This paper investigates the consensus control of multi-agent systems(MASs) with constrained input using the dynamic event-triggered mechanism(ETM).Consider the MASs with small-scale networks where a centralized dynamic ETM with global information of the MASs is first ***,a distributed dynamic ETM which only uses local information is developed for the MASs with large-scale *** is shown that the semi-global consensus of the MASs can be achieved by the designed bounded control protocol where the Zeno phenomenon is eliminated by a designable minimum inter-event *** addition,it is easier to find a trade-off between the convergence rate and the minimum inter-event time by an adjustable ***,the results are extended to regional consensus of the MASs with the bounded control *** simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

A high efficiency non-uniform distributed power amplifier (NDPA) based on a 0.15 μm Gallium Nitride (GaN) HEMT process is proposed. The amplifier contains eight amplification cells and uses artificial transmission line theory to design the drain transmission line with decreasing characteristic impedance. To improve the efficiency of the amplifier, the amplifier is class AB biased and designed for optimum impedance matching using the matching networks. The electromagnetic simulation results of the designed amplifier show that the small signal gain of the amplifier is more than 12.6 dB and the saturated output power (Psat) is more than 39.1 dBm with power-added efficiency (PAE) of larger than 28.5% in the frequency range of 2-18 GHz. The core area of the chip is 3.0×1.8 mm2 © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, a low-noise frequency-agile Ku-band frequency synthesizer for the wideband frequency hopping communication system is proposed. Three analog PLL (phase locked loop), two of which constitute an in-loop mixing architecture scheme, are used to provide the carrier frequency in wide low-noise frequency coverage. With out-of-loop and in-loop mixing architecture, the carrier frequency source implemented in the paper has superior performance on frequency jitter, which can be shown as the phase noise level less than -107.3dBc/Hz@1kHz when the carrier frequency is between 12 GHz to 15 GHz in 2 MHz steps. The spurious level is below -64 dBc, and the frequency hopping time is less than 40 us. © 2023 IEEE.

Radio frequency filter is the core device to improve the signal to noise ratio of radar. A cavity filter for suppressing high harmonics in Ka band millimeter wave (MMW) radar is presented. The structural parameters of the filter are obtained by theoretical calculation. A cavity filter with the center frequency of 8.1 GHz and the relative bandwidth of 9.80% is designed by using HFSS electromagnetic simulation software. The spurious passband is above twice the frequency of the center frequency. The attenuation of the stopband is greater than 78 dB in 9.2 16 GHz, which can well meet the demand of the need of Ka band MMW radar to suppress high harmonics. © 2023 IEEE.

A novel split ring (SR) wide-angle impedance matching (WAIM) printed on a double-layer PCB was designed to replace the dielectric slabs WAIM or frequency selective surface (FSS) WAIM with high profile. The proposed WAIM is designed together with tightly coupled dipole array (TCDA). Consequently, TCDA loaded with the proposed double-layer SR achieves a impedance bandwidth of 8.5:1(2.12-18 GHz ) with active VSWR3.2 at broadside;while scanning up to {60°,75°}in E-plane, a bandwidth of {8.2:1 (2.17-17.91GHz) , 6.1:1(2.91-17.43GHz)} is achieved;while scanning up to 45°in H-plane, a bandwidth of 6.8:1(2.55-16.77GHz) is achieved. Compared to the FSS loaded TCDA with a 0.078λl profile, the double layer SR loaded TCDA can ensure wideband, wide-angle scanning capability with a lower profile of 0.058λl (λl is the free-space wavelength at the lowest frequency). © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, a millimeter wave (mmW) wide band right-handed circularly polarized (RHCP) horn antenna is designed with a polarizer in the form of a rectangular waveguide (RW). The antenna is fed by a standard RW WR-10 waveguide port. The designed polarizer can convert the antenna excitation signal from linearly polarized (LP) to circularly polarized (CP). The antenna is analyzed, modeled and simulated. The simulation results show that the S11 ≤-22.13dB, the axial ratio (AR) ≤3dB and the RHCP gain ≥15dBi in the range of 35.3% relative bandwidth (77GHz-110GHz). The proposed antenna is broadband and circularly polarized, and would be widely used in satellite communications and 5G mmW communications. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, a millimeter-wave (mmW) wide band right-handed circularly polarized (RHCP) horn antenna is designed based on a polarizer with two 90 degree slots loaded on the inner wall of a circular waveguide. The antenna is fed by a standard rectangular waveguide WR-10 waveguide port, and the antenna excitation signal is converted from linear to circular polarization by a circular polarizer. The principle of the antenna is analyzed, the model is simulated and the parameters are optimized, and the design method for obtaining the left-handed circularly polarized (LHCP) antenna based on the RHCP antenna is given. The simulation results show that the reflectance of the antenna is not higher than -24.5 dB, the RHCP gain is greater than or equal to 13.0 dBi, and the axial ratio (AR) is not higher than 3 dB in the range of 84-110 GHz (26.8% relative bandwidth). The proposed antenna is broadband and circularly polarized, and can be widely used in broadband mmW applications. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper proposed a new method of expanding the bandwidth of PUMA array. By attaching bottom-open vias below the coupling plate, lower operating frequency is available without increasing the profile. This design ultimately performs 8.1:1 bandwidth (2.59-21.0 GHz) at broadside, a scanning range of ±75° in the E-plane with 6.6:1 bandwidth (2.68-17.65 GHz), ±50° in the H-plane with 7.4:1 bandwidth (2.58-19.03 GHz) and ±60° in the D-plane with 7:1 bandwidth (2.6-18.2 GHz) at an overall profile of 0.054λL. © 2023 IEEE.

High power microwave pulse (HPMP) is an effective way to anti unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), and the jamming of frequency hopping (FH) communication is the best starting point to achieve anti UAV. This paper uses DJI Phantom 4 Pro as the research object and analyzed the relationship between the power, pulse width and duty cycle of HPMP to achieve the jamming of FH communication of the UAV based on its FH communication characteristics, and the reliability of the analysis is verified through experiments. This paper can provide a good idea for the design of an anti UAV scheme based on HPM. © 2023 IEEE.

With the vigorous rise of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) market, the 'black flight' of UAVs has seriously threatened public safety, flight safety and even air defense safety. Therefore, the research of anti UAV technology is very urgent. The UAV is mainly equipped with the frequency-hopping (FH) communication system which has a strong anti-jamming capability. This paper establishes the structure diagram of the UAV FH communication system based on Simulink. And then the follower jamming of different power and interference dwell ratio (IDR) are set to interfere with the system respectively. We use the error rate to evaluate the interference effect of the model. The simulation results show that in the case of high jamming to signal ratio (JSR), follower jamming can effectively interfere with the UAV FH communication system. © 2023 IEEE.
