Natural esters have been more and more widely used in recent years, while the analysis of the microcosmic mechanism is extremely important. In this paper, the accelerated thermal aging test for oil-paper samples are performed at 120°C, which composed of 25# mineral oil, soybean oil, palm oil, ordinary insulation pressboard and thermally-upgraded paper, to investigate the aging characteristics of oil - paper insulating system. The research on changing laws of degree polymerization (DP) of insulation pressboard is performed. The microcosmic mechanism analysis of insulation paper thermally aged in mineral oil and ester oils are studied by building different oil-paper composite models and simulated the diffusion of hydronium ions in insulating oilpaper system. The interaction energy and hydrogen bonds between cellulose, oil and hydronium ions are analyzed. Results show that the DP values of insulation pressboard immersed in soybean oil are the highest, while the ageing rate of insulation pressboard immersed in mineral oil is the highest, which is 2.59 times of that in soybean oil and 1.03 times of that in palm oil. The molecular simulation result of interaction energy and hydrogen bonds shows that soybean oil has the best ability of protecting cellulose, due to the high interaction energy with hydronium ions, which is 1.2 times higher than that of palm oil in the oil-paper composite model with 1 wt% hydronium ions. With the increment of the ratio of hydronium ions in oil-paper composite model, the interaction energy and the number of hydrogen bonds between cellulose and hydronium ions both show an increasing trend. In the oilpaper composite model of 5 wt% hydronium ions, the number of hydrogen bonds between cellulose and hydronium ions in mineral oil-paper composite model is 1.7 times of that in soybean oil-paper composite model and is 1.1 times of that in palm oil-paper composite model. Half bridge switching power supply has problems such as poor capacitive starting capacity and easy malfunction of short-circuit protection circuit. Then a new type of short-circuit protection circuit for switching power supply is designed. The circuit is for sampling and protection based on half bridge partial voltage capacitance ripple characteristics. It has the advantages of rapid fault protection adjustable trigger time and recovery time. It shows that the circuit scheme has a good protective effect on the power converter in various load environments, and it has reached desired effect, according to the simulation results and the circuit application results. © 2019 IEEE.

In view of the shortage of direct measurement method for shafting of large generator sets, this paper proposes a sensor monitoring technology based on illumination emphasis. The article first introduces the research status of the shaft torque of thermal power units, and expounds the theory of mode interference and the theory of twist sensing. Then, the LP mode simulation of single-mode fiber and two-mode fiber is carried out, which is an effective method for symmetrical higher-order mode. Finally, the simulation of the mode interferometer, the spectrum and the phase during twisting is carried out. It is clarified that the non-circular symmetrical mode with π phase difference electric field distribution is the key inducement of the interferometric phase jump and spectrum flipping in twisting measurement. This article provides theoretical guidance for subsequent device fabrication and spectral distortion analysis.

Current transformer (CT) disconnection of bus is prone to maloperation of bus differential protection. The existing criteria for CT disconnection do not fully consider the distinction between heavy load high impedance fault and external metal fault transfer to internal high impedance fault. And not fully consider the influence of one-half wiring circulation and unbalanced impedance on CT disconnection zero sequence criterion. Based on the theoretical analysis of the characteristics of braking current variation and zero sequence current distribution in the event of internal fault, this paper puts forward a fast blocking criterion of CT disconnection based on braking current and zero sequence current, and carries out simulation verification. Both the theory and the simulation show that there is a drop of braking current in the event of internal fault. The distribution of zero sequence current in the event of CT disconnection is obviously different from that in the event of internal fault. The criterion proposed in this paper can effectively and reliably distinguish CT disconnection from internal fault.

In order to solve the practical problem of 24-hours dynamic reactive power optimization in power system dispatching, according to the limit output range of generator's operation, this paper divides generator's operation into three regions in PQ mathematical model and takes the action times of discrete control equipment as global inequality constraints, finally establishes a complete 24-hours non-linear mixed integer dynamic reactive power optimization mathematical model. The simulation results show that the mathematical model in this paper can adjust the output of the generators according to the actual situation effectively when the generators are in phase-leading operation. In addition, dynamic reactive power optimization reduces the number of control equipment's action at the cost of increasing active power loss in the whole network. So, In order to ensure the safe and economic operation of power grid, it is necessary to coordinate the relationship between active power loss and the constraints of control equipment's action. This paper has positive reference significance for power system dispatching. © 2019 IEEE.

When the renewable energy power station is included, the primary frequency regulation(PFR) of the grid can make a big difference. New control methods are proposed to accommodate this *** this case,we propose an on-line monitoring and evaluation method which based on PMU dynamic data for PFR of renewable energy power station. Firstly, the characteristics of the PFR of the renewable energy power station are expounded. Secondly, quantitative evaluation indicators of PFR are proposed. Finally, the concrete implementation method and an application example are introduced. The method has been applied in practice and has obtained good application results. © 2019 IEEE.

One of the most important performance index of UHF RFID tags is the operating distance, which can be extended by reducing the power consumption of RFID tags. In this paper, an RFID chip based on EPC Class -1 Generation-2/ISOIS000-6C protocol is presented. An optimization method for dynamic power consumption of clock tree in digital back-end design is proposed. This method can further reduce the dynamic power consumption for the completed layout. Under the condition of return frequency 170kHz, the simulated power consumption is reduced from 1. 4S3uW to 1. 357uW for the chip which was taped out with the TSMC 0. 18um process. © 2019 IEEE.

IEEE 802.15.4g Standard specifies multi-rate and multi-regional orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (MR-OFDM) physical layer, which supports principally outdoor, low-data-rate, wireless, smart metering utility network (SUN). The inter-channel interference (ICI) results in subcarrier frequency sampling offset and phase shift for signal on MR-OFDM. In this paper, phase tracking algorithms which estimate and compensate the offset on symbols are studied. A basic phase tracking method is presented that the phase rotation of reception signal can be recognized by using the data on the pilot tones. Furthermore, in order to mitigation the influence of noise, an average-based algorithm is proposed as a modified solution. In contrast with the basic method, the average-based algorithm enhances the reliability of phase tracking. Simulations of algorithms are assessed, which are in accordance with theoretical analysis. © 2019 IEEE.

With the development of living and production standard, the power load is increasing continuously, and the distribution network needs to be expanded to meet the expectation, meantime, low user voltage problem frequently appears. Flexible AC transmission technology (FACTS) provides a new method for power flow control in grid. Thyristor controlled series capacitor (TCSC) is used in (or above) 10kV transmission and distribution lines to solve the problem of power transmission. In the low-voltage distribution network, it can improve the terminal voltage. But for now, in the practical application of engineering, its control method is not mature enough, some problems like Inaccurate control or complex control steps still exist. In this paper, two possible improvement measures are put forward aiming at TCSC's traditional table check control schemes. more applicable functional relationships are proposed by using mathematical analysis, and the application conditions of the two improvement schemes are compared and analyzed. After theoretical analysis and practical verification, the improved scheme can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional control mode to a certain extent, and can play a better effect in practical application.

The electrolytic aluminum accounts for about 7% of China's total electricity use and has great potential for demand-side response (DR) with smart grid technologies. This paper focuses on the optimal scheduling of the electrolytic aluminum with DR function. The bi-level optimization model is proposed to guide electrolytic aluminum load for providing DR. In the proposed optimization model, the upper-level problem is to minimize the system operational cost, while the lower-level problem is to maximize the profit of the aluminum plant. The Karush-Kuhn-Tucker optimality conditions for the lower-level problem is derived, and the bi-level problem is reformulated as the mix-integer quadratic programming problem. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed bi-level programming can not only reduce the operational cost of the power system, but also increase the profit of the electrolytic aluminum plant when it provides DR services.
