Themassive integration of high-proportioned distributed photovoltaics into distribution networks poses significant challenges to the flexible regulation capabilities of distribution *** accurately assess the flexible regulation capabilities of distribution stations,amulti-temporal and spatial scale regulation capability assessment technique is proposed for distribution station areas with distributed photovoltaics,considering different geographical locations,coverage areas,and response ***,the multi-temporal scale regulation characteristics and response capabilities of different regulation resources in distribution station areas are analyzed,and a resource regulation capability model is established to quantify the adjustable range of different regulation *** this basis,considering the limitations of line transmission capacity,a regulation capability assessment index for distribution stations is proposed to evaluate their regulation ***,considering different geographical locations and coverage areas,a comprehensive performance index based on electrical distance modularity and active power balance is established,and a cluster division method based on genetic algorithms is proposed to fully leverage the coordination and complementarity among nodes and improve the active power matching degree within ***,an economic optimization model with the objective of minimizing the economic cost of the distribution station is established,comprehensively considering the safety constraints of the distribution network and the regulation constraints of *** model can provide scientific guidance for the economic dispatch of the distribution station ***,case studies demonstrate that the proposed assessment and optimization methods effectively evaluate the regulation capabilities of distribution stations,facilitate the consumption of distributed photovoltaics,and enhance the economic efficiency of th

Low-Carbon Dispatching for Virtual Power Plant with Aggregated Distributed Energy Storage Considering Spatiotemporal Distribution of Cleanness Value

Traditional active power sharing in microgrids,achieved by the distributed average consensus,requires each controller to continuously trigger and communicate with each other,which is a wasteful use of the limited computation and communication resources of the secondary *** enhance the efficiency of secondary control,we developed a novel distributed self-triggered active power-sharing control strategy by introducing the signum function and a flexible linear *** continuous communication–based controllers,the proposed self-triggered distributed controller prompts distributed generators to perform control actions and share information with their neighbors only at specific time instants monitored by the linear ***,this approach results in a significant reduction in both the computation and communication ***,this design naturally avoids Zeno ***,a modified triggering condition was established to achieve further reductions in computation and *** simulation results confirmed that the proposed control scheme achieves distributed active power sharing with very few controller triggers,thereby substantially enhancing the efficacy of secondary control in MGs.

van der Waals heterostructures(vdWHs)based on two-dimensional(2D)materials without the crystal lattice matching constraint have great potential for high-performance optoelectronic ***,a WS_(2)/InSe vdWH photodiode is proposed and fabricated by precisely stacking InSe and WS_(2)flakes through an all-dry transfer *** WS_(2)/InSe vdWH forms an n–n heterojunction with strong built-in electric field due to their intrinsic n-type semiconductor characteristics and energy-band alignments with a large Fermi level offset between WS_(2)and *** a result,the device displays excellent photovoltaic behavior with a large open voltage of 0.47 V and a short-circuit current of 11.7 nA under 520 nm light ***,a fast rising/decay time of 63/76μs,a large light on/off ratio of 105,a responsivity of 61 mA/W,a high detectivity of 2.5×10^(11) Jones,and a broadband photoresponse ranging from ultraviolet to near-infrared(325–980 nm)are achieved at zero *** study provides a strategy for developing high-performance self-powered broadband photodetectors based on 2D materials.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) have been widely used in oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) of fuel cells and metal-air batteries, attributed to their unique structures and compositions. Recently, the preparation of transition-metallic single-atom electrocatalysts(TM-SACs) using MOFs as precursors or templates has made great progress. Herein, the development history of SACs prepared based on MOFs and their characterization are overviewed firstly, and then several strategies are summarized for preparing TM-SACs using MOFs and further modification. Finally, the challenges and opportunities confronted by TM-SACs are fully discussed. Consequently, our work can guide the realization of TM-SACs abundant with high activity, high loading and high stability.

Under direct current (DC) operation conditions, local electric field in insulation layer will be distorted, leading to insulation failure. Since the conductivity of insulating materials generally corresponds positively with temperature, a temperature gradient will form inside the insulating material during cable operation, making the conductivity distribution uneven and causing the "electric field reversal" phenomenon in the cable insulation layer. The distribution of the electric field and temperature field of the polypropylene grafted as the cable insulation under the electric heating-coupling field is yet to be studied. Studies have proved that by grafting modification the insulating properties of materials can be improved. This paper studied the and conductivity characteristics of grafted polypropylene materials, and selected one type for more experiments to obtain the material's conductivity-temperature-electric field strength characteristic equation through data fitting. A model of a 100 kV DC cable was established in COMSOL, and simulation of the cable section’s electric heating-coupling field was performed, revealing the temperature and electric field distribution inside the insulation layer when the cable is rated, overloaded, or short-circuited. Wind energy has become one of the most important measures for China to achieve its carbon neutrality *** spatial and temporal evolvement of economic competitiveness for wind energy becomes an important concern in shaping the decarbonization pathway in *** has been an urgent need in power system planning to model the future dynamics of cost decline and supply potential for wind power in the context of carbon neutrality until *** studies often fail to capture the rapid decline in the cost of wind power generation in recent years,and the prediction of wind power cost decline is more conservative than the *** study constructs an integrated model to evaluate the cost-competitiveness and grid parity potential of China's onshore wind electricity at fine spatial resolution with updated *** indicate that the total onshore wind potential amounts to 54.0 *** average levelized cost of wind power is expected to decline from CNY 0.39 kWh^(-1)in 2020 to CNY 0.30 and CNY 0.21 kWh^(-1)in 2030 and 2060.28.3%,67.6%,and 97.6%of the technical potentials hold power costs lower than coal power in 2020,2030,and 2060.

The rapid spread of the coronavirus disease(COVID-19)pandemic in over 200 countries poses a substantial threat to human *** acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),which causes COVID-19,can be discharged with feces into the drainage ***,a comprehensive understanding of the occurrence,presence,and potential transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in sewers,especially in community sewers,is still *** study investigated the virus occurrence by viral nucleic acid testing in vent stacks,septic tanks,and the main sewer outlets of community where confirmed patients had lived during the early days of the epidemic in Wuhan,*** results indicated that the risk of long-term emission of SARS-CoV-2 to the environment via vent stacks of buildings was low after confirmed patients were ***-CoV-2 were mainly detected in the liquid phase,as opposed to being detected in aerosols,and its RNA in the sewage of septic tanks could be detected for only four days after confirmed patients were *** surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in sewage could be a sensitive indicator for the possible presence of asymptomatic patients in the community,though the viral concentration could be diluted more than ten times,depending on the sampling site,as indicated by the Escherichia coli *** comprehensive investigation of the community sewage drainage system is helpful to understand the occurrence characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 in sewage after excretion with feces and the feasibility of sewage surveillance for COVID-19 pandemic monitoring.
