Time delay recursive neural network-based direct adaptive control for a piezo-actuated stage

Piezo-actuated stage is a core component in micro-nano manufacturing ***,the inherent nonlinearity,such as rate-dependent hysteresis,in the piezo-actuated stage severely impacts its tracking *** study proposes a direct adaptive control(DAC)method to realize high precision *** proposed controller is designed by a time delay recursive neural *** with those existing DAC methods designed under the general Lipschitz condition,the proposed control method can be easily generalized to the actual systems,which have hysteresis ***,a hopfield neural network(HNN)estimator is proposed to adjust the parameters of the proposed controller ***,a modular model consisting of linear submodel,hysteresis submodel,and lumped uncertainties is established based on the HNN estimator to describe the piezoactuated stage in this ***,the performance of the HNN estimator can be exhibited visually through the modeling *** proposed control method eradicates the adverse effects on the control performance arising from the inaccuracy in establishing the offline model and improves the capability to suppress the influence of hysteresis on the tracking accuracy of piezo-actuated stage in comparison with the conventional DAC *** stability of the control system is ***,a series of comparison experiments with a dual neural networks-based data driven adaptive controller are carried out to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed controller.

Retaining the ultrathin structure of two-dimensional materials is very important for stabilizing their catalytic ***,aggregation and restacking are unavoidable,to some extent,due to the van der Waals interlayer interaction of two-dimensional ***,we address this challenge by preparing an origami accordion structure of ultrathin twodimensional graphitized carbon nitride(oa-C_(3)N_(4))with rich *** novel structured oa-C_(3)N_(4) shows exceptional photocatalytic activity for the CO_(2) reduction reaction,which is 8.1 times that of the pristine C_(3)N_(4).The unique structure not only prevents restacking but also increases light harvesting and the density of vacancy defects,which leads to modification of the electronic structure,regulation of the CO_(2) adsorption energy,and a decrease in the energy barrier of the carbon dioxide to carboxylic acid intermediate *** study provides a new avenue for the development of stable highperformance two-dimensional catalytic materials.

The numerical simulation method is used to mimic the outflow field of 30 ° Ahmed model. The accuracy of the simulation method is verified by comparing with the wind tunnel test results. Based on the aerodynamic characteristics of the wind tunnel model, the impact of Ahmed on the structure is explored by combining the numerical simulation method of Ahmed model. The results show that the fold structure has more significant effect on lift and less effect on aerodynamic resistance. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Aiming at the problems of chemical pollution and the inability to reuse the initiation method adopted by the traditional hood pop-up mechanism, a new hood pop-up mechanism that uses shape memory alloy (SMA) as the trigger power element is proposed to realize the improvement of the hood pop-up mechanism. High-speed triggering and reversible recovery, the mechanism is simple in structure, quick in response, and can be manually recovered after being bounced, which can be adapted to various car models. After the sensor is triggered, the supercapacitor heated the SMA element to drive it at a high speed. The locking mechanism is activated to release the energy stored in the spring, and the engine hood is lifted and limited after reaching a certain height. After the design of the engine hood lifting mechanism and the determination of parameters, the spring stiffness that meets the pedestrian protection requirements is determined to be 11000N/m by the numerical simulation method. Dynamics modeling and simulation were carried out to study the influence of different parameters on the bouncing response. Experimental results show that when the spring stiffness increases from 2000N/m to 5000N/m, the release time decreases from 19ms to 12ms, and the time needed to spring up to 100mm height decreases from 136mm to 84mm. The response speed of the spring mechanism is accelerated, which is consistent with the simulation results. © 2023 SPIE.

To enhance the safety and comfort of driving at night, high-definition warning/interactive ICONS will be projected on the ground in conjunction with the ADAS Advanced Driver Assistance system to alert nearby pedestrians and drivers. To solve the problem of trapezoidal distortion caused by automobile headlights when projecting high-definition warning/interactive ICONS and pictures to the ground, firstly, the ground lighting area is connected with the luminous array according to the light field model established in the previous chapter, and then the corresponding luminous array corresponds to the coordinate value of the image pixel point to realize the coordinate reconstruction. Then, after the bilinear interpolation, the luminance value of the image pixel is assigned to the corresponding luminescent array coordinate, and the image is projected to the ground without distortion. Finally, the experimental system test platform was built to verify the method. © 2023 IEEE.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) have been widely used in oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) of fuel cells and metal-air batteries, attributed to their unique structures and compositions. Recently, the preparation of transition-metallic single-atom electrocatalysts(TM-SACs) using MOFs as precursors or templates has made great progress. Herein, the development history of SACs prepared based on MOFs and their characterization are overviewed firstly, and then several strategies are summarized for preparing TM-SACs using MOFs and further modification. Finally, the challenges and opportunities confronted by TM-SACs are fully discussed. Consequently, our work can guide the realization of TM-SACs abundant with high activity, high loading and high stability.

Non-layer-transformed Mn_(3)O_(4) cathode unlocks optimal aqueous magnesium-ion storage via synergizing amorphous ion channels and grain refinement

Aqueous rechargeable magnesium ion batteries(ARMBs) have obtained more attention due to the twoelectrons transfer nature, low cost and safety. However, the scarcity of cathode materials seriously hinders the development of ARMBs because of the unfavorable strong interaction between Mg^(2+) and cathode material. Herein, we choose a pre-treated spinel Mn_(3)O_(4) cathode for aqueous Mg^(2+) storage. The pretreatment in Na_(2)SO_(4) solution induces the grain refinement decorated with tortuous amorphous ion diffusion channels, facilitating the production of electrochemical reaction active sites and the diffusion of Mg^(2+), respectively, which achieve a(sub-)surface pseudocapacitance reaction between Mn(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅲ). As a result, the pre-treated Mn_(3)O_(4) cathode exhibits a package of optimal performances, i.e., a capacity of 98.9 m Ah g^(-1) and a high capacity retention rate of 99.4% after 2000 cycles. To the best of our knowledge, our work not only provides a new reaction mechanism of spinelMn_(3)O_(4) in aqueous batteries system,but also affords a high cycle stability electrode material for rechargeable Mg^(2+) energy storage.
