In this paper, a method based on admittance control is developed to improve patients' comfort wearing an exoskeleton robot for rehabilitation training. In our previous work, we designed a modular and convenient hemiplegic exoskeleton robot. The mechanical structure will cause stiffness when it comes to contact with the human body in practical applications. We introduced admittance control to improve the flexibility of the exoskeleton robot and improve the subjects' comfort. This paper considers coupling of model between the exoskeleton and the human body as the human-computer interaction force of the system at the main human-computer interaction point. Measuring the interaction force between exoskeleton members and limbs, the work uses the virtual admittance model to correct the system's inherent characteristics and studies the control method's stability with Lyapunov's theory. The experiment collected the subject movement information which was converted the movement information of the exoskeleton. Human-computer interaction forces in the thigh and calf were measured while the exoskeleton assisted the subject's movement. The experimental results show that adding the admittance controller reduces the human-computer interaction force from 5g to 2g and 6g to 3g, respectively. © 2022 IEEE.

Mandibular defect repair has always been a clinical challenge, facing technical bottleneck. The new materials directly affect technological breakthroughs in mandibular defect repair field. Our aim is to fabricate a scaffold for mandibular defect repairing with advanced biomaterials. Therefore, a novel dual-channel printed scaffold consisting of silk fibroin/collagen type I /hydroxyapatite (SCH) and polycaprolactone/hydroxyapatite (PCL/HA) was fabricated by 3D printing technology with double nozzles. The mechanical properties and behaviors of dual-channel printed scaffold were investigated by performing uniaxial compression, creep, stress relaxation and ratcheting experiments respectively. The experiments indicated the Young modulus of dual-channel printed scaffold was 60.1 kPa and dual-channel printed scaffold was typical nolinear viscoelastic consistent with bone tissue. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was employed performing a numerical simulation to evaluate the implantation effect in mandible. The stress distribution of the contact area between scaffold and defect was uniform, the maximum Mises stress of cortical bone and cancellous bone in defect area were 54.52MPa and 3.196MPa, and the maximum displacement of cortical bone and cancellous bone in defect area were 0.1575mm and 0.1555mm, which were distributed in the incisor region. The peak value of the maximum Mises stress for the scaffold implanted was 3.128× MPa and the maximum displacement was 6.453×mm distributed near incisor area. The displacement distribution of the scaffold was consistent with that of cortical and cancellous bone. The scaffold recovered well when the force applied on it disappeared. Above all, dual-channel printed scaffold had excellent bio-mechanical properties in implanting mandible, which provides a new idea for the reconstruction of irregular bone defects in the mandible and has good clinical development prospects. © 2023, The Authors. It is very risky to apply the knowledge learned by the model on the labeled dataset directly to a completely new dataset, especially the unlabeled data, as the gap between these two domains can lead to a severe drop in model performance, However, the difference in illumination, texture and background of the image is one of the difficult problems to solve. In this paper, We proposed a Frequency domain Adjustment module (FA) and Pixel-Level feature Fusion (PLF) block for unsupervised domain adaptation of different types of features. From a frequency domain perspective, we first transfer the style of unlabeled target domain data to labeled source domain data before training using a Fourier transform. The benefit of this strategy can narrow the illumination gap between the source domain and the target domain. Secondly, due to the lack of labels in the target domain data, the feature extraction effect is poor. We consider proposing an improved multi-scale feature fusion mechanism to integrate information. Our method is experimentally validated on multiple public adaptive public datasets, The experimental results show that this method can more accurately detect and recognize images in domain adaptive scenes, and it outperforms the mainstream methods of domain adaptive object detection. © 2022 IEEE.

ESS (energy storage system) has many advantages such as flexible control, large throughput capacity and fast response speed and can provide strong support for system frequency stability with larger-scale renewable energy. In order to enhance the frequency regulation effect of ESS, this paper proposes an improved comprehensive inertia control strategy based on FC (fuzzy control). The conventional droop control is replaced by fuzzy control to improve the regulation performance and adaptivity of the whole process. SOC (state of charge) is adopted as the input of FC to consider the secure and stable constraints of ESS. In addition, FC is also applied to adjust the virtual inertia coefficients online. The proposed strategy combines the advantages of comprehensive inertial control and adaptive control and improve the frequency supporting ability of ESS under different operation conditions. Finally, simulations are conducted to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method. © 2022 IEEE.

The stability of the laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) process and the fluctuations in process parameters are closely correlated, thus monitoring the small changes in process parameters is particularly important. In this paper, a machine learning (ML)-based multi-sensor fusion approach is proposed to monitor the LPBF processing state by combining photodiode signals, acoustic signals, and visual signals. Firstly, original data is collected from single-track experiments using different process parameters with small changes. Secondly, in order to extract the motion features of the molten pool more accurately and describe its transient changes, the ellipse adjustment algorithm is employed to segment the molten pool images, reducing the interference of the spatter. The motion features of the segmented molten pool image are extracted to convert the two-dimensional (2D) signal into one dimension (1D) signal, combined with preprocessed acoustic signal and photodiode signal, enabling the integration of multi-sensing signal features to identify melting states under different process parameters. The multi-sensing signals under different process parameters are clustered using t-SNE visualization, and the correlation between the melting state and the process parameters is discussed. The results demonstrate that compared to single-sensor models, the multi-sensor integration approach considering the motion features of the molten pool can more accurately identify small changes in process parameters, which is of great significance for improving the process stability. © 2023, The Authors. Altermagnetism, as a newly identified form of unconventional antiferromagnetism, enables the removal of spin degeneracy in the absence of net magnetization that provides a platform for the low power consumption and ultra-fast device applications. However, the rare attention has been paid to the relationship between stacking, strain and altermagnet, multipiezo effect and topological state. Here, we propose a mechanism to realize the altermagnet, multipiezo effect, and topological state in two-dimensional materials by the stacking and strain engineering. Based on the analysis of symmetry, we find that the spin splitting feature related to the Ut, PTt, MzUt, or MzPTt symmetries in altermagnet multilayers. In addition, we find that the stacking engineering can effectively realize the transform from antiferromagnetism to altermagnetism and semiconductor to metal for the Jauns bilayer V2SeTeO. More interestingly, the strain not only induces an intriguing multipiezo effect, encompassing the piezovalley, piezomagnetism and piezoelectric, but also achieves the abundant topological phase. Our findings offer a generalized direction for manipulating the spin splitting, valley polarization, and topological states, promoting practical application of valleytronic and spintronic devices based on two-dimensional altermagnets. © 2025, CC BY.

Recently, CNN and Transformer hybrid networks demonstrated excellent performance in face super-resolution (FSR) tasks. Since numerous features at different scales in hybrid networks, how to fuse these multi-scale features and promote their complementarity is crucial for enhancing FSR. However, existing hybrid network-based FSR methods ignore this, only simply combining the Transformer and CNN. To address this issue, we propose an attention-guided Multi-scale interaction network (AMINet), which contains local and global feature interactions as well as encoder-decoder phases feature interactions. Specifically, we propose a Local and Global Feature Interaction Module (LGFI) to promote fusions of global features and different receptive fields' local features extracted by our Residual Depth Feature Extraction Module (RDFE). Additionally, we propose a Selective Kernel Attention Fusion Module (SKAF) to adaptively select fusions of different features within LGFI and encoder-decoder phases. Our above design allows the free flow of multi-scale features from within modules and between encoder and decoder, which can promote the complementarity of different scale features to enhance FSR. Comprehensive experiments confirm that our method consistently performs well with less computational consumption and faster inference. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In this paper, Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ(Bi2212) superconducting thin films with different crystallinity were prepared using metal nitrate as raw material. Crystallinity was modulated by complexing agent and substrate materials. The influence of crystallinity, texture, and surface morphology on the superconducting properties of Bi2212 films was studied by XRD, AFM, EBSD, etc. The results showed that the Bi2212 superconducting film grown epitaxially along the (00l) direction, and the in-plane matching relationship with the substrate was Bi2212[100](001)substrates[011](100). The Bi2212 superconducting film was distributed with a large number of disorder domains, and its superconducting properties were positively correlated with the crystallographic characteristics. © 2024, The Authors. With the proliferation of Audio Language Model (ALM) based deepfake audio, there is an urgent need for generalized detection methods. ALM-based deepfake audio currently exhibits widespread, high deception, and type versatility, posing a significant challenge to current audio deepfake detection (ADD) models trained solely on vocoded data. To effectively detect ALM-based deepfake audio, we focus on the mechanism of the ALM-based audio generation method, the conversion from neural codec to waveform. We initially constructed the Codecfake dataset, an open-source, large-scale collection comprising over 1 million audio samples in both English and Chinese, focus on ALM-based audio detection. As countermeasure, to achieve universal detection of deepfake audio and tackle domain ascent bias issue of original sharpness aware minimization (SAM), we propose the CSAM strategy to learn a domain balanced and generalized minima. In our experiments, we first demonstrate that ADD model training with the Codecfake dataset can effectively detects ALM-based audio. Furthermore, our proposed generalization countermeasure yields the lowest average equal error rate (EER) of 0.616% across all test conditions compared to baseline models.
