Calibration of simulation system is an important step to establish a reliable simulation system. In this paper, based on the existing mean field calibration theory, a new fast calibration method for complex urban traffic system based on mean field method is discussed by establishing the relationship between the macroscopic observation quantity and the proxy microscopic parameters. This method makes use of the machine learning method, and reduces the dimension of the state vector in the discrete time period, so that the dimension of the macroscopic state transition matrix is lower, and then reduces the computational complexity of the system calibration. Finally, the calibration results of the simulation system were verified by SUMO traffic simulation software. © 2021 IEEE.

The electric parallel six wheel-legged robot (EPSWLR) is characterized by heavy load and fast moving speed. But the body will shake and vibrate while passing through rough roads, which affects its stability. In order to solve this problem, the single-leg structure based on Stewart structure was equivalent to the impedance system composed of mass block, spring and damping in this paper. Due to changes in environmental forces and environmental impedance parameters caused by environmental changes, the traditional impedance control (IC) still causes force error at the foot end of robot and thus results in poor vibration isolation effect. Therefore, a new adaptive algorithm was proposed in this paper and added to IC algorithm to reduce the force error caused by environmental changes and thus improve the vibration isolation effect. In this paper, the characteristic equation of adaptive impedance control (AIC) algorithm was first obtained and the condition for system stability was calculated based on Routh-Hurwitz stability criterion. Finally, the stability of this system was verified. The simulation experiment combining MATLAB and Adams was designed and performed with EPSWLR. The effectiveness of AIC was proved by monitoring the changes in the force of single leg and the attitude of robot body.

In the contemporary manufacturing environment, flexible production is growing in popularity due to its quick adaptation and response to the market changes and customized requirements. Multi-type products under small-batch-based operations are commonly seen in flexible production. Therefore, dedicated buffers are sometimes used to separate different types of parts that are being processed on one production system. Besides, the steady-state analysis may be ineffective because of the small-batch-based operation, as a result, transient analysis becomes indispensable in investigating the transient behavior of flexible production lines. In this work, we investigate the performance evaluation issue in flexible production systems with multi-type products, two machines obeying the Bernoulli reliability model, and dedicated buffers in real-time. Based on Markovian analysis, a set of auxiliary production lines are presented to decouple the dynamics of the original system. Then, the transient performance measures of interest are approximately evaluated from the auxiliary production lines to avoid the issue of system state explosion. The state explosion is common when applying the Markovian approach. Finally, the proposed analytical algorithm is validated to be with high precision through numerical experiments in contrast with the Monte Carlo simulation.

Preventing and controlling Low-Slow-Small(LSS) targets are problems to be solved due to their good concealment in urban environment. Consequently, the problem of target assignment is studied in this paper. Firstly, a target assignment model based on heterogeneous sensor networks is proposed. The characteristics of LSS targets and the influence of environmental factors such as climate and terrain are considered on this model. At the same time, the detection capabilities of different detection nodes and collaborative tracking capabilities are also considered. Secondly, an intelligent optimization algorithm GSAPSO based on PSO is proposed to maximize tracking effect of the sensors. Finally, the simulations are used to compare the GSAPSO algorithm with the traditional PSO and GAPSO algorithms. The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has better tracking effect.

In the biomicromanipulation field, single-cell manipulation is receiving attention due to its potential applications in many aspects of biomedicine. Cell injection, as a typical cell micromanipulation technique, is devoted to introducing foreign substances into living cells by penetrating a fine micropipette into cell membranes. Direct access to the intracellular environment, especially the nucleus, provides an ideal way to gain insight into the dynamic processes of living cells. This paper presents the comparison of controlled penetrations of two types of adherent cells and their nuclei by two types of micropipettes, made of borosilicate glass and quartz respectively. Due to the differences in the cell properties (e.g., height, adhesion strength), two corresponding penetration strategies optimizing the puncture angle and puncture height, are proposed to improve the success rate of the puncture process and the survival rate of cells after the puncture. Real nucleus puncture experiments adopting the optimal puncture strategy for each type of cells and carried out by a semi-automatic system, indicated a better puncture effect by quartz pipettes. Through this method, functional materials such as peptides and nanoparticles can be potentially introduced to perturb the cell activities and then realize its full automation.

In this paper, we propose a closed-form IMU error state covariance integration method for optimization-based visualinertial state estimator. We derive a closed-form solutions of the IMU error state covariance propagation in pre-integration process, yielding improved accuracy of IMU residual information matrix. Our visual-inertial state estimator is based on a tightly-coupled, sliding-window optimization framework, which jointly estimate the IMU states and landmarks and performing marginalization to limit the computational cost. Finally, the system are validated in park environment dataset, the result shows our proposed method is effective.

This paper introduces a brand-new phase definition called the segmental phase for multi-input multi-output linear time-invariant systems. The underpinning of the definition lies in the matrix segmental phase which, as its name implies, is graphically based on the smallest circular segment covering the matrix normalized numerical range in the unit disk. The matrix segmental phase has the crucial product eigen-phase bound, which makes itself stand out from several existing phase notions in the literature. The proposed bound paves the way for stability analysis of a cyclic feedback system consisting of multiple subsystems. A cyclic small phase theorem is then established as our main result, which requires the loop system phase to lie between −π and π. The proposed theorem complements a cyclic version of the celebrated small gain theorem. In addition, a generalization of the proposed theorem is made via the use of angular scaling techniques for reducing conservatism. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In this paper, we present a trajectory generation method for quadrotor while tracking a moving target with relative pattern. Compared to existing methods, safe flying zone, vehicle’s physical limits and smoothness are considered to ensure obstacles avoidance and real tracking flight. To tackle with the cluttered environment, a parallel Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is applied to calculate the safe feasible waypoints for quadrotor with consideration of target’s predicted state and the realistic tracking pattern, as well as safety. Then, a multiple waypoints constraints motion planning method is applied and embed into a cost function for solving the problem of trajectories generation and robust tracking for quadrotor via convex optimization approach, ensuring the real-time planning, with the geometrical constraint of safe flight corridor for quadrotor. The effectiveness of proposed method is verified by numerical simulation experiments.

The research of image deblurring plays an important role in the digital image *** order to reduce image blurring problems,a content constraint loss（CCL） function in the generative adversarial network（GAN）is *** SSIM loss and the perceptual loss constitute the CCL function,which makes the trained generative model *** CCL function as the content constraint loss component and the adversarial loss component constitute the total *** total loss is optimized by the iterative training to further improve the stability of the network model,and the image blurring will be *** the test experiment of the open source image dataset MNIST,CIFAR10/100 and CELEBA,the CCL function is used as the content constraint loss component of the generative adversarial network,the effect of image deblurring has obvious promotion in the structural similarity measure and visual appearance.
