Inferring 3D structures from sparse, unposed observations is challenging due to its unconstrained nature. Recent methods propose to predict implicit representations directly from unposed inputs in a data-driven manner, achieving promising results. However, these methods do not utilize geometric priors and cannot hallucinate the appearance of unseen regions, thus making it challenging to reconstruct fine geometric and textural details. To tackle this challenge, our key idea is to reformulate this ill-posed problem as conditional novel view synthesis, aiming to generate complete observations from limited input views to facilitate reconstruction. With complete observations, the poses of the input views can be easily recovered and further used to optimize the reconstructed object. To this end, we propose a novel pipeline Pragmatist. First, we generate a complete observation of the object via a multiview conditional diffusion model. Then, we use a feed-forward large reconstruction model to obtain the reconstructed mesh. To further improve the reconstruction quality, we recover the poses of input views by inverting the obtained 3D representations and further optimize the texture using detailed input views. Unlike previous approaches, our pipeline improves reconstruction by efficiently leveraging unposed inputs and generative priors, circumventing the direct resolution of highly ill-posed problems. Electrocatalytic nitrate reduction to ammonia(NRA)under ambient conditions is significant for carbonneutral synthetic ***,the lack of efficient electrocatalysts with tunable nanostructure for NRA remains a grand ***,Nb WO_(6)nanosheets with oxygen vacancy(NbWO_(6-x))was demonstrated via thermal treatment and exfoliation with NH_(3)selectivity of 86.8%and Faradaic efficiency of85.7%toward NRA.^(1)H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra coupled with^(15)N isotope labeling experiments proved that NH_(3)originated from NO_(3)^-.The function of oxygen vacancy was revealed by computational studies in ***,the reaction mechanism and pathway of NRA could be deduced based on the results of online differential electrochemical mass spectrometry(DEMS).This work provides a selective NH_(3)generation strategy to decarbonize the energy-chemical sector,bridging the gap between batteries and biofuels.

The integration of surface filtration and catalytic decomposition functions in catalytic bags enables the synergistic removal of multiple pollutants(such as dust,nitrogen oxide,acid gases,and dioxins)in a single reactor,thus effectively reducing the cost and operational difficulties associated with flue gas *** this study,Mn-Ce-Sm-Sn(MCSS)catalysts were prepared and loaded onto hightemperature resistant polyimide(P84)filter through ultrasonic impregnation to create composite catalytic *** results demonstrate that the NO conversion rates of the composite catalytic filter consistently achieve above 95%within the temperature range of 160-260℃,with a chlorobenzene T_(90)value of 230℃.The ultrasonic impregnation method effectively loaded the catalyst onto the filter,ensuring high dispersion both on the surface and inside the *** increased exposure of catalyst active sites enhances the catalytic activity of the composite catalytic ***,increasing the catalyst loading leads to a gradual decrease in permeability,an increase in pressure drops and the long residence time of the flue gas,thereby improving catalytic *** to ordinary impregnation methods,ultrasonic impregnation improves the bonding strength between the catalyst and filter,as well as the permeability of the composite catalytic filter under the same loading ***,this study presents a novel approach to prepare composite catalytic filter for the simultaneous removal of NO and chlorobenzene at low temperatures.

Image segmentation plays a critical role in computer-aided diagnosis and treatment planning for cervical cancer. Obtaining a large number of labeled images for supervised cervical segmentation is often labor-intensive and time-consuming. In this paper, we propose a multi-stage semi-supervised learning framework (Semi-CervixSeg) to address the cervical seg-mentation task in ultrasound images for Fetal Ultrasound Grand Challenge: Semi-Supervised Cervical Segmentation in ISBI 2025. Specifically, in the initial stage, we utilize unlabeled data through a multi-view random augmentation strategy, using consistency constraints and a contrastive learning method. Subsequently, a progressive multi-stage training strategy is adopted to generate and optimize pseudo-labels, further improving segmentation results. Experimental re-sults demonstrate that the proposed method significantly im-proves segmentation performance compared with supervised methods. As a technical report for the challenge, this paper elaborates on our methodology and experimental findings in detail. Quorum sensing (QS) plays an important role in microbial aggregation control. Recently, the optimization of biological waste treatment systems by QS regulation gained an increasing attention. The effects of QS regulation on treatment performances and biofilm were frequently investigated. To understand the state of art of QS regulation, this review summarizes the methods of QS enhancement and QS inhibition in biological waste treatment systems. Typical QS enhancement methods include adding exogenous QS molecules, adding QS accelerants and cultivating QS bacteria, while typical QS inhibition methods include additions of quorum quenching (QQ) bacteria, QS-degrading enzymes, QS-degrading oxidants, and QS inhibitors. The specific improvements after applying these QS regulation methods in different treatment systems are concluded. In addition, the effects of QS regulation methods on biofilm in biological waste treatment systems are reviewed in terms of biofilm formation, extracellular polymeric substances production, microbial viability, and microbial community. In the end, the knowledge gaps in current researches are analyzed, and the requirements for future study are suggested.

Cultivation of Chlorella *** in inland saline-alkaline water under different light qualities

An access control model for data security sharing cross-domain in consortium blockchain

With the rapid increment of the demand for data sharing among parties, data is considered a cornerstone component to provide value in the big data environment. Concerns regarding sharing data security have impeded the development of cross-domain data interaction. Therefore, an access control model for data security sharing cross-domain is proposed, Fabric-ABAC, that is based on Hyperledger Fabric and Attribute-based Access control (ABAC). In order to solve the data security challenges caused by a trusted central organization implementation, a distributed environment is constructed that consists of stakeholders among parties. The unified attribute model is designed for multi-environment combined with smart contracts. Fabric-ABAC realizes multi-level, fine-grained, and auditable access control, enabling data security through automatic permission verification. Considering the ledger is visible to all participants in consortium blockchain, it is necessary to protect the confidentiality of sensitive data. Thus, Proxy Re-Encryption (PRE), which is implemented by smart contracts, is adopted in the scheme to realize the ciphertext interaction without the third party. The security of PRE and the access control model used in Fabric-ABAC is discussed to show that a secure environment for data sharing is provided. Moreover, the completeness of the implementation and effectiveness of the system performance in the multi-domain environment is demonstrated in the experimental results. © 2023 The Authors. The steam generator level control system is one of the critical control systems in a nuclear power plant, and its performance is vital for the safe and stable operation of the plant. The control parameters are key factors that affect the operational performance of the steam generator level control system. Therefore, during the commissioning of the nuclear power plant, it is usually necessary to adjust the parameters through the trial-and-error method. This tuning process mainly relies on the experience of the commissioning personnel and may potentially compromise plant safety due to human errors. Considering that the parameter tuning process of control systems can be regarded as a special type of batch processes, this paper proposes to apply an efficient data-driven optimization method, multi-source hybrid data-driven optimization method based on model accuracy gradient estimation (MHDO-MAGE), to the problem of parameter tuning for the steam generator control system. This method effectively combines the advantages of traditional MBO (Model-Based Optimization) and MFO (Model-Free Optimization) methods, while efficiently utilizing prior data information related to the optimization problem. This method was implemented on a widely adopted steam generator control system model specifically designed for steam generator simulations. The simulation results clearly indicate that the MHDO-MAGE method significantly enhances the efficiency of parameter tuning for the steam generator level control system, ultimately leading to a reduction in the costs associated with nuclear power plant commissioning. © 2024 IEEE.

Extremum seeking (ES) is a real-time optimization strategy, thus transmission delays in the feedback loop of ES have big impact on its stability. How big delay that ES control systems are able to withstand? This paper tries to provide a potential answer to this problem. We extend a newly developed time-delay approach of ES from quadratic maps to general nonlinear maps under known constant transmission delays. The gradient-based ES in the case of single-variable and multivariable nonlinear static maps are considered. Different from the recent literature, the time-delay method in this paper is applicable to a big family of nonlinear static maps, and the robustness of ES control systems to transmission delays is investigated. By transforming the original ES system into a kind of time-delay system of neutral type, and further transforming the neutral system into a perturbed retarded system with constant delays, we provide simple Lyapunov-based sufficient conditions in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) to guarantee practical stability of the ES closed-loop system. © 2024 IEEE.
