This paper presents a grasping convolutional neural network with image segmentation for mobile manipulating robot. The proposed method is cascaded by a feature pyramid network FPN and a grasping network DrGNet. The FPN network combined with point cloud clustering is used to obtain the mask of the target object. Then, the grayscale map and the depth map corresponding to the target object are combined and sent to the DrGNet network for providing multi-scale images. On this basis, depthwise separable convolution is used for encoding. The results of encoders are refined according to the light-weight RefineNet as well as sSE, which can achieve a better grasp detection. The proposed method is verified by the experiments on mobile manipulating robot.

This article first introduces the application of facial expression recognition in education. Then the development of facial expression recognition and the four basic processes of facial expressions are described. After that, the methods and algorithms used in face detection and localization of face expression recognition and classification are summarized, feature extraction and classification are summarized. It is difficult to rescue people from outside, and emergency evacuation is still a main measure to decrease casualties in high-rise building fires. To improve evacuation efficiency, a valid and easily manipulated grouping evacuation strategy is proposed. Occupants escape in groups according to the shortest evacuation route is determined by graph theory. In order to evaluate and find the optimal grouping, computational experiments are performed to design and simulate the evacuation processes. A case study shown the application in detail and quantitative research conclusions is obtained. The thoughts and approaches of this study can be used to guide actual high-rise building evacuation processes in future.

Compared with a traditional manufacturing process, 3D printing has advantages of performance and cost in personalized customization and has been applied in many fields. The problem of 3D model orientation optimization is a crucial one in practice. In this paper, based on the mathematical relationship between model orientation and printing time, surface quality, and supporting area, the model orientation problem is transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem with goal of minimizing printing time, surface quality, and supporting area. Ordinal Optimization (OO) is not only applicable to problems with random factors, but also to solve complex deterministic problems. The model orientation is a complex deterministic problem. We solve it with OO in this paper and use linear weighting to convert the multi-objective optimization problem into single-objective one. Finally, we compare the experimental results of solving 3D model orientation problems solved by OO and Genetic Algorithm (GA). The results show that OO requires less calculation time than GA while achieving comparable performance.

In an electro-hydraulic servo control system,the force servo system is an important ***,due to the nonlinear characteristic of hydraulic systems,traditional control methods cannot achieve satisfactory control *** deal with this issue,a load velocity compensation algorithm based on the structural invariant principle is proposed in this ***,the theoretical analysis of the hydraulic and cylindrical force control system is presented,and the mathematical model of the force control system is *** the open-loop frequency response characteristics of the system are analyzed,in which the Bode diagram shows that the bandwidth of the system is obviously expanded after adopting the load velocity compensation ***,apractical hydraulic and cylindrical force servo system is introduced to validate the feasibility of the proposed controller,the experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can improve the performance of force control and eliminate the influence of load stiffness on the dynamic characteristics of the system through a set of comparative experiments with different elastic loads.

This paper proposes the social manufacturing based on Blockchain, which realizes precise and efficient customization through smart contract and distributed accounting. It is a new manufacturing mode of service-oriented, distributed and collaborative customization. This paper proposes the definition of SM based on Blockchain. In the process of using to Blockchain, it can form a strong trust relationship, so that multiple nodes / roles in SM can save the complete copy of the whole database, rather than a centralized permission / role. Secondly, the Blockchain-based SM system is developed for customized manufacturing. Finally, its application case and the optimization results are given. In SM, it is the key that how to transform customized manufacturing actions into socialized actions of manufacturing resources through internet communities and interconnect Socialized Manufacturing Resources (SMRs) in upstream and downstream. In this paper, the smart contract relationship is established based on Blockchain between SMRs to build credit mechanism in SM, Which can ensure the effective circulation and association of SMRs.

To address the problem of data fusion between monocular camera image with 3 D data from laser detection and ranging(LADAR)sensor,this paper proposes a novel simplified scheme based on the planar feature method,which can meet the accuracy requirements of the joint calibration with fewer checkerboard calibration plate(CP)positions than traditional ***,a mathematical model of the joint calibration is established to obtain the calibration ***,the selection of positions and orientations of the CP are introduced and the corresponding influence to the calibration is ***,the calibration result is optimized by using a nonlinear Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)optimization approach,and the distance residual method is utilized to estimate the ***,experimental results conclude that the minimum number of positions required to meet the joint calibration accuracy in the proposed method is 5,which is less than 12 in traditional methods.
