We propose and experimentally demonstrate an efficient and ultra-low-complexity inter-channel nonlinearity mitigation using residual carrier-based phase tracking. Without information of neighboring channels, 1.4-dB Q 2 -factor improvement is obtained in 16λ×420-Gb/s PS-256-QAM WDM transmission over 400-km SSMF.
