The ambient air quality standard(AAQS)is a vital policy instrument for protecting the environment and human *** Province is at the forefront of China's efforts to protect its ecological environment,with an official goal to achieve world-leading air quality by ***,neither the national AAQS nor the World Health Organization guideline offers sufficient guidance for improving air quality in Hainan because Hainan has well met the former while the latter is excessively ***,the establishment of Hainan's local AAQS becomes ***,research regarding the development of local AAQS is scarce,especially in comparatively more polluted countries such as *** relatively high background values and significant interannual fluctuations in air pollutant concentrations in Hainan present challenges in the development of local *** research proposes a world-class local AAQS of Hainan Province by reviewing the AAQS in major countries or regions worldwide,analyzing the influence of different statistical forms,and carefully evaluating the attainability of the *** the proposed AAQS,the annual mean concentration limit for PM2.5,the annual 95th percentile of daily maximum 8-h mean(MDA8)concentration limit for O_(3),and the peak season concentration limit for O_(3) are set at 10,120,and 85μg/m^(3),*** study indicates that,with effective control policies,Hainan is projected to achieve compliance with the new standard by *** implementation of the local AAQS is estimated to avoid 1,526(1,253–1,789)and 259(132–501)premature deaths attributable to longterm exposure to PM2.5 and O_(3) in Hainan in 2035,respectively.

A distributed adaptive data-driven predictive control method is proposed to comprehensively address the control issue of heterogeneous platoons under communication loss in this paper. In this algorithm, the introduction of Givens rotations makes it possible to achieve online parameter update without offline identification. The design of the adaptive criterion enables adaptive switching capability for multi-model systems. The Matlab/Carsim co-simulation under different scenarios verifies the robustness of our method and guarantees the string stability of the heterogeneous platoon. © 2022 IEEE.

Study on the Effect of Secondary Injection on the Combustion and Emission of N-Butanol Engine

N-butanol, as a biological alternative fuel containing oxygen, has similar physical and chemical properties to gasoline, and has a wide range of sources, which has attracted more and more attention and research. Direct injection technology has been widely used in the field of internal combustion engine due to its advantages of flexibility and control ability. In this paper, the secondary injection of n-butanol engine under the mode of in-cylinder direct injection is discussed to organize the stratified combustion of the mixture, optimize the combustion to improve the thermal efficiency and reduce the emission. A 4-cylinder four-stroke spark ignition(SI) engine was selected to carry out the secondary injection experiment of n-butanol under the excess air ratio(λ) of 1, engine speed of 1500r/min, and low load, and the variables were the second injection ratio and timing. The results show that the secondary injection of n-butanol can achieve stratified combustion of the mixture, but only at a specific second injection timing such as 100°CA BTDC or 125°CA BTDC the combustion effect is the best, small second injection ratio can optimize combustion, improve BTE, reduce HC and CO emissions. When the second injection ratio is greater than 60%, it results in incomplete fuel combustion, a 3% to 4% reduction in thermal efficiency and an increase in emissions. Coefficient of variations(COV) was increased by secondary injection, but the effect was insignificant in small injection ratio, and it will increase with the increase of second injection ratio. © 2022, The Authors. This paper proposes a wheel cylinder pressure estimation and precise control strategy for an integrated electronic hydraulic brake system. Based on the Bernoulli equation and the P-V characteristics of the wheel cylinder, the estimated wheel cylinder pressure can be obtained. The wheel cylinder pressure control algorithm adjusts the pressure according to the relationship between the difference between the target wheel cylinder pressure and the estimated wheel cylinder pressure and the set threshold. To improve the robustness of the control algorithm, RBF-PID is used to design the solenoid valve controller. Finally, it was verified by MATLAB/Simulink and AMESim co-simulation. The test results show that the pressure estimation error and the steady-state control error are within 1bar and 1.8bar, respectively, which verifies the effectiveness of the strategy. © 2021 IEEE

Modeling of secondary organic aerosol (SOA) has remained a big challenge due to the various precursors and complex processes involved. In this study, the WRF-CAMx model was used to predict the ambient SOA concentrations in urban Beijing as well as the North China Plain (NCP) during a polluted period in winter. To identify the major uncertainties and improve the model performance, a series of model tests were performed to assess the sensitivity of model prediction to the key factors. Then the sources of SOA in Beijing were identified using the optimized model. Both the volatility basis set (VBS) approach and the two-product approach were used for SOA simulation. Although the modeled SOA was underpredicted compared with the SOA estimated through filter-based measurements, the VBS scheme produced higher SOA than the traditional two-product scheme. According to the sensitivity tests with the VBS scheme, the emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and intermediate volatility organic compounds (IVOC) as well as the oxidant levels were the key factors that affected SOA prediction. Based on the optimized simulation scenario, the potential contributions from different anthropogenic sources and source areas were identified, with over 80% of SOA in urban Beijing from regional transport of SOA or its precursors from the surrounding areas during the polluted period. Residential emission in the North China Plain appeared as the dominant source of SOA in urban Beijing from the perspective of regional contribution. A precise control architecture of servo master cylinder hydraulic pressure for integrated electronic hydraulic brake system (IEHB) is proposed in this paper. First, we design a position-pressure dual-loop switching controller. The position loop is used to quickly eliminate the idle stroke, and the pressure loop uses a fuzzy-PI control method to achieve rapid and accurate follow-up for different target pressure. Then, the speed loop of the motor is designed by the improved sliding mode control method and nonlinear disturbance observer. The current loop adopts the PI control method combined with voltage feedforward. In order to increase the motor's speed, a field weakening control by the gradient descent method is adopted, and the current is restricted to avoid the demagnetization of the permanent magnet. Finally, the co-simulation results of AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink show that under different ramp target pressure or sinusoidal target pressure conditions, the errors of pressure following and speed following are controlled within 1.45bar and 25rpm, respectively, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed control architecture. © 2021 IEEE

With the widening of the field of traffic safety research, it is necessary to develop the ability of vehicles to identify adverse weather conditions, avoid traffic accidents, and constantly improve the level of traffic safety. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of fog-degraded images, a vehicle fog image identification system is designed in this paper. The reliability of the system is studied through simulation experiments, and the test results show that the identification rate of the system still needs to be improved under strong interference, clear day and misty weather, and the identification accuracy of the general foggy day is high. After further improvement, it can be applied in the vehicle auxiliary safe driving system, which helps drivers and vehicles better adapt to the changing traffic environment.

As one of the typical emerging contaminants,microplastics exist widely in the environment because of their small size and recalcitrance,which has caused various ecological *** paper summarizes current adsorption and removal technologies of microplastics in typical aquatic environments,including natural freshwater,marine,drinking water treatment plants(DWTPs),and wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs),and includes abiotic and biotic degradation technologies as one of the removal ***,numerous studies have shown that enrichment technologies have been widely used to remove microplastics in natural freshwater environments,DWTPs,and *** removal of microplastics via WWTPs is critical to reduce the release to the natural environment as a key connection point to prevent the transfer of microplastics from society to natural water *** technology has outstanding pre-degradation effects on microplastics,and the isolated microbial strains or enriched communities can degrade up to 50%or more of pre-processed ***,more research focusing on microplastic degradation could be carried out by combining physical and chemical pretreatment with subsequent microbial *** addition,the current recovery technologies of microplastics are introduced in this *** is incredibly challenging because of the small size and dispersibility of microplastics,and the related technologies still need further *** paper will provide theoretical support and advice for preventing and controlling the ecological risks mediated by microplastics in the aquatic environment and share recommendations for future research on the removal and recovery of microplastics in various aquatic environments,including natural aquatic environments,DWTPs,and WWTPs.

With the increase of the proportion and dispersion of distributed PV connected to the distribution network, the possibility of extreme PV configuration is decreasing. However, the traditional bearing capacity evaluation includes a large number of extreme photovoltaic configuration scenarios, and the calculation results are too conservative. At the same time, the traditional evaluation method ignores the limitation of reverse power transmission to the main network at the time of large photovoltaic generation in the distribution network. For the above problems, a distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity evaluation method based on voltage sensitivity ranking is proposed. The method includes access scheme modification layer and index inspection layer: the voltage sensitivity ranking method is introduced into the access scheme modification layer to optimize the access scheme in each iteration and eliminate the extreme value distribution of photovoltaic. In the index inspection layer, the voltage deviation index and reverse power transmission of high proportion distributed photovoltaic distribution network are introduced to judge the rationality of the optimization scheme and feed back to the modification layer of the access scheme. The two-layer iteration finally obtains the calculation results of the distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity of the network. This method is closer to reality, reduces the conservatism of calculation and improves the adaptability of calculation. It has certain guiding significance for the photovoltaic planning and construction of the actual distribution network. © 2022 IEEE.

Microbial responses to the use of NaClO in sediment treatment
