This paper investigates adaptive containment control for a class of fractional-order multi-agent systems(FOMASs)with time-varying parameters and *** using the bounded estimation method,the difficulty generated by the timevarying parameters and disturbances is *** command filter is introduced to solve the complexity problem inherent in adaptive backstepping ***,in order to eliminate the effect of filter errors,a novel distributed error compensating scheme is constructed,in which only the local information from the neighbor agents is ***,a distributed adaptive containment control scheme for FOMASs is developed based on backstepping to guarantee that the outputs of all the followers are steered to the convex hull spanned by the *** on the extension of Barbalat's lemma to fractional-order integrals,it can be proven that the containment errors and the compensating signals have asymptotic ***,three simulation examples are given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control method.

In this work,thick BiFeO_(3)films(~1μm)were prepared on LaNiO_(3)-buffered(111)Pt/Ti/SiO_(2)/(100)Si substrates via radio-frequency magnetron sputtering without post-growth *** effects of the substrate temperature on the film’s crystallinity,defect chemistry,and associated electrical properties were *** contrast to the poorly crystallized BiFeO_(3)film deposited at 300℃and the randomly-oriented and(111)-textured films deposited at 500 and 650℃,respectively,a(001)-preferred orientation was achieved in the BiFeO_(3)film deposited at 350℃.This film not only showed a dense,fine-grained morphology but also displayed enhanced electrical properties due to the(001)texture and improved defect *** properties include a reduced leakage current(J≈2.4×10^(−5)A/cm^(2)@200 kV/cm),a small dielectric constant(ε_(r)≈243–217)with a low loss(tanδ≤0.086)measured from 100 Hz to 1 MHz,and a nearly intrinsic remnant polarization(Pr)of~60μC/cm^(2).A detailed TEM analysis confirmed the R3c symmetry of the BFO films and hence ensured good stability of their electrical *** particular,single-beam cantilevers fabricated from BiFeO_(3)/LaNiO_(3)/Pt/Ti/SiO_(2)/Si heterostructures showed excellent electromechanical performance,including a large transverse piezoelectric coefficient(e_(31,f))of~−2.8 C/m^(2),a high figure of merit(FOM)parameter of~4.0 GPa,and a large signal-to-noise ratio of~1.5 C/m^(2).An in-depth analysis revealed the intrinsic nature of the e_(31,f)piezoelectric coefficient,which is well fitted along a straight line of e_(31,f)ratio=(ε_(r)P_(r))ratio with the reported representative *** high-quality lead-free piezoelectric films processed with a reduced thermal budget can open many possibilities for the integration of piezoelectricity into Si-based microelectro–mechanical systems(MEMSs).

Investigation and Comparison of 5G Channel Models: From Qua DRi Ga, NYUSIM,and MG5G Perspectives

This paper investigates and compares three channel models for the fifth generation(5 G) wireless communications: the quasi deterministic radio channel generator(Qua DRi Ga), the NYUSIM channel simulator model developed by New York University, and the more general 5 G(MG5 G) channel model. First, the characteristics of the modeling processes of the three models are introduced from the perspective of model ***, the small-scale parameter modeling strategies of the three models are compared from space/time/frequency domains as well as polarization aspect. In particular, the drifting of small-scale parameters is introduced in ***, through the simulation results of angular power spectrum, Doppler power spectrum density, temporal autocorrelation function, power delay profile, frequency correlation function, channel capacity, and eigenvalue distribution, the three models are comprehensively investigated. According to the simulation results, we clearly analyze the impact of the modeling strategy on the three channel models and give certain evaluations and suggestion which lay a solid foundation for link and system-level simulations for 5 G transmission algorithms.

Anomaly detection aims to detect data that do not conform to regular patterns, and such data is also called outliers. The anomalies to be detected are often tiny in proportion, containing crucial information, and are suitable for application scenes like intrusion detection, fraud detection, fault diagnosis, e-commerce platforms, et al. However, in many realistic scenarios, only the samples following normal behavior are observed, while we can hardly obtain any anomaly information. To address such problem, we propose an anomaly detection method GALDetector which is combined of global and local information based on observed normal samples. The proposed method can be divided into a three-stage method. Firstly, the global similar normal scores and the local sparsity scores of unlabeled samples are computed separately. Secondly, potential anomaly samples are separated from the unlabeled samples corresponding to these two scores and corresponding weights are assigned to the selected samples. Finally, a weighted anomaly detector is trained by loads of samples, then the detector is utilized to identify else anomalies. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method, we conducted experiments on three categories of real-world datasets from diverse domains, and experimental results show that our method achieves better performance when compared with other state-of-the-art methods. © 2023 IEEE.

The scale of grain production affects human life and development. With the continuous expansion of cultivated land, the reproductive ability of weeds to mutiply gradually increases, which affects the growth of crops. If weeds are not treated properly managed, they can also allow spread indiscriminately in the field and reduce crop yields. The growth ability of weeds is stronger than that of crops, and there are many types of weeds with a wide of species diversity. To solve the problem that the existing weed detection methods cannot detect and classify weeds accurately and quickly, a deep learning method based on improved Yolov5 was designed for weed detection. By replacing the 3 × 3 convolution with multi-head self-attention (MHSA) in the Yolov5's backbone, the accuracy of weed detection is improved. The experimental results show that the improved Yolov5 weed detection algorithm achieves 51.4% accuracy. Compared with the original Yolov5 model, the calculation amount is 3 points less than the original, and total time required is slightly shorter, which improves the accuracy of weed classification and positioning. © 2023 IEEE.

Currently, Transformer-based prohibited object detection methods in X-ray images appear constantly, but there are still some shortcomings such as poor performance and high computational complexity for prohibited object detection with heavily occlusion. Therefore, a coarse to fine detection method for prohibited object in X-ray images based on progressive Transformer decoder is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a coarse to fine framework is proposed, which includes two stages: coarse detection and fine detection. Through adaptive inference in stages, the computational efficiency of the model is effectively improved. Then, a position and class object queries method is proposed, which improves the convergence speed and detection accuracy of the model by fusing the position and class information of prohibited object with object queries. Finally, a progressive Transformer decoder is proposed, which distinguishes high and low score queries by decreasing confidence thresholds, so that high-score queries are not affected by low-score queries in the decoding stage, and the model can focus more on decoding low-score queries, which usually correspond to prohibited object with severe occlusion. The experimental results on three public benchmark datasets (SIXray, OPIXray, HiXray) demonstrate that compared with the baseline DETR, the proposed method achieves the state-of-the-art detection accuracy with a 21.6% reduction in model computational complexity. Especially for prohibited objects with heavily occlusion, accurate detection can be carried out. © 2024 ACM.

Considering smoke detection in a complex scene, high smoke object error rate and low detection efficiency, an improved YOLOV5 for smoke detection is proposed in this paper. To improve the effectiveness of smoke detection algorithm for smoke targets in complex scenes. First, a new lightweight convolution technique GSConv is introduced to replace the Conv layer in the neck layer for feature extraction, and the original C3 module is replaced by Cross Stage Partial Network (GSCSP) module VoVGSCSP. This improvement reduces the computation complexity of the algorithm while maintaining the detection accuracy. Second, CIoU is replaced by SIoU as the regression function of the prediction box to improve the prediction accuracy of the prediction box and reduce the rate of missed detection of the target. Finally, to improve the performance of the deep network, Dynamic ReLU is introduced as an activation function (dynamically adjusting the ReLU parameters depending on the input data). Experiments on the SM-dataset (smoke detection dataset) show that the improved model improves the accuracy and precision of target smoke detection compared to the YOLOV5 model. Its precision is increased by 1.8%, mAP@0.5 is increased by 1.0%, the complexity of the model is reduced by 23.8%. The improved algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively extract smoke features and more suitable for smoke detection tasks in complex scenes. © 2023 IEEE.

Given the requirements for robust target classification and accurate target state estimation in visual tracking, SiamFC++ proposes a set of practical guidelines for designing high-performance general-purpose trackers by considering the special nature of visual tracking problems. Inspired by dynamic modules, We propose an empirical method for integrating a dynamic module into the image input, which is concatenated with the template module after feature maps are extracted by the backbone network. Since the position and shape of the object can change significantly within a video sequence, the added dynamic module can better focus on the target region of the feature map to obtain better similarity maps. Extensive experiments and comparisons demonstrate that our simple and effective method achieves reliable results on the benchmarks of LaSOT, TrackingNet, and GOT-10K and provides a significant speed advantage in real-time. © 2023 IEEE.
