The re-emission of dimethylamine (DMA), as a famous malodorous volatile organic compound (VOC), exhausted from various industries receives emerging concerns. Herein, a metal-free carbocatalyst derived from waste masks was developed to inhibit DMA re-emission via activating peroxymonosulfate (PMS). The optimal inhibition efficiency was around 99%, 85-fold higher than that without any carbocatalysts and PMS. Such enhancement was ascribed to the rapid conversion of DMA ( kobs = 0.67 min-1, 4 min) into non-volatile and lower toxic substances (NO3− , NO2− and aliphatic acids) by electron transfer and singlet oxygenation. Experiments combined with correlation analysis and theoretical calculations unveiled that the intensified graphitization degree promoted the electron migration from DMA to the carbocatalyst/PMS* complex due to the enhanced conductivity and elevated redox potential, and PMS preferentially absorbed on the electron-rich C=O and deprotonated COO− groups rather than C-OH and COOH of carbocatalyst and then released SO5•− for the generation of 1O2 . Based on the theory, tuning the graphitization degree and amount of C=O and COO− groups via a simple annealing strategy triggered a shift from singlet oxygenation to predominantly direct electron transfer pathway, thus achieving optimal suppression efficiency of DMA re-emission. Finally, electrical energy per order (EE/O) analysis demonstrated our technology had a relatively low EE/O value (3.56 kWh/m3 ) and cost (0.47 $/m3 ). Considering the high efficiency and low cost of carbocatalytic PMS system endowed with clear mechanism and controllable properties, this work, therefore, pioneers an unparalleled approach for the industrial governance of effluvial VOCs treatment, and provides new insights into the tunable nonradical oxidation mechanism of carbocatalytic PMS activation. © 2022, The Authors. Using meso-scale meteorological model FDDA,this study presented a high-definition modeling of a rainstorm process during July 19-21,2016 in the North China *** meso-scale meteorological model captured the precipitation distribution of the observed rainstorm over North China Plain,showing that the FDDA model has strong ability to simulate and forecast *** modeling study also revealed the mechanism of rainfall formation with 3-dimensional structures of atmospheric *** subtropical high pressure peripheral warm and wet air flow and the coexistence of cold shear affect the development of convection in the rainfall *** to the vapor transport of low-level jet stream,the rainfall area has sufficient water vapor supply.A convergence of the south-easterly and northerly airstreams triggered a strong convection for the summer rainstorm in North China *** study provided us the valuable information for further development of a high-definition modeling of rainstorm process.

Impact of "Coal to Electricity" Policy on Air Quality During Heating Period Over Beijing−Tianjin−Hebei Region in China by Wrf-Chem Model

To improve the quality of the atmospheric environment, the Chinese government has issued guidance on alternative energy and formulated a series of control measures such as "coal to electricity" policy, but impacts of the implementation of "coal to electricity" policy on air quality cannot be accurately quantified. In this study, by conducting basic scenario and emission reduction scenario simulation experiments, we find that the daily PM2.5 decreased by 0.2−5.6 μg/m3 due to the policy while the decreases in PM2.5 concentrations varied from 1−6% in Beijing, Tianjin, Baoding, Shijiazhuang during the heating period. During the heavy pollution process on December 15, 2018, the hourly average concentration of PM2.5 decreased by 1.02−7.53 μg/m3 in most Beijing−Tianjin−Hebei (BTH) region. The implementation of the policy has different degrees of reduction effects on BTH region under various air quality index (AQI) levels, and the policy also affected the AQI level in BTH region. In the heating period, the number of days that AQI level changes in the BTH region accounts for up to 13%. For other pollutants, the average reduction of PM10, CO, SO2 and NO2 concentration over BTH region in December 2018 ranged from 0.42−11.47, 0.01−0.77, 0.39−24.18, 0.76−2.91 μg/m3, respectively. Even if the "coal to electricity" policy replaced part of the residential sector of emission sources, it plays an important role in improving air quality over BTH region. We suggest that policies should be formulated and improved according to the actual situation to further complete energy transformation such as coal substitution. © 2022, The Authors. Grid-forming inverter is widely used in grid-connected systems of distributed generation because of its frequency and voltage support capacity and good stability in microgrid,but its large inertia will affect the dynamic response speed of grid-forming *** order to solve this problem,this paper introduces the loop that affects the dynamic response of grid-forming inverter,and carries out small signal modeling for active loop,analyzes the dynamic performance indicators and determinants of typical second-order ***,a method of adding power feedforward coefficient to the forward channel of the power loop is designed,and the response speed of the system with or without feedforward coefficient under the unit step response is ***,the simulation results show that adding the power feedforward coefficient can improve the response speed of the grid-forming inverter during startup and power switching,then achieves the effect of fast control.

In this paper, some PID-affected solar modules dismounted from power plant were studied. And the obtained I-V curves of three substrings which were measured by solar simulator showed that the degradation of main electrical parameters (V oc , I sc and P max ) were different. By analyzing the double-diode equivalent model of solar cell, it is further found that depletion region recombination current I 02 and quality factor n 2 increased, which can be attributed to the destruction of depletion region caused by PID. And then this result is proved by electroluminescence images and thermography images of three substrings.

Wind power forecasting is of great significance for promoting the new energy resources accommodation and the economic efficiency, security and stability of power grid operation. The traditional wind power forecasting model has monotonous elements for input and demonstrates a lack of spatiotemporal correlation between elements. Therefore, a deep neural network model considering space-time correlation is proposed. Firstly, a multi-dimensional space-time data input modeling method is proposed based on meshed numerical weather forecasting. Then, a variety of deep neural network models for wind power prediction are established. Multi-layer CNN(Convolutional Neural Networks) are utilized for feature extraction, meanwhile LSTM(Long Short-Term Memory) networks are used for pattern memory. Finally, the prediction of single station and regional wind power is carried out respectively, which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the method. The results show that, compared with the traditional single-layer neural network, the deep neural network in this paper can effectively mine the spatiotemporal correlation between data and improve the prediction accuracy of single-station wind power forecasting.

In the context of building a new power system with new energy as the main part, the operation mode of distribution network is more complex, and the traditional distribution network protection strategy can hardly meet the demand, so this paper proposes a distributed intelligent protection strategy for distribution network based on reinforcement learning. This paper analyzes the impact of new energy resources access on distribution network relay protection, and presents an intelligent protection algorithm model based on deep reinforcement learning. The structure of intelligent protection device is designed, and the distribution network distributed protection scheme based on intelligent protection device is proposed. Finally, the algorithm training process is given, and the experimental environment is built.

According to the demand of 126kV intelligent switch with intelligent operative box, an intelligent terminal device by using cooperation control of embedded CPU (STM32F103ZET6 ARM) and Field Programmable Gates (Cyclone II EP2C8Q208C8 FPGA), which is up to the IEC61850 standard, is designed in this paper. Research program of the device is discussed. Starting from the modularization structure design, function of each module, circuit design and implementation method were introduced in detail. A hardware platform was established according to the design. Finally, the article confirmed the correctness of the hardware platform primarily through experimental method.

This paper presents a new substation auxiliary control system communication scheme based on WIA industrial wireless technology. The structure and operation principle are introduced, and the technical difficulties and solutions of the WIA industrial wireless technology in substation auxiliary control system application are analyzed from the network protocol and hardware design. The validity of the schema has been verified through the practical application in the pilot project.
