Consumption of fried foods is highly prevalent in the Western dietary *** diet has been unfavorably linked with high risk of developing cardiovascular *** failure(HF)as a cardiovascular disease subtype is a growing global pandemic with high morbidity and ***,the causal relationship between long-term fried food consumption and incident HF remains *** population-based study revealed that frequent fried food consumption is strongly associated with 15%higher risk of *** causal relationship may be ascribed to the dietary acrylamide exposure in fried *** cross-sectional study evidenced that acrylamide exposure is associated with an increased risk of ***,we discover and demonstrate that chronic acrylamide exposure may induce HF in zebrafish and ***,we reveal that acrylamide induces energy metabolism disturbance in heart due to the mitochondria dysfunction and metabolic ***,acrylamide exposure induces myocardial apoptosis via inhibiting NOTCH1-phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/AKT *** addition,acrylamide exposure could affect heart development during early life stage,and the adverse effect of acrylamide exposure is a threat for next generation via epigenetic change evoked by DNA methyltransferase 1(DNMT1).In this study,we reveal the adverse effects and underlying mechanism of fried foods and acrylamide as a typical food processing contaminant on HF from population-based observations to experimental ***,these results both epidemiologically and mechanistically provide strong evidence to unravel the mechanism of acrylamide-triggered HF and highlight the significance of reducing fried food consumption for lower the risk of HF.

In text mining and Natural Language Processing (NLP), extracting emotions from textual data is gaining rapid attraction. The proliferation of online content and the freedom of expression on social media platforms has compelled the advancement of more sophisticated methods for the automatic identification of unwanted content. The One-Dimensional Convolutional Neural Network (1D-CNN) performs best for feature extraction, while the Long Short-Term Memory Network (LSTM) is well-known for extracting sequential features and classification of textual data. This study proposes a novel solution by combining 1D-CNN with LSTM. Utilizing a context-aware model, this study aims to enhance the detection of immoral posts, including hate speech and other forms of immoral content on social media platforms. Various posts are extracted from social media, which are then processed using Glove word embedding models. It depicts the word representations in the text, which yields the form of a real-valued vector determining the words' meaning. The 1D convolution utilizes a filter window over the input time-series data to extract features. Relying on the acquired parameters of the filters, they act as feature extractors. This feature extraction technique allows the model to distinguish detailed patterns and nuances from the textual contents of posts. The sequential processing capabilities of the LSTM network enable an in-depth examination of the text, capturing temporal relationships and context, which is critical for successful content categorization. To validate the proposed model, we utilized a benchmark dataset, called the Twitter dataset. The proposed model achieved the highest accuracy of 95.37% and outperforms state-of-the-art works. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

Obstacle avoidance is essential for an omnidirectional mobile robotic arm (OMRA) to accomplish a given task in a complex environment. To make OMRA accomplish repetitive motion, obstacle avoidance, and trajectory tracking tasks in complex dynamic environments with the presence of obstacles and external disturbances, a new noise-suppressed repetitive motion obstacle avoidance (NSRMOA) scheme is proposed. As established previously many OMRA motion planning assumes that the simulation is noise free. However, noise interference may prevent OMRA from accomplishing repetitive motion, obstacle avoidance, and trajectory tracking tasks, which may lead to task failure. The proposed the NSRMOA scheme with intrinsic noise suppression can solve external noise interference, so that the OMRA can accomplish the repetitive motion, obstacle avoidance and trajectory tracking tasks in the presence of external noise interference. Finally, the optimal solution of the NSRMOA scheme can be effectively obtained by using recurrent neural network (RNN). The effectiveness and accuracy of the scheme are verified by examples and comparisons. © 2023 IEEE.

Numerous reagents have been proposed as electron sacrificers to induce the decomposition of permanganate(KMnO_(4))by producing highly reactive Mn species for micropollutants ***,this strategy can lead to low KMnO_(4) utilization efficiency due to limitations associated with poor mass transport and high energy *** the present study,we rationally designed a catalytic carbon nanotube(CNT)membrane for KMnO_(4) activation toward enhanced degradation of *** proposed flow-through system outperformed conventional batch reactor owing to the improved mass transfer via *** optimal conditionals,a>70%removal(equivalent to an oxidation flux of 2.43 mmol/(h·m^(2)))of 80μmol/L sulfamethoxazole(SMX)solution can be achieved at single-pass *** experimental analysis and DFT studies verified that CNT could mediate direct electron transfer from organic molecules to KMnO_(4),resulting in a high utilization efficiency of KMnO_(4).Furthermore,the KMnO_(4)/CNT system had outstanding reusability and CNT could maintain a long-lasting reactivity,which served as a green strategy for the remediation of micropollutants in a sustainable *** study provides new insights into the electron transfer mechanisms and unveils the advantages of effective KMnO_(4) utilization in the KMnO_(4)/CNT system for environmental remediation.

Here, we propose a 3D SLAM method with laser-based measurements. We extended the regionalized Gaussian process (GP) map construction algorithm, used in 2D situations, to a 3D scenario. A major improvement to the algorithm was made where multiple-direction functional relationships were assumed in a sub-region. From this improvement, a new kind of map representation is proposed, which is named as GP map. The GP map, with a point-cloud like, is a dense map representation, which can fully depict the environment structure. Based on this new map representation, we designed the state estimation method and the map update methods using simple and clear mathematics. Carbon monoxide electroreduction(COER)has been a key part of tandem electrolysis of carbon dioxide(CO_(2)),in which searching for high catalytic performance COER electrocatalysts remains a great ***,by means of density functional theory(DFT)computations,we explored the potential of a series of transition metal atoms anchored on N-dopedγ-graphyne(TM@N-GY,TM from Ti to Au)as the COER *** found that the final product selectivity of these single-atom catalysts depended on the position of the metal atom in the periodic table,with metals in the front and middle of each periodic period exhibiting high selectivity for CH_(4),while metals in the back producing CH_(3)*** learning(ML)found that metal atomic number was intrinsic to the difference in COER performance of these single-atom catalysts(SACs).The free energy changes showed that Mn@N-GY and Ni@N-GY exhibited outstanding COER catalytic performance for producing CH_(4)and CH_(3)OH,*** results provide theoretical and experimental guidance for designing efficient COER catalysts to generate C_(1)products.

In permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM) drive system,it is difficult to achieve the optimal performance of command tracking and disturbance rejection simultaneously when the speed loop designed with the conventional one-degree-of-freedom(1-DOF) PI *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a speed control structure of two-degree-of-freedom(2-DOF) P-PI controller with linear extended state observer(LESO).There are two sets of parameters that can be designed independently in the controller,which improves the command tracking performance without degrading the disturbance rejection *** addition,a linear extended state observer(LESO) is designed to estimate the total disturbance in the speed *** to the estimated value,the output of the 2-DOF P-PI controller is compensated feedforward equivalently,which further enhances the disturbance rejection ***,simulations verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

Occurrence and potential risks of organophosphate esters in agricultural soils:A case study of Fuzhou City,Southeast China

Fifty agricultural soil samples collected from Fuzhou,southeast China,were first investigated for the occurrence,distribution,and potential risks of twelve organophosphate esters(OPEs).The total concentration of OPEs(ΣOPEs)in soil ranged from 1.33 to 96.5 ng/g dry weight(dw),with an average value of 17.1 ng/g ***,halogenated-OPEs were the predominant group with amean level of 9.75 ng/g dw,and tris(1-chloro-2-propyl)phosphate(TCIPP)was the most abundant OPEs,accounting for 51.1%ofΣ*** concentrations of TCIPP andΣOPEs were found to be significantly higher(P<0.05)in soils of urban areas than those in suburban *** addition,the use of agricultural plastic films and total organic carbon had a positive effect on the occurrence of OPE in this *** positive matrix factorization model suggested complex sources of OPEs in agricultural soils from *** ecological risk assessment demonstrated that tricresyl phosphate presented a medium risk to land-based organisms(0.1≤risk quotient<1.0).Nevertheless,the carcinogenic and noncarcinogenic risks for human exposure to OPEs through soil ingestion and dermal absorption were *** findings would facilitate further investigations into the pollution management and risk control of OPEs.
