software, and the differences in stability and speed between the coordinated gait with speed and stability in the static and dynamic gait of a 12 degree of freedom robot were analyzed, verifying the effectiveness of the gait control method proposed in this paper.
