In order to solve the problem that the clustering number in Fuzzy C-Means(FCM) needs to be set manually in advance,a two-phase hybrid fuzzy clustering approach using membership fusion(TPHFC) is *** the first phase,conventional FCM is used for *** the second phase,the results obtained by pre-clustering are fused according to the relationship between the membership of samples to different clusters and the membership threshold.A density-based clustering validity measurement is established for this *** proposed method obtains better clustering effect with setting fewer *** on synthetic datasets conforming to Gaussian distribution and UCI datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed clustering *** clustering number and clustering centers can be obtained adaptively.

Dynamic facial expression recognition(DFER) in the wild has received widespread attention *** are complex factors such as face occlusion and pose variation in the *** expression recognition has a subtle competition between capturing local features of a human face and obtaining a global feature *** paper proposes an end-to-end DFER network GAT-Net based on the grid attention module and Transformer,which improves the robustness and accuracy of DFER in the ***,GAT-Net is divided into two components:spatial feature extraction and temporal feature *** grid attention module of the spatial feature extraction component guides the network to pay attention to the local salient features of the face,which reduces the interference of field occlusion and non-frontal *** Transformer in the temporal feature processing component guides the network to learn the temporal relationship of high-level semantic features and the global representation of facial expression *** two components balance the subtle competition between local features and global feature representations of facial *** ablation experiment has proved the effectiveness of the grid attention module and *** demonstrate that our GAT-Net outperforms state-of-the-art methods on DFEW and AFEW benchmarks with accuracies of 67.53%,and 50.14% respectively.

Aiming at the problems containing complex working conditions,modeling difficulties and long-time delay of thermoelectric cooler temperature control system,an improved ADRC control method combining ADRC and Smith predictor is proposed in this *** deals with the disturbances and uncertain dynamics in the system,SP compensates the time delay to improve the control *** with the traditional PID controller,the proposed control method has faster response speed and stronger anti-disturbance ability,meanwhile,overcomes the dependence of Smith predictor on object parameters to a certain *** simulation and experimental verification,a good control effect is obtained,which provides a positive guidance of the related application of thermoelectric cooler.

SWDPM: A Social Welfare-Optimized Data Pricing Mechanism

Data trading has been hindered by privacy concerns associated with user-owned data and the infinite reproducibility of data, making it challenging for data owners to retain exclusive rights over their data once it has been disclosed. Traditional data pricing models relied on uniform pricing or subscription-based models. However, with the development of Privacy-Preserving Computing techniques, the market can now protect the privacy and complete transactions using progressively disclosed information, which creates a technical foundation for generating greater social welfare through data usage. In this study, we propose a novel approach to modeling multi-round data trading with progressively disclosed information using a matchmaking-based Markov Decision Process (MDP) and introduce a Social Welfare-optimized Data Pricing Mechanism (SWDPM) to find optimal pricing strategies. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to model multi-round data trading with progressively disclosed information. Numerical experiments demonstrate that the SWDPM can increase social welfare 3 times by up to 54% in trading feasibility, 43% in trading efficiency, and 25% in trading fairness by encouraging better matching of demand and price negotiation among traders. Visual navigation in complex environments is inefficient with traditional reactive policy or general-purposed recurrent policy due to the long-term memory problem. To address this issue, this paper proposes a graph attention memory (GAM) architecture consisting of memory construction module, graph attention module, and control module. The memory construction module builds the topological graph based on supervised learning by taking the exploration prior. Then, guided attention features to reach the goal are extracted with the graph attention module. Finally, the deep reinforcement learning based control module makes decisions based on visual observations and guided attention features. In addition, the convergence of the proposed GAM module for recurrent attention operation is analyzed in this paper. We evaluate GAM-based navigation system in two complex 3D ViZDoom environments. Experimental results show that the GAM-based navigation system outperforms all baselines in both success rate and navigation efficiency, and significantly improves the generalization. © 2022 IEEE.

In most control systems, modeling error and noise interference will always lead to the performance degradation and divergence of the UKF or the CKF. To settle a matter caused by model uncertainties, a new UKF/CKF frame combined with multiple model method is presented in this paper. Through probabilistic multiple model design method, this paper approximates the posterior densities by a finite number of probabilistically weighted points and uses these points to display the entire state space. Simulation results and comparison analysis demonstrate that the multiple-model UKF(MMUKF) and the multiple-model CKF(MMCKF) have higher precision and stronger robustness than the traditional UKF and CKF in case of model uncertainties. © 2022, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Heat dissipation is extremely important for electronic component such as CPU or GPU of the computer. Now most researchers only design optimal heat sink for CPU for better heat dissipation, while few of them consider waste heat recycling of CPU. The CPU can be used as the heat source, while the original system has fan and heat sink as the cooling system. Thus, the original CPU working condition is very suitable for thermoelectric power generation and will bring great benefit to system itself. However, adding thermoelectric generator will increase the temperature of CPU, which will decrease the performance of the computer. It is necessary to reduce the hot side temperature while generating energy as much as possible. To achieve this, this paper designed a kind of intelligent waste heat generation system based on thermoelectric power generator. Three different shape heat sinks are designed, contrasted, and tested. By building experimental platform and establishing simulation model, the power of thermoelectric power generation and temperature change of the three heat sink structures are compared. The fin shaped heat sink is considered has the best output performance while keeping the hot side temperature within the acceptance range. The maximum output power is 10.67mW, and the maximum hot side temperature is 72◦C during the experiment. © 2021 IEEE

This paper considers the formation encirclement problem of multi-agent systems with collision avoidance, where the enclosing orbit is an ellipse, the target and the formation are dynamic. The novel rewards, that is the elliptical encirclement reward, the formation reward, the angular velocity reward and collision avoidance reward are designed and a reinforcement learning (RL) algorithm, that is multi-agent deep deterministic policy gradient (MADDPG), is designed based on the novel setting of rewards.
