An average consensus protocol is proposed for discrete-time double-integrator multi-agent systems with communication noises under fixed topologies. The proposed consensus protocol is composed of two parts: the agent's own state feedback and the relative states between the agent and its neighbor agents. Due to the existence of communication noises, the relative states cannot be obtained accurately. To attenuate the noise effect, a time-varying consensus gain a(k) is applied to the relative states in the proposed protocol. Hence, the closed-loop dynamics of multi-agent systems is a linear stochastic difference equation with variable coefficients. Fortunately, the state transition matrix of this stochastic system can be solved, and the dynamical behavior of linear multi-agent systems can therefore be determined. It is proved that the proposed protocol is able to solve the mean square average consensus problem if and only if the topology graph is connected;and the time-varying gain a(k) satisfies the stochastic-approximation type conditions (Omission)。

In order to verify the vibration resistance feasibility of the Stewart platform with a flexible base platform in the feed cabin support system of FAST(Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope), this paper presents a scheme on the implementation of the reduced scale Stewart platform model of FAST. A vibration suppressing control algorithm is given, and the experiments related were conducted. The results show that the system is capable of suppressing normal vibrations.

The main components of SM cloud are designed, and its research topics are summarized. Then, SM's key technologies are studied. 3D technologies for apparel customization, like 3D modeling, 3D fitting mirror and 3D customization, are developed to improve the customization precision and user experience. Information based collaborative management is realized to share, communicate,and handle the information efficiently among all groups and individuals of SM cloud. Suppliers' evaluation mechanism is designed to support the optimal decisions making. Next, SM cloud is constructed in five layers for high-end apparel *** using SM cloud based crowd-sourcing, social resources can be allocated rationally and utilized efficiently, consumer can customize the product in any processes like innovation, design,making, marketing and service, and traditional apparel enterprise can be upgraded into SM mode for keeping it competitive in the future customization markets.

China currently has the highest acid deposition globally, yet research on its status, impacts, causes and controls is lacking. Here, we compiled data and calculated critical loads regarding acid deposition. The results showed that the abatement measures in China have achieved a sharp decline in the emissions of acidifying pollutants and a continuous recovery of precipitation p H, despite the drastic growth in the economy and energy consumption. However, the risk of ecological acidification and eutrophication showed no significant decrease. With similar emission reductions, the decline in areas at risk of acidification in China(7.0%) lags behind those in Europe(20%) or the USA(15%). This was because, unlike Europe and the USA, China's abatement strategies primarily target air quality improvement rather than mitigating ecological impacts. Given that the area with the risk of eutrophication induced by nitrogen deposition remained at 13%of the country even under the scenario of achieving the dual targets of air quality and carbon dioxide mitigation in 2035, we explored an enhanced ammonia abatement pathway. With a further 27% reduction in ammonia by 2035, China could largely eliminate the impacts of acid deposition. This research serves as a valuable reference for China's future acid deposition control and for other nations facing similar challenges.
