District Integrated Energy System can realize the coordination and stepped utilization of multiple energy, improve the integrated utilization efficiency of energy, and take advantages of multiple energy into account. On the other hand, the optimal operation of District Integrated Energy System involves many stakeholders, the investment and operation mode of the system is more complex, and the demand side has different energy demands with different forms and characteristics, which will directly affect the operation economy and environmental protection of the system. This paper mainly studies the multi-objective optimal operation of the District Integrated Energy System considering economy and environmental protection. Firstly, the model of system is constructed, which includes multi-source supply and integrated load. Secondly, a multi-objective optimization problem considering economy and environmental protection is put forward. Finally, the linear weighting method combined with entropy weight method is used to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. The case analysis shows that the system operation can give consideration to economy and environmental protection after multi-objective optimization.

In view of the problems that the disorderly demand charging load increases the power supply pressure and the control of large-scale cluster is difficult, which will appear during the process of large-scale electric vehicle cluster participating in frequency regulation, this paper proposes a hierarchical distributed frequency regulation strategy of electric vehicle cluster considering the optimization of demand charging load. Firstly, the demand charging plans of electric vehicles are optimized to minimize the system load variance, and the reserve capacity of electric vehicle cluster is predicted in real-time. Then, in order to improve the control performance of large-scale cluster, a hierarchically distributed control framework is established, which enables the traditional unit to assist the electric vehicle through the real-time assignment of system frequency regulation task, and realizes the individual-level orderly scheduling of electric vehicles based on the distributed sorting. The simulation results show that the proposed frequency regulation strategy can not only adjust automatically for ensuring expected frequency regulation effect, but also reduce the power supply pressure on the grid side, as well as achieve efficient and reliable scheduling of electric vehicle cluster.

The increasing penetration of wind power generation displaces a major portion of conventional generating plant reducing system inertia and deteriorating system frequency dynamic characteristics. In this sense, the induction machines (IMs) including induction motor loads and induction generators, which occupy a fair proportion in power consumption and generation, should be viewed with some concern in frequency response. Therefore, this paper firstly estimates IMs available inertia. It is shown that the IMs available inertia is affected by both rotor inertia and slip frequency regulation and presents a time-varied property. Besides, the frequency response model of a power system constituted of a SG, an aggregate Type 3 WTs and an IM load is established. The effect of IMs available inertia on frequency dynamics is analyzed based on this system. Time-domain simulation results of the system verify the analyses. © 2019 IEEE.

The change of ambient temperature can exert effects on length and width of plasma jet flow while voltage peak value, voltage frequency and gas flow are the adjustable input parameters of plasma jet generator that can also exert effects on quality of jet flow. In order to seek the input parameter values for jet generator to generate the optimal jet flow quality under any ambient temperature, in this paper, the optimization method for input parameters of plasma jet generator based on the coupling model of Support Vector Regression (SVR) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) is proposed and practically applied to the research of a common plasma jet generator. The method consists of three steps, including confirmation of the optimization model, establishment of jet flow quality prediction model based on SVR, parameter optimization based on jet flow quality prediction model and GA. In practical application, with the product of jet flow length and width as the objective function and voltage peak value, voltage frequency and gas flow as the design variables, the constraints of voltage peak value, voltage frequency and gas flow and temperature are confirmed by the preliminary tests in this paper. Orthogonal table can be obtained by 25 tests to establish the prediction model training set while the jet flow quality prediction model based on SVR can be established through MATLAB. When the ambient temperature is known, GA is adopted to solve the model. The optimal jet flow parameters under a certain ambient temperature can be eventually confirmed by a limited number of parameter optimization. The results show that the plasma jet flows generated under the parameters confirmed by this method are better in length and width compared to other parameters, indicating that the input parameter optimization of the jet generator can be realized. Few effective insulation state detection methods for power capacitor can be used in field. In this paper, a power capacitor insulation state detection method based on polarization-depolarization current is proposed. Firstly, the basic principles of the method are discussed. Then, two characterized parameters are conducted based on polarization and depolarization currents, which are DC conductivity and 0.1Hz dielectric loss. A test device based on this method is developed to evaluate the insulation state of power capacitor with different aging conditions. The test results showed that the polarization and depolarization currents increased along with the aging conditions. The DC conductance and 0.1Hz dielectric loss also increased along with the aging conditions. The test indicated the polarization-depolarization current method is suitable for power capacitor insulation state detection. © 2019 IEEE.

Grounding current dispersion of hvdc grounding system under dynamic seasonal frozen soil

When a high voltage direct current (HVDC) system works at single line operation mode, a big current will flow into the earth through the grounding system directly. Then the large current can cause damage to surrounding equipment and the environment. Therefore, it is significant to study the current dispersion characteristics of HVDC grounding system. Firstly, a ±800 kV HVDC model operated at single line mode is built. The grounding current can be seen as the equivalent current source injecting to the grounding system. Secondly, the current dispersion characteristics of horizontal, cross and ring electrodes are investigated. It proves that the ring grounding electrode shows better current dispersion characteristic. And the double-ring grounding electrode whose ratio of inner and outer rings is controlled at 0.7 to 0.75 can get a better current dispersion characteristic. In addition, a dynamic seasonal frozen soil resistivity changing model is built to study the effects of season on the grounding electrodes. The frozen soil would not only increase the ESP, the resistance to ground, and step voltage, but also reduce the current density and electrical field. When the frozen soil is melting, the current dispersion characteristics are the best. The results provide meaningful reference for the design of the grounding system in extremely cold regions. © 2020, Electromagnetics Academy. All rights reserved.

The casting material of modified hub in a certain assembling unit was made from 20SiMn Furthermore, it used the puddle welding technology to generate 390L cladding as the surface of hub to improve its anti-cavitation ability. Nevertheless, quality issues were still spotted on the overlay of hubs in ex-factory acceptance. On the one hand, the detecting defects existed in the penetration test; on the other hand, the hardness test was ineligible. After turning off the defective surface, the inner puddle welding layer remained similar defects. Therefore, the surface overlay of hubs was completely turned off and then processed by puddle welding method so as to ensure the overall quality of the hubs.

As the insulating medium, sulfur hexafluoride (SF 6 ) is widely applied in gas insulation equipment. Over longterm operation, the solid insulation of the equipment is damaged by PD, causing it to react with SF 6 to generate COS and CF 4 which are critical SF 6 decomposition products inside the equipment. The detection of these two SF 6 decomposition products can help in assessment of the type and severity of insulation defects. Compared to the absorption spectroscopy and photoacoustic spectroscopy, FERS can using a single wavelength laser to simultaneously achieve the high sensitivity detection of mixture gases. In this paper, a highly sensitive SF 6 decomposition based on fiber-enhanced Raman spectroscopy is built up. The Raman spectroscopy of COS and CF 4 was acquired. The characteristic peak of COS at 859 cm -1 and that of CF 4 at 909 cm -1 were observed respectively. We study the relationship between laser power, pressure of fiber core and Raman scattering intensity, experimentally. The Raman scattering intensity is linear related to laser power and pressure. The response time of FERS which includes the filling time and evacuating time. was also examined. The filling time of the fiber is defined as the point when the intensity of the Raman peak does not change. FERS is promising to achieve the online monitoring technique to detect the SF 6 decomposition components with highly selective and sensitive.

As an important and widely used electrical equipment, GIS (gas insulated switchgear) greatly affects the stability and safety of the entire power grid. By detecting the concentration of SF 6 decomposed component gases in GIS, we can judge the faults existing in the GIS, and prevent the corrosive decomposed gases from damaging the insulation. However, existing SF 6 decomposition component detection methods can are difficult to achieve relatively accurate simultaneous detection of multi-component gases. In this paper, a method using cavity enhanced Raman spectroscopy was developed to simultaneously detect SO 2 and CF 4 under high concentration SF 6 . Based on frequency-locking cavity enhancement technology, we coupled laser light with a wavelength of 642 nm and a power of about 50 mW into a V-shaped resonant cavity, and realized three orders of power enhancement. Due to the special V-shaped structure of the resonant cavity, the direct reflected light from the cavity mirror will not feedback to the laser, thereby avoiding false locking. Under 1 atmosphere pressure, Raman spectroscopy of CF 4 and SO 2 with a concentration of 1% was obtained. The characteristic Raman spectral lines of CF 4 and SO 2 were determined as 909 cm -1 and 1151 cm -1 , respectively. responding to their v1 transition. And the Raman spectrum of CF 4 and SO 2 under the pressure of gradient distribution was obtained, it was found that the Raman characteristic peak intensity of CF 4 and SO 2 was highly linear between pressure relationship. Besides, the mixed gas of CF 4 and SO 2 under high concentration SF 6 was detected simultaneously without any interference. This study laid the foundation for Raman spectroscopy for the detection and quantitative analysis of SF 6 decomposed gas components, indicating that Raman spectroscopy has great potential in the field of SF 6 decomposed gas component detection.

Oil-impregnated cellulose insulation is an important part of power transformers, and it will gradually deteriorate during the operation of the transformer. Therefore, accurate assessment of the aging conditions of oil-immersed cellulose insulation is very important to maintain the safe and stable operation of the transformer. In this paper, the experiments and molecular simulation methods were used to deeply analyze the synergistic effects of moisture and aging on the frequency dielectric spectroscopy (FDS) of oil-impregnated cellulose insulation materials. The results show that the higher the moisture content and the lower the degrees of polymerization (DP), the greater the frequency dielectric parameter. Molecular simulations show that the hydrogen bond, mean square displacement and polarizability of cellulose increase with the increase of moisture content and the decrease of DP. This article helps to understand the synergistic enhancement effect of moisture and aging on the frequency and dielectric properties of oil-impregnated cellulose insulation from a microscopic mechanism.
