Sensitive detection of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin B(SEB)is of importance for preventing food poisoning from threatening human *** this work,an electrochemical and colorimetric dual-signal detection assay of SEB was *** probe(Ab2/AuPt@Fe-N-C)was bound to SEB captured by Ab1,where the Ab2/AuPt@Fe-N-C triggered methylene blue degradation and resulted in the decrease of electrochemical ***,the probe catalyzed the oxidation of 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethyl biphenyl to generate a colorimetric absorbance at 652 *** the target was captured and formed a sandwich-like complex,the color changed from colorless to *** detection by colorimetric and electrochemical methods showed a linear relationship in the concentration ranges of 0.0002-10.0000 and 0.0005-10.0000 ng/mL,with limits of detection of 0.0667 and 0.1670 pg/mL,*** dual-signal biosensor was successfully used to detect SEB in milk and water samples,which has great potential in toxin detection in food and the environment.

In the context of complex environment, the intelligent target recognition method for infrared/laser composite imaging fuze encounters the following challenges: 1) The dearth of infrared/laser composite imaging fuze data hampers the advancement and implementation of deep learning technology in fuze target recognition;2) The extant infrared/laser composite imaging fuze target recognition methods exhibit suboptimal recognition accuracy in complex terrain and ground conditions, which predisposes them to early or false explotions. To address the aforementioned issues, we have constructed infrared/laser composite imaging target and background dataset in diverse scenes, terrains and features, which provides effective data support for the intelligent recognition of composite imaging fuze. Additionally, we have designed a cross-modal fusion attention mechanism and an invariant feature learning method. The method facilitates the fusion of multimodal complementary information and the intelligent recognition of multi-scale and multi-morphology targets in complex scenes. Furthermore, they enhance the accuracy of the composite imaging fuze, enabling it to adapt to complex terrains. This enhances the combat effectiveness of composite imaging fuze in complex environments, while also offering technical support for the intelligentization of target recognition systems in future ballistic fuze. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. Methane in-situ explosive fracturing technology produces shale debris particles within fracture channels,enabling a self-propping effect that enhances the fracture network conductivity and long-term *** study employs X-ray computed tomography(CT)and digital volume correlation(DVC)to investigate the microstructural evolution and hydromechanical responses of shale self-propped fracture under varying confining pressures,highlighting the critical role of shale particles in maintaining fracture *** indicate that the fracture aperture in the self-propped sample is significantly larger than in the unpropped sample throughout the loading process,with shale particles tending to crush rather than embedded into the matrix,thus maintaining flow *** confining pressure increases,contact areas between fracture surfaces and particles expand,enhancing the system's stability and compressive *** analyses show flow paths becoming increasingly concentrated and branched under high *** resulted in a significant reduction in connectivity,restricting fracture permeability and amplifying the nonlinear gas flow *** study introduces a permeability-strain recovery zone and a novel sensitivity parameter m,delineating stress sensitivity boundaries for permeability and normal strain,with m-value increasing with stress,revealing four characteristic *** findings offer theoretical support for optimizing fracturing techniques to enhance resource extraction efficiency.

Seeking to tackle the interference of the abnormal pixels at the occlusion in the sky polarization pattern, the effective feature area conforming to the Rayleigh scattering model needs to be quickly acquired and utilized with higher quality and faster speed. A robust bio-inspired sensory orientation method for polarization compass is developed in this article. Our proposed method extracts the valid areas distributed in the sky polarization mode excellently, and reduces the influence of cloud coverage associated. With regard to the extracted polarization image, we innovatively use the bio-inspired visual cell of the hoverfly to enhance the details of the weak distribution of the occlusion. The state characteristics of the positive and negative feature points are preserved. As a result, the valid polarization pixels in the sky are utilized to a greater extent, leading to obtain the angle between the carrier and the solar more accurately, so as to meet the real-time high-precision navigation requirements of the polarization compass overcoming weak polarization characteristics. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, a new vehicle distance detection technology based on image processing is proposed to solve the traditional ultrasonic vehicle distance detection errors, many blind areas and other problems. The binocular vision sensing system was used to collect real-time images in front of vehicles. The vehicle in front of the collected image is identified through template matching, and the parallax principle is used to calculate the vehicle distance after confirming the presence of the vehicle. Experimental results show that this method can detect the distance between different angles and different positions with high accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

Aqueous zinc-ion capacitors (ZICs) are considered as potential candidates for next generation electrochemical energy storage devices due to their high safety and low ***,the existing aqueous ZICs usually have the problems of zinc dendrite growth and unsatisfactory performance at low ***,an erythritol (Eryt) additive with inhibition of zinc dendrites and anti-freezing capability was introduced into the *** experimental characterization and theoretical calculation confirm that the Eryt adsorbed on the surface of zinc anodes regulates the deposition orientation of Zn^(2+) and inhibits the formation of *** also reconstructs the solvation structure in the electrolyte to reduce water activity,enabling the electrolyte to have a lower freezing point for operation at low *** the assistance of Eryt,the Zn||Zn symmetric cell exhibits a long cycle life of 2000 h,while the ZIC assembled with activated carbon (AC) cathode and zinc anode (Zn||AC) maintains a capacity retention of 98.2% after 30,000 cycles at a current density of 10 A g^(-1)(even after 10,000 cycles at-20°C,the capacity retention rate reached 94.8%.).This work provides a highly scalable,low-cost and effective strategy for the protection of the anodes of low-temperature aqueous ZICs.

To improve the estimation accuracy,a novel time delay estimation(TDE)method based on the closed-form offset compensation is ***,we use the generalized cross-correlation with phase transform(GCC-PHAT)method to obtain the initial ***,a signal model using normalized cross spectrum is established,and the noise subspace is extracted by eigenvalue decomposition(EVD)of covariance *** the orthogonal relation between the steering vector and the noise subspace,the first-order Taylor expansion is carried out on the steering vector reconstructed by the initial ***,the offsets are compensated via simple least squares(LS).Compared to other state-of-the-art methods,the proposed method significantly reduces the computational complexity and achieves better estimation *** on both simulation and real-world data verify the efficiency of the proposed approach.
