Based on transfer path analysis(TPA) theory, the driver floor's vertical vibration acceleration which was caused by engine excitation was taking under the condition of idle and 50 km/h in the city. The method and procedures of TPA were amplified. The dominant transfer path which has influence on ride comfort was identified, while the mount transmissibility was analyzed. The results show that the right mount excitation influences the driver floor's Z acceleration most and its transmissibility is also not well. The isolation performance of right mount needs to be improved for ameliorating ride comfort under these two conditions. The amplitude of every transfer path's partial contribution and finds the phase relation among each contribution's amplitude can be identified. It provides bases for the design of engine mount.

Based on the mean value engine model, and considered the nonlinear factors as the experimental data chart (map) which commonly used in automobile engineering, the map/physical model was established. Aiming at management of the engine torque output, the dual closed loop airpath control system was designed, including the intake manifold air flow tracking controller and throttle opening tracking controller. Finally, the effectiveness of the double-loop control system was verified in the environment of gasoline engine nominal value simulation model and high-fidelity four-cylinder PFI (enDYNA) gasoline engine model.

Coupling habitat suitability function of carps spawning sites with one-dimensional mathematical model, a Habitat Suitability Index (HSI) model to calculate the habitat suitability indices for the four major Chinese carp species was developed. The model was validated by measured data. Using the Habitat Suitability Index model of the four major Chinese carps, the stream habitat for the carp species under different hydraulic condition were assessed. Minimum instream flow and suitable daily discharge increase during the reproduction season for the carp species were suggested. The minimum discharge needed for the four major Chinese carp species in the middle reach of the Yangtze River is 3000 m3/s. Different daily discharge increases are required for different initial discharges. When the initial discharge is 4000 m3/s, the optimal daily discharge increase is approximately 500 m3/(s. d);and when the initial discharge is 9000 m3/s, the optimal daily discharge increase is approximately 800 m3/ (s. d);when initial discharge is 15000 m3/s, the optimal daily discharge increase is approximately 1000 m3/(s. d). Too small or too large of a daily discharge increase is not good for carps spawning.

The model predictive control(MPC) method was proposed for the integration of chassis control. In the emergency obstacle avoidance manoeuvre, the vehicle ideal manoeuvre characteristics was followed by a combined use of differential braking and active steering. The top integrated controller calculates additional yaw moment and the front wheel angle which the lower sub-controller required through MPC method. The nonlinear 7-DoF vehicle model was built as the predictive model, and its accuracy was verified by vehicle tests. The control performances of MPC method were verified by simulation in the Carsim.
