To address the problem of data fusion between monocular camera image with 3 D data from laser detection and ranging(LADAR)sensor,this paper proposes a novel simplified scheme based on the planar feature method,which can meet the accuracy requirements of the joint calibration with fewer checkerboard calibration plate(CP)positions than traditional ***,a mathematical model of the joint calibration is established to obtain the calibration ***,the selection of positions and orientations of the CP are introduced and the corresponding influence to the calibration is ***,the calibration result is optimized by using a nonlinear Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)optimization approach,and the distance residual method is utilized to estimate the ***,experimental results conclude that the minimum number of positions required to meet the joint calibration accuracy in the proposed method is 5,which is less than 12 in traditional methods.

In order to make up for the shortcomings of a single inertial sensor,which is easily disturbed and unable to directly describe the periodic characteristics of gait,a novel gait events detection algorithm is proposed which is based on the invariant characteristics of hip joint *** healthy volunteers conducted a walking experiment over the ground,who were equipped with motion capture device and insole with *** hip angle derived from motion capture device were applied to detect gait events,heel stride(HS) and toe off(TO).And the gait events detected by ground reactor force(GRF) were taken as the reference *** mean absolute difference of HS is 28±42 ms,and the mean absolute difference of TO is 27 ± 43 ms. And the confidence levels of the two gait events are 97.5% and 99.2%,*** results demonstrate that the proposed gait events detection algorithm is reliability and has potential clinical application value.

In recent years, cyber-physical systems (CPSs) have received much attention from both the academic world and the industrial world, which refer to a deep integration and coordination of physical and computational resources [1,2]. Typical examples of CPSs can be found in smart grids, smart transportation systems, industrial controlsystems, water supply systems, and so on. Furthermore, many military systems are also CPSs. The key characteristic of CPSs is the integration of computing, control and communication. The increased interconnection between the cyber and physical spaces make CPSs vulnerable to various malicious attacks. A well-known example of an attack of CPSs is the Stuxnet which infected the control system of nuclear-fuel centrifuges of Bushehr nuclear power plant in Iran. Stuxnet makes people beware of the grave consequences of a cyber-attack on a CPS. Since many national critical infrastructures are applications of CPS, ensuring security and safety of such systems is of great importance.

The sparrow search algorithm(SSA) is a recent meta-heuristic optimization approach with the advantages of simplicity and flexibility. However, SSA still faces challenges of premature convergence and imbalance between exploration and exploitation, especially when tackling multimodal optimization problems. Aiming to deal with the above problems, we propose an enhanced variant of SSA called the multi-strategy enhanced sparrow search algorithm(MSSSA) in this paper. First, a chaotic map is introduced to obtain a high-quality initial population for SSA, and the opposition-based learning strategy is employed to increase the population diversity. Then, an adaptive parameter control strategy is designed to accommodate an adequate balance between exploration and exploitation. Finally, a hybrid disturbance mechanism is embedded in the individual update stage to avoid falling into local optima. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed MSSSA, a large number of experiments are implemented, including 40 complex functions from the IEEE CEC2014 and IEEE CEC2019 test suites and 10 classical functions with different dimensions. Experimental results show that the MSSSA achieves competitive performance compared with several state-of-the-art optimization algorithms. The proposed MSSSA is also successfully applied to solve two engineering optimization problems. The results demonstrate the superiority of the MSSSA in addressing practical problems.

The problem of adaptive optimal control for a class of nonlinear uncertain systems with saturating actuators and external disturbance is investigated in this paper. Considering the saturating actuators, a non-quadratic cost function is adopted. The key of this optimal control problem is to find the solution to the Hamilton Jacobi Bellman equation (HJB). An online intergral reinforcement learning (IRL) algorithm based-Neural Network (NN) is given to approximate the solution. Unlike traditional integral reinforcement learning algorithms, data onto a period of time stored together with current data are used to update the neural network weights in place of persistence of excitation (PE) condition. This method overcomes the shortcomings of the PE condition which is not easy to be checked online. Finally, numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

Sensor network deployment is the key for sensors to play an important performance. Based on game theory, first, the authors propose a multi-type sensor target allocation method for the autonomous deployment of sensors, considering exploration cost, target detection value, exploration ability and other factors. Then, aiming at the unfavorable environment, e.g., obstacles and enemy interference, the authors design a method to maintain the connectivity of sensor network, under the conditions of effective detection of the targets. Simulation result shows that the proposed deployment strategy can achieve the dynamic optimization deployment under complex conditions.
