The current approaches of deep neural network lack capacity on action recognition, yet ineffective structure for spatiotemporal feature learning, and heavy parameters of architecture are even harsh to optimize. In this paper, we propose multi-clue sparse 3-dimensional convolutional networks(MS3D ConvNet) based on landmark works that aims to make it far known in this field. The MS3D ConvNet enhances channels of input through low, medium, and fast pathways with disparate frames of video, frame sequences considering as temporal clue sampled in terms of variance rate of action. The frames of each pathway are convolved with commonly shared kernels forming cohorts as initial results, and pile up three-way cohorts to the 3D block transmitting to subsequent 3D network. The 3D network is modified by DenseNet architecture with randomly dropping out connections among the layers, and introduces 3D convolutional kernels to deal with temporal information, eventually generating 256-dimension codes of actions. Action recognition employs centers of vector clusters of actions instead of stubborn format, which provide a robust convergence environment. Spontaneously, the MS3D ConvNet fosters capacity of action information and hardly ever sustains heavy amounts of parameters which deserves double profits. This fancy structure also leaves an end-to-end fashion training and a possibility to pre-train parameters. Besides that, we devise tailor strategy based on yolo algorithm to endow disparate factors on pixels in compliance with bounding box frontier, regarded as the means of attention. The MS3D ConvNet has been applied to three public action datasets and a self-defined dataset, which performs advanced steps on accuracy, convergence, and robustness.

To avoid the security vulnerabilities and privacy leakage risks in the process of government data sharing, a data sharing scheme for government data based on blockchain is proposed in this paper. As one of the basic protocols for the next generation of global credit authentication and value Internet, blockchain technology has been paid more and more attention. The blockchain is used to realize data tamper-proof, distributed storage, privacy protection, traceability, and access control. Data sharing and exchange agreements between government public services have adopted blockchain technology, providing identity authentication and message permission management. Using the blockchain to record the sharing behavior and provide traceability, the smart contract is used to share and manage the data and ensure the data’s consistency on-chain and off-chain. Due to shortcomings of government data sharing, the paper designs a data-sharing scheme and technical framework based on blockchain technology. From its perspective, it takes housing provident fund data sharing, for example, to establish a provident fund chain in the industry. This blockchain application scenario has been applied to the housing provident fund industry, forming a new model of industry data sharing.

The non-volatile logic unit based on memristor can build a computing architecture which integrates processor and memory. A novel XOR logic gate as well as half adder with four memristors, one NMOS and one power excitation is proposed in this study. The constraints on the NMOS and power excitation are also presented. The effectiveness of the XOR logic gate proposed is confirmed by the simulation results of LTSPICE. Compared with several prior schemes, the design has better performance in terms of power consumption, operation steps and architecture complexity. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Different morphology of ZnO were deposited on GaN substrate using magnetron sputtering method by changing deposition conditions. The ZnO and GaN can form II-type heterojunction due to its higher conduction and lower valence band compared to GaN. The electric field generated by space charge region can separate the photo generated carriers more promptly. In the photocatalytic test, the best performance of GaN/ZnO photoanode with fine crystal quality is about 1.39 times compared to planar GaN. Our research paves a new way for the application of GaN in water splitting performance. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This Through abnormal detection of electrical parameters of production equipment and pollution treatment equipment of pollution source enterprises, we can master the operation of equipment and pollutant discharge. Therefore, how to detect abnormal data in electricity data is a crucial problem. In this paper, an electrical anomaly detection algorithm KO-DPC based on density peak clustering (DPC) is proposed. Based on the two basic Settings of DPC algorithm, KO-DPC algorithm is optimized and improved. First, this study redefines the measure of truncation distance and local density by introducing the concept of the KNN algorithm, which eliminates the influence of subjective selection of the truncation distance on the detection results, and makes the new local density more consistent with the real distribution of data points. Then, in order to improve the accuracy of outlier detection by fully considering the local characteristics of the samples, the concept of the LOF algorithm is introduced to further improve the outlier detection. The results of the experiments on electricity datasets, and comparisons with the DPC, and DPC-KNN algorithms, show that the performance of the KO-DPC algorithm is clearly better than those of the DPC and DPC-KNN algorithms. © 2021 IEEE.

Ring piezoelectric energy harvester (RPEH) suitable for the low voltage SoC system with advanced CMOS technology is designed, which consists of ring metal substrate, ring piezoelectric ceramic transducer (PZT), elastic matrix and mass. In order to analyze carefully the force-electric performance of RPEH, the finite element model is obtained through meshing the corresponding solid model and then used to simulate. Simulated results show the output voltage and the natural frequency can be significantly reduced by ring structure compared with the traditional cantilever PEH. RPEH with elastic matrix can obtain the wider frequency band and the larger voltage than one without elastic matrix.

The SoC booting is performed as the first step after system power-on and its rate is significantly affected by the boot medium interface rate. This paper reported an acceleration strategy based on self-migration technology. By redirecting boot image itself from a low-speed NOR flash device to a high-speed RAM device, a higher booting speed was achieved. The modified data format of the boot image was designed and two kinds of boot processes of the bare metal and bootloader were proposed. A SoC verification platform based on a dual-core ARM CPU and various interface modules was set up. By compiling different interface functions, the boot time was all decreased significantly in different boot image size. This result proved the code self-migration was a promising candidate in the SoC booting.

Co-salient object detection (CoSOD) aims to discover and segment foreground targets in a group of images with the same semantic category. Existing mainstream approaches often employ convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to learn the semantic-invariant features from a group of images. Despite demonstrated success, there exist two limitations: 1) The CNNs introduce the inductive bias of locality that are difficult to model long-range dependency, limiting their feature representation capability. 2) Their models lack discriminability to differentiate semantic differences between different groups since only one group of images with the same semantic category has been taken into account for model training. To address these issues, this paper presents a Siamese Transformer architecture for CoSOD that can fully mine the group-wise semantic contrast information for more discriminative feature learning. Specifically, the designed Siamese Transformer takes two groups of images as input for feature contrastive learning. Each group is processed by a Transformer branch with shared weights to capture the long-range interaction information. Besides, to model the complex non-linear interactions between these two branches, we further design a Brownian distance covariance (BDC) module that uses joint distribution to measure the inter- and intra-group semantic similarity. The BDC can be efficiently calculated in closed form that can fully characterize independence for effective feature contrastive learning. Extensive evaluations on the three largest and most challenging benchmark datasets (CoSal2015, CoCA, and CoSOD3k) demonstrate the superiority of our method over a variety of state-of-the-art methods.

The key role of RGB-D co-salient object detection is to effectively fuse the common information of RGB and depth signals. Existing works directly mix the information captured from both original depth maps and RGB images, but ignore one critical issue: due to the low contrast of the neighborhood objects in depth, the depth maps’ salient regions may correspond to the interference background regions in the RGB images, thereby leading to unsatisfying performance. To address this issue, we propose an Object-aware Calibrated Depth guided transformer (dubbed as OCDFormer) for RGB-D co-salient object detection. The OCDFormer mainly consists of two key designs: First, we design a depth calibration module via spectral clustering, which yields a group of calibrated depth maps that can highlight the co-object region while suppressing the interference regions. Second, we construct a cross-modal transformer, in which the common information from the RGB and the calibrated depth maps are fully captured by first injecting common tokens into the individual tokens, and then mixing them with an interaction-attention mechanism. Extensive evaluations demonstrate that our OCDFormer sets a new state-of-the-art on two public standard benchmarks including RGB-D CoSall5O and RGB-D CoSegl83.

Group activity recognition is an challenging task with a major issue that reasons about complex interaction relations in the context of multi-person scenes. Most existing approaches concentrate on capturing interaction relations and learning features of the group activity at individual or group levels. These approaches lose sight of multi-level structures and interaction relations of the group activity. To overcome this challenge, we propose a Multi-level Interaction Relation model (MIR) to flexibly and efficiently learn multi-level structures of the group activity and capture multi-level interaction relations in the group activity. MIR employs graph pooling and unpooling networks to build multi-grained group relation graphs, and thus divide the group activity into multiple levels. Specifically, the key Actor based Group Pooling layer (keyPool) selects key persons in the activity to build the coarser-grained graph while the key Actor based Group Unpooling layer (keyUnPool) reconstructs the finer-grained graph according the corresponding keyPool. Multiple keyPool and keyUnPool progressively build multi-grained graphs and learn multi-level structures of the group activity. Thanks to graph convolutions performed on multi-grained relation graphs, multi-level interactions are finally captured. In addition, graph readout (GR) layers are added to obtain multi-level spatio-temporal features of The group activity. Experimental results on two publicly available datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of keyPool and keyUnPool, and show our model can further improve the performance of group activity recognition. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
