As market competition becomes more intense, the development trend of manufacture is multi-variety, small batch, individuation and minor-cycle more and more obviously. Traditional casting technology with mold manufacturing cannot adapt to the active demand of short delivery date, higher precision, low cost in developing the parts of automobile engine, cover panels pattern etc. Rapid Prototyping technology and NC machining technology begin to be applied to rapid manufacturing of mold. The guide sleeve is the connection between layers during the 3D hybrid woven of large and complex component based on digital guiding master plate. Proper choice of guide sleeve materials is essential to the whole performance of composites, for both the guide sleeve and the fiber coiled on it for plane shaping are reinforcing materials. Thus not only the properties of guide sleeve should be deliberated, but also their interfacial bonding properties between resins and guide sleeve should be taken into consideration while choosing the material. After testing the interface tensile strength by universal testing machine, we use the scanning electron micro-scope (SEM) to analyze the joint surface morphology of composites before and after tensile test. And the result shows that carbon fiber-vinyl composite has excellent invasive between resins and high bonding strength. Meanwhile, because of its high specific strength, compared with aluminum alloy and stainless steel, carbon fiber-vinyl composite material is the perfect selection for guide sleeve.

Design of cooling system for hot stamping die was studied in this paper, through analysis of phase transformation of stamping parts, die structure strength and deformation requirements of die and stamping parts. Order of cooling system parameters effecting on stamping parts temperature was studied, it was found that, effect of distance between die surface and cooling pipe was the greatest influencing parameter. With heating temperature of 950 °C, healing time of 4.5min, stamping velocity of 65mm/s, pressure holding time of 13s, high quality of 22MnB5 stamping parts were obtained, with tensile strength beyond 1500Mpa and yield strength beyond 1000Mpa.

Computer simulation can help to analyze temperature field during deformation, thickness variation of sheet metal and distribution of stress and strain, etc. in the hot forming process, according to numerical simulation of hot stamping, conclusions would be found: sheet metal must be formed within one second with pressing speed between 50mm/s and 150mm/s, and temperature before stamping should be lower than 900°C1 and higher than Ac1, temperature after forming should be higher than Ms, and quenching with ten seconds is enough for the request. The following results were found: friction of plate and die was the main reason of crack during hot stamping, and reducing of friction was effective method to deal with crack;blank holder force (BHF) wasn't needed, and blank holder wasn't needed for hot stamping die.
