Blockages of pressure transmitter sensing line are a recurring problem in nuclear plants. The traditional solution is to purge them with nitrogen periodically, which is time consuming and radiation intensive. It is thus desirable to monitor the status of sensing lines on-site. The noise analysis method is a promising method for sensing line health monitoring. However, the existing noise analysis methods, which evaluate the sensing line status by analyzing time domain or frequency domain features of process noise signal, are susceptible to working conditions of pressure transmitters. Further, blockage degree of the sensing line can not be determined by existing methods. Therefore, this paper proposes a machine learning based noise analysis method for health monitoring of pressure transmitter sensing line, in which 1-D Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used to extract features from process noise signals. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieved satisfactory results in diagnosis accuracy, false alarm rate and robustness of the model under different working conditions. Further, blockage degree of sensing line can also be evaluated. © 2022 IET Conference Proceedings. All rights reserved.

As a representative topic in natural language processing and automated theorem proving, geometry problem solving requires an abstract problem understanding and symbolic reasoning. A major challenge here is to find a feasible reasoning sequence that is consistent with given axioms and the theorems already proved. Most recent methods have exploited neural network-based techniques to automatically discover eligible solving steps. Such a kind of methods, however, is greatly impacted by the expert solutions for training. To improve the accuracy, this paper proposes a new method called counterfactual evolutionary reasoning, which uses a generative adversarial network to generate initial reasoning sequences and then introduces counterfactual reasoning to explore potential solutions. By directly exploring theorem candidates rather than the neural network selection, the new method can sufficiently extend the searching space to get a more appropriate reasoning step. Through comparative experiments on the recent proposed Geometry3k, the largest geometry problem solving dataset, our method generally achieves a higher accuracy than most previous methods, bringing an overall improvement about 4.4% compared with the transformer models. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper illustrates the application of an autonomous decentralized system introducing edge nodes in a smart factory. The nodes include atomic nodes, the most fundamental autonomic units constituting an autonomous decentralized system that are capable of independently extracting information from the data field and processing that information internally and simultaneously transmitting the processing results and other internal information to the data field proactively in a broadcast mode, where the transmitted information circulates in the data field. The group-based data field enables the sharing of information by atomic nodes. Grouped management nodes are the managers of the whole group, and edge nodes are the terminal intelligent control units of an intelligent autonomous decentralized system. Improvements in system decentralization, fault tolerance characteristics and flexibility of the system can lead to homogenization, autonomous control and autonomous coordination in complex manufacturing environments, as well as excellent online fault tolerance, online expansion and online maintenance of the system. In addition, it enhances the ever-changing and evolving control requirements by deconstructing the complexity in the system. © 2022 IEEE.

In order to solve the problems of long-term cumulative error and the absence of absolute pose in the existing Lidar-Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) fusion methods for Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM), we propose a new SLAM method for mobile robot, integrating Lidar, IMU, and a downward vision camera. Firstly, we tightly couple Lidar-IMU and downward vision camera using a multimodal fusion framework. Downward visual measurements are integrated as QR factors into the factor graph, providing absolute pose information to correct cumulative error in the Lidar-IMU system and enable the joint pose estimation of the AGV. Secondly, an enhanced Iterative Closest Point (ICP) point cloud matching algorithm has been developed to correct the incorrect pose. This approach achieves Scan-to-Map alignment by employing a coarse-to-fine matching strategy, thereby enhancing the accuracy of point cloud alignment. Finally, the extended Kalman filter is used to optimize the Lidar pose drift, as well as the Lidar mapping effectively by using the Lidar-IMU as the measurements and the downward visual measurements as the updates. The algorithm has been extensively evaluated on the developed AGV experimental platform. The experimental results show that the position error is less than 0.02 meters and the orientation error is less than 1°, which solves the problems of long-term error accumulation and the lack of absolute pose information for AGV navigation. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years, quadratic optimizations have become increasingly popular in engineering. However, conventional methods that investigate this problem from the perspective of a canonical form with linear constraints are not effective in dealing with the significant challenges posed by quadratic constraints in practice. This paper proposes a solution framework for the quadratic optimization with quadratic constraints (QOQC) based on innovative artificial societies, computational experiments, and parallel execution (ACP) framework. Then, a gradient projection differential neural solution (GPDNS) is proposed to address this. To illustrate the effectiveness of the GPDNS model in solving the QOQC system, numerical simulations are provided. Overall, this paper presents the potential of innovative approaches like the ACP framework to enhance our capabilities in addressing challenging optimization systems. © 2023 IEEE.

Tuojiang River Basin is a first-class tributary of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River—which is the longest river in *** phytoplankton are sensitive indicators of trophic changes inwater bodies,characterizing phytoplankton communities and their growth influencing factors in polluted urban rivers can provide new ideas for pollution ***,we used direct microscopic count and environmental DNA(eDNA)metabarcoding methods to investigate phytoplankton community structure in Tuojiang River Basin(Chengdu,Sichuan Province,China).The association between phytoplankton community structure and water environmental factors was evaluated by Mantel *** environmental monitoring data were used to pinpoint major factors that influenced phytoplankton growth based on structural equation *** the phylum level,the dominant phytoplankton taxa identified by the conventional microscopic method mainly belonged to Bacillariophyta,Chlorophyta,and Cyanophyta,in contrast with Chlorophyta,Dinophyceae,and Bacillariophyta identified by eDNA ***α-diversity analysis,eDNA metabarcoding detected greater species diversity and achieved higher precision than the microscopic *** growth was largely limited by phosphorus based on the nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratios>16:1 in all water *** analysis and structural equation modeling also confirmed that the nitrogen-to-phosphorus ratio was the principal factor influencing phytoplankton *** results could be useful for implementing comprehensive management of the river basin *** is recommended to control the discharge of point-and surface-source pollutants and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in areas with excessive nutrients(e.g.,Jianyang-Ziyang).Algae monitoring techniques and removal strategies should be improved in 201 Hospital,Hongrihe Bridge and Colmar Town areas.
