This paper proposes a hand position tracking algorithm based on optimized consistent extended Kalman filter (CEKF). By introducing the previous work of the authors and analyzing the parameter of the original CEKF algorithm, the key parameter that is negatively correlated with the degree of the estimation of uncertain dynamics is determined. Then, two metaheuristic methods, the Genetic Algorithm (GA) and the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) are used to optimize the original CEKF algorithm. To quantify the performance of the algorithms, the root-mean-square error (RMSE) is employed as the performance index. Finally, the numerical simulation and practical experiment of the hand position tracking are carried out, and the optimized algorithm achieves 9.52% and 10.94% improvements of the performance, respectively.

In this paper, the preassigned-time synchronization (PTS) problem for a fifth-order memristive chaotic circuit (MCC) is investigated by designing a time-dependent intermittent controller. First, the dynamic characteristics of the MCC, especially the existence and occurrence of chaos, are investigated by simulation experiments. Besides, the stability of the equilibrium points is discussed by using Routh-Hurwitz criterion. Then, a time-dependent intermittent controller is designed and the PTS of MCC is realized via the presented controller. Finally, the effectiveness of theoretical results is verified by means of numerical simulations.

In recent years, control under urban intersection scenarios has become an emerging research topic. In such scenarios, the autonomous vehicle confronts complicated situations since it must deal with the interaction with social vehicles timely while obeying the traffic rules. Generally, the autonomous vehicle is supposed to avoid collisions while pursuing better efficiency. The existing work fails to provide a framework that emphasizes the integrity of the scenarios while deploying and testing reinforcement learning(RL) methods. Specifically, we propose a benchmark for training and testing RL-based autonomous driving agents in complex intersection scenarios, which is called RL-CIS. Then, a set of baselines consisting various algorithms are deployed. The test benchmark and baselines provide a fair and comprehensive training and testing platform for the study of RL for autonomous driving in the intersection scenario, advancing RL-based methods for autonomous driving control. In this paper, optimal control of nonlinear systems for non-zero-sum games is solved with a data-based and recursive least square. The new adjustment law is similar to experience replay algorithm which refer history data and the covariance matrix is introduced for storing historical data, which can avoid the waste of space and time caused by storing a large amount of historical data and collecting data. In tuning process, we use a discount factor which shows how trust to the collected data to guide adjustment law to update the weight. Meanwhile, discount factor can avoid the covariance matrix tending to zero due to accumulation of data. After that, the convergence of the weight is analyzed. Finally, using a simulation to verify the effectiveness of the tuning law.

Estimating the 6D pose of objects is an important process for intelligent systems to achieve interaction with the real-world. As the RGB-D sensors become more accessible, the fusion-based methods have prevailed, since the point clouds provide complementary geometric information with RGB values. However, due to the difference in feature space between color image and depth image, the network structures that directly perform point-to-point matching fusion do not effectively fuse the features of the two. In this paper, we propose a simple but effective approach, named MixedFusion. Different from the prior works, we argue that the spatial correspondence of color and point clouds could be decoupled and reconnected, thus enabling a more flexible fusion scheme. By performing the proposed method, more informative points can be mixed and fused with rich color features. Extensive experiments are conducted on the challenging LineMod and YCB-Video datasets, which shows that our method significantly boosts the performance without introducing extra overheads. Furthermore, when the minimum tolerance of metric narrows, the proposed approach performs better for the high-precision demands.
