Constructing own oxygen vacancies in the photocatalysts is a very promising method to improve their photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction ***,some catalysts have excellent stabilities,making it difficult for them to construct their own oxygen *** simplify the above difficulty of stable photocatalysts,constructing extrinsic oxygen vacancies on their surface as a novel idea is ***,a stable TiO_(2)nanosheet is chosen as a research object,we uniformly deposited BiOCl quantum dots on their surface via a simple adsorption-deposition *** is found that BiOCl quantum dots are able to simultaneously self-transform into defective BiOCl with many oxygen vacancies when the photocatalyst is performed photocatalytic CO_(2)*** extrinsic oxygen vacancies can act as“CO_(2)and photo-generated electrons reservoirs”to improve CO_(2)capture and accelerate the separation of photogenerated electrons and *** the above reasons,the modified TiO_(2)showed obvious enhancement of photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction compared to pristine TiO_(2)and *** work may open a new avenue to broaden the use of oxygen vacancies in the process of photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.

Real-Time Black Carbon Emissions from Light-Duty Passenger Vehicles Using a Portable Emissions Measurement System

Black carbon(BC)is considered the second largest anthropogenic climate forcer,but the radiative effects of BC are highly correlated with its combustion ***-road vehicles are an important source of anthropogenic ***,there are major uncertainties in the estimates of the BC emissions from on-road light-duty passenger vehicles(LDPVs),and results obtained with the portable emissions measurement system(PEMS)method are particularly *** developed a PEMS platform and evaluated the on-road BC emissions from ten in-use *** demonstrated that the BC emission factors(EFs)of gasoline direction injection(GDI)engine vehicles range from 1.10 to 1.56 ***^(-1),which are higher than the EFs of port fuel injection(PFI)engine vehicles(0.10–0.17 ***^(-1))by a factor of *** BC emissions during the cold-start phase contributed 2%–33%to the total emissions.A strong correlation(R^(2)=0.70)was observed between the relative BC EFs and average vehicle speed,indicating that traffic congestion alleviation could effectively mitigate BC ***,BC and particle number(PN)emissions were linearly correlated(R^(2)=0.90),and compared to PFI engine vehicles,the instantaneous PN-to-BC emission rates of GDI engine vehicles were less sensitive to vehicle specific power-to-velocity(VSPV)increase in all speed ranges.

A C2 computing framework for unmanned systems to perform complex tasks is proposed using methods of system of systems engineering, which is formed by combining the macro-scale command and control (C2) process mechanism model (PREA loop) and micro-scale C2 process mechanism model (OODA loop). Guided by PREA loop and OODA loop, the computing framework is divided into four steps and three kinds of transformations. The four steps are design, construction, operation monitoring, and assessment. The three transformations are tactical feedback, campaign feedback, and strategic feedback. A C2 organization model of joint landing combat force is established against the background of a typical complex task of joint landing operation, and the C2 computing framework based on the PREA &OODA is used to implement the C2 activities of the joint landing combat force. The influence of the computing framework on the performance of unmanned systems under different task conditions is verified, including task coordination load, task efficiency and sensitivity of unmanned systems response. Pretreatment of the carrier for supported catalysts can effectively improve the strong metal-support interaction(SMSI)and increase the dispersion of precious metals,which are critical to many important catalytic *** this work,we tuned SMSI on Pd/TiO_(2)catalysts through inducing surface defects of TiO_(2)by pretreated with different atmospheres(H_(2)/N_(2),N_(2),O_(2)/N_(2))at the high temperature(800℃).Multiple characterization results illustrated that surface defects anchored Pd species and thus enhanced their *** reduction,Ti^(3+)species formed and transferred onto the metallic Pd species and then induced SMSI,which effectively stabilize Pd species in the metallic *** stronger MSI,the more stability of Pd *** a case,Pd/TiO_(2)–800H_(2),with strongest MSI,displayed the best HCHO oxidation performance at low temperature(10℃).

The current understanding of the legacy and emerging organic pollutants in the soil of Bangladesh remains *** disposal practices,particularly in e-waste,landfills,and industrial operations,may lead to the pervasive presence of persistent organic pollutants(POPs)and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in the *** study aimed to systematically investigate the concentrations,sources,and risk assessment of halogenated flame retardants(HFRs),polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs),polychlorinated naphthalenes(PCNs),organochlorine pesticides(OCPs),chlorinated paraffins(CPs),and PAHs in the contaminated soil of Dhaka's dumpsites,e-waste,and industrial areas collected in *** total concentration of investigated pollutants averaged at 4790±4040 ng g^(-1)dw,with the following order:P44CPs(4110±4140 ng g^(-1)dw)>P16PAHs(422±491 ng g^(-1)dw)>P16HFRs(190±538 ng g^(-1)dw)>P209PCBs(43.5±73.5 ng g^(-1)dw)>P50PCNs(17.7±21.0 ng g^(-1)dw)>P27OCPs(9.41±9.61 ng g^(-1)dw).The e-waste site exhibited the highest total concentration of the target pollutants,reaching 12,700 ng g1 *** were the predominant contributors,accounting for averages of 81.8%,70.5%,and 68.5%to waste landfills,e-waste,and industrial sites,respectively.A comprehensive analysis of 209 PCB congeners revealed their primary origin from Aroclor PCBs,with minor contributions from unintentionally produced *** highest incremental lifetime carcinogenic risk(ILCR)occurred in e-waste sites,contributed by dioxin-like PCBs,with a maximum value of 5.9×10^(-5)for adults,exceeding the limit 1.0×10^(-6)set by the *** non-carcinogenic hazard quotients(HQs)were much lower,suggesting no significant risk from the investigated *** findings highlight the importance of proper waste management and regulated e-waste recycling to mitigate potential hazardous risks to the Bangladeshi population.

Hydrocarbons(HCs),as major poisoning substances,have a crucial influence on NH_(3)-SCR *** this work,the effects of C_(3)H_(6)on fresh and hydrothermally aged Cu-SSZ-39 catalysts with different copper contents were *** catalysts suffered a deactivation above 250℃,especially between 300-400℃,which was mainly related to the reaction between NH_(3)and C_(3)H_(6).However,the hydrothermally aged and the high-copper-loaded Cu-SSZ-39 catalysts could achieve a recovery of NH_(3)-SCR performance at high *** activity recovery was attributed to the oxidation of C_(3)H_(6)by CuxOy species,which therefore inhibited the reaction between NH_(3)and C_(3)H_(6).As a result,more NH_(3)could be available for the NH_(3)-SCR reaction and the Cu-SSZ-39 catalysts could maintain a good catalytic *** on these findings,we proposed that high loaded Cu-SSZ-39 catalysts with a little CuOx formed are preferred for application.

Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics (CFRP) have the advantages of low density, high strength, corrosion resistance, etc. With the improvement of CFRP manufacturing and processing technology, CFRP have been increasingly used in the automotive industry. In this paper, based on a vehicle model with CFRP body structure, the research of multi condition vehicle crash safety simulation technology is carried out. First, study the CFRP vehicle modelling method. Then, calibrate the constitutive of CFRP and structural glue, obtained characteristics parameter through a series of sample-level and component-level tests and simulation. Finally, the CFRP vehicle body crash simulation method was calibrated and revised based on static pressure of roof, frontal impact test and rear impact test. On this basis, a systematic crash simulation method of carbon fiber vehicle is established, which ensures the high consistency between simulation results and vehicle level test, and has guiding significance for carbon fiber vehicle body design. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Convergence speed, accuracy, generalization and decision transparency are very important indices for transient stability preventive control generation methods based on AI. This paper proposes a transient stability preventive control generation method based on graph deep reinforcement learning and its interpretation method using mutual information optimization. Firstly, a transient stability preventive control generation model is built based on the framework of deep reinforcement learning algorithm. The grid domain buses are mapped to the graph domain nodes and the grid graph data samples are generated. The graph convolutional neural network via initial residual and identity mapping (GCNII) is used to build the action network and the evaluation network. Secondly, based on the GCNII network, a transient stability assessment model is built and pre-trained, and graph data samples containing varies of topological structures and power flow states are applied to train the model. Then the interpretation method based on mutual information optimization is used to analyze the decision-making basis of the transient stability assessment model. The dominant factor affecting the transient instability of power system is extracted and its contribution degree is quantified, and the abduction analysis of transient stability is realized. Finally, the pre-trained transient stability assessment model is embedded in the deep reinforcement learning framework as a guide, and the power flow adjustment method is used to preferentially correct the weak factors and their influencing factors so that the transient stability prevention control strategies are obtained. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified in the IEEE-39 node test system. © 2024 IEEE.

The reasonable optimization of welding seam load is of great significance for improving the overall fatigue life of punch-welded axle housing. Taking the welding axle housing of passenger car as the research object, the stress distribution of the housing and the welding bracket was calculated by the finite element method (FEM), and the fatigue stress spectrum was obtained. On this basis, the fatigue damage of the housing, the welding bracket and the welding seam was predicted using the critical plane method and the notch stress method, and the rationality of the welding seam layout was evaluated by the fatigue damage of the welding seam. Then, the mechanical analysis was carried out for the welding seam with large fatigue damage, and the optimization measures were put forward from the weld position, length and welding bracket stiffness, so as to improve the local load state of the welding seam. Finally, the fatigue life calculation and experimental verification of the optimized scheme were carried out. The results show that compared with the original scheme, the fatigue damage of the optimized scheme is reduced by 43.0%, and the overall life of the housing is greatly improved. The optimization scheme has passed the bench durability test and vehicle road durability test, and the housing has no fracture or crack, which verifies that the optimization scheme is effective, and the weld optimization measures have certain engineering reference value. Compared with the bench fatigue durability test, the prediction accuracy of fatigue life is 82.4%, which meets the engineering needs. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
