Group sparse residual constraint with non-local priors(GSRC)has achieved great success in image restoration producing stateof-the-art *** the GSRC model,the l_(1)norm minimization is employed to reduce the group sparse *** recent years,nonconvex regularization terms have been widely used in image denoising problems,which have achieved better results in denoising than convex regularization *** this paper,we use the ratio of the l_(1)and l_(2)norm instead of the l_(1)norm to propose a new image denoising model,i.e.,a group sparse residual constraint model with l_(1)/l_(2)minimization(GSRC-l_(1)/l_(2)).Due to the computational difficulties arisen from the non-convexity and non-linearity,we focus on a constrained optimization problem that can be solved by alternative direction method of multipliers(ADMM).Experimental results of image denoising show that the pro-posed model outperforms several state-of-the-art image denoising methods both visually and quantitatively.

Sparse coding has achieved great success in various image restoration ***,if the sparse representation coefficients of the structure(low-frequency information)and texture(high-frequency information)components of the image are under the same penalty constraint,the restoration effect may not be *** this paper,an image denoising model combining mixed norm and weighted nuclear norm as regularization terms is *** proposed model simultaneously exploits the group sparsity of the high frequency and lowrankness of the low frequency in *** mixed norm is used to constrain the high frequency part and the weighted nuclear norm is used to constrain the low frequency *** order to make the proposed model easy to solve under the framework of alternative direction multiplier method(ADMM),iterative shrinkage threshold method and weighted nuclear norm minimization method are used to solve the two *** validity of the model is verified experimentally through comparison with some state-of-the-art methods.

The surge in urban population density in China has underscored the vital role of high-speed rail and subway systems in urban transit. Comprehensive transportation hubs, notably high-speed rail passenger terminals, have emerged as linchpins for seamless multimodal transit both within and beyond urban centers. China's railway sector vigorously champions the innovative concept of "station-city integration"and has articulated a forward-looking "16-word policy"for modern railway stations: "Seamless integration, environmental friendliness, economic viability, and intelligent accessibility". The judicious allocation of resources and the augmentation of coordination and control capabilities within comprehensive transportation hubs are imperative for the harmonious evolution of urban transit. The implementation of intelligent control systems for transportation hubs has emerged as a pivotal area of research. This study delves into the framework and critical technologies for high-speed railway comprehensive transport hubs, encompassing various components and their intricate interplay, including transport modalities, infrastructure, travelers, environmental factors, and information systems, thus forming a prototypical cyber-physical-social system. Addressing the prevalent and pressing imperative for the advancement of "station-city integration"high-speed railway comprehensive transport hubs, this research endeavor aims to surmount bottleneck challenges and refine the oversight of passenger flows at high-speed rail terminals. The findings hold noteworthy theoretical import and portend promising practical applications. © 2023 IEEE.

With the collaboration of several intelligent services, a crowd intelligence service network has been formed, and a service ecosystem has gradually emerged. As a novel service organization model, the Service Ecosystem (SE) can provide more sophisticated, precise, and thorough services and has attracted widespread attention. However, it also brings negative effects such as involution, and information cocoon room. Thus, how to analyze the collaborative decision-making mechanism between the SE regulation algorithm and the crowd intelligence group, exploring the reasons behind the negative effects, and finding effective intervention strategies have become problems in this field. To solve the challenges, we propose a Computational Experiments-based method Decision-making processes Analysis model in SE, namely CEDA. The proposed CEDA model consists of three modules: the autonomous evolution mechanism module, the learning evolution mechanism module, and the collaborative decision-making analysis module. Among them, the computational experiments can provide a customized test environment for the analysis of collaborative decision-making processes and find out the appropriate intervention strategy. Finally, the validity of the CEDA model is verified through the case of academic ecosystem involution. Car-following is the most common driving scenario where a following vehicle follows a lead vehicle in the same lane. One crucial factor of car-following behavior is driving style which affects speed and gap selection, acceleration pattern, and fuel consumption. However, existing car-following research used limited categories of driving style through pre-defined patterns and failed to encode driving style into data-driven car-following models. To address these limitations, we propose the Aggressiveness Informed Car-Following (AICF) modeling approach, which embeds driving style as a dynamic input feature in data-driven car-following models. In detail, We design driving aggressiveness tokens using four physical quantities (jerk, acceleration, relative speed, and relative spacing) to capture the heterogeneity of driving aggressiveness. These tokens were then embedded into a physics-informed Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) based car-following model for trajectory prediction. To evaluate the effectiveness of our approach, we conducted extensive experiments based on 12,540 car-following events extracted from the HighD dataset and 24,093 events from the Lyft dataset. Compared to models devoid of considerations for driving aggressiveness levels, AICF exhibits superior efficacy in mitigating the Mean Square Error (MSE) of spacing and collision rate. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work to directly incorporate real-time driving aggressiveness tokens as input features into data-driven car-following models, enabling a more comprehensive understanding of aggressiveness in car-following behavior. Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) have been gaining popularity in recent years due to their promise of realizing the decentralized Web 3.0. However, most DAOs rely heavily on token-centric value systems as well as allocate decision-making authority and yield-sharing rights according to the held tokens, which often lead to monopolization of power and rights. To address this issue, this paper contributes to propose a truly democratic organization model, named True Autonomous Organizations and Operations (TAOs), that does not count upon tokens and is guided by principles of contribution-based and on-demand allocation. We first discuss the design of TAOs, including their infrastructures, power structures, and value systems, and then provide a technical roadmap for implementing TAOs in the DeSci context. This research can provide a valuable guidance for the construction and application of TAOs. © 2023 IEEE.
