Robust Finite-Time Containment of Networked Heterogeneous Nonlinear systems with Intermittent Measurement Only

The robust finite-time containment problem of fully heterogeneous multiagent systems with uncertainties is often challenging, especially when only intermittent output measurement is used. To address the issue posed by the nonidentical system dynamics of multiple leaders, which makes the traditional distributed estimator form for the convex hull inapplicable, a distributed finite-time estimator is constructed for each follower to extract the system matrices and states of leaders. Then, in the output-triggering setting, a finite-time extended state observer driven by intermittent output measurement is developed to reconstruct the uncertainties and unmeasurable states of followers. Meanwhile, the non-continuous output measurement will lead to the differentiation of virtual control laws undefined. To solve this issue, a filtering compensation scheme-based finitetime controller via the backstepping technique is developed for nonlinear followers, ensuring practical finite-time stability (PFTS) of the closed-loop system. It is shown that the proposed algorithm steers each follower into the preset convex combination spanned by the positions of multiple leaders. TTST: A Top-k Token Selective Transformer for Remote Sensing Image Super-Resolution

Transformer-based method has demonstrated promising performance in image super-resolution tasks, due to its long-range and global aggregation capability. However, the existing Transformer brings two critical challenges for applying it in large-area earth observation scenes: (1) redundant token representation due to most irrelevant tokens;(2) single-scale representation which ignores scale correlation modeling of similar ground observation targets. To this end, this paper proposes to adaptively eliminate the interference of irreverent tokens for a more compact self-attention calculation. Specifically, we devise a Residual Token Selective Group (RTSG) to grasp the most crucial token by dynamically selecting the top-k keys in terms of score ranking for each query. For better feature aggregation, a Multi-scale Feed-forward Layer (MFL) is developed to generate an enriched representation of multi-scale feature mixtures during feed-forward process. Moreover, we also proposed a Global Context Attention (GCA) to fully explore the most informative components, thus introducing more inductive bias to the RTSG for an accurate reconstruction. In particular, multiple cascaded RTSGs form our final Top-k Token Selective Transformer (TTST) to achieve progressive representation. Extensive experiments on simulated and real-world remote sensing datasets demonstrate our TTST could perform favorably against state-of-the-art CNN-based and Transformer-based methods, both qualitatively and quantitatively. In brief, TTST outperforms the state-of-the-art approach (HAT-L) in terms of PSNR by 0.14 dB on average, but only accounts for 47.26% and 46.97% of its computational cost and parameters. Local-Global Temporal Difference Learning for Satellite Video Super-Resolution

Optical-flow-based and kernel-based approaches have been extensively explored for temporal compensation in satellite Video Super-Resolution (VSR). However, these techniques are less generalized in large-scale or complex scenarios, especially in satellite videos. In this paper, we propose to exploit the well-defined temporal difference for efficient and effective temporal compensation. To fully utilize the local and global temporal information within frames, we systematically modeled the short-term and long-term temporal discrepancies since we observe that these discrepancies offer distinct and mutually complementary properties. Specifically, we devise a Short-term Temporal Difference Module (S-TDM) to extract local motion representations from RGB difference maps between adjacent frames, which yields more clues for accurate texture representation. To explore the global dependency in the entire frame sequence, a Long-term Temporal Difference Module (L-TDM) is proposed, where the differences between forward and backward segments are incorporated and activated to guide the modulation of the temporal feature, leading to a holistic global compensation. Moreover, we further propose a Difference Compensation Unit (DCU) to enrich the interaction between the spatial distribution of the target frame and temporal compensated results, which helps maintain spatial consistency while refining the features to avoid misalignment. Rigorous objective and subjective evaluations conducted across five mainstream video satellites demonstrate that our method performs favorably against state-of-the-art approaches. In this paper, Prioritized Experience Replay (PER) strategy and Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) neural network are introduced to the path planning process of mobile robots, which solves the problems of slow convergence and inaccurate perception of dynamic obstacles with the Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (TD3) algorithm. We dubbed this new method as PL-TD3. Firstly, we improve the convergence speed of the algorithm by introducing PER strategy. Secondly, we use LSTM neural network to achieve the improvement of the algorithm for dynamic obstacle perception. In order to verify the method of this paper, we design static environment, dynamic environment and adaptability to dynamic experiments to compare and analyze the methods before and after improvement. The experimental results show that PL-TD3 outperforms TD3 in terms of execution time and execution path length in all environments. © 2022 IEEE.

Smart contracts are programs that run on a blockchain, where Ethereum is one of the most popular ones supporting them. Due to the fact that they are immutable, it is essential to design smart contracts bug-free before they are deployed. However, various defects have been found in the deployed smart contracts, causing huge economic losses and lowing people's trust. Writing secure smart contracts is far from trivial, where developers tend to engage in reliable resources or social coding platforms to reuse code. This leads to a large number of similar contracts with potential security risks. Therefore, detecting similarity of smart contracts helps to avoid vulnerabilities, identify threats, and improve the security of Ethereum. In this paper, we design a learning-effective and cost-efficient model, called SmartSD, for Ethereum smart contract similarity detection. Different from the current research efforts, SmartSD is performed on a bytecode level and leverages deep neural networks to learn the latent representations from the opcode sequences for smart contract bytecodes, where the representation learning and similarity measurement are supervised via siamese neural networks. The experimental evaluations demonstrate that SmartSD outperforms EClone's 93.27% accuracy, achieving 98.37% high detection accuracy and 0.9850 F1-score, which is computationally tractable and effectively mitigates the interference caused by compilers. © 2022 Knowledge systems Institute Graduate School. 3D Building Generation in Minecraft via Large Language Models

Recently, procedural content generation has exhibited considerable advancements in the domain of 2D game level generation such as Super Mario Bros. and Sokoban through large language models (LLMs). To further validate the capabilities of LLMs, this paper explores how LLMs contribute to the generation of 3D buildings in a sandbox game, Minecraft. We propose a Text to Building in Minecraft (T2BM) model, which involves refining prompts, decoding interlayer representation and repairing. Facade, indoor scene and functional blocks like doors are supported in the generation. Experiments are conducted to evaluate the completeness and satisfaction of buildings generated via LLMs. It shows that LLMs hold significant potential for 3D building generation. Given appropriate prompts, LLMs can generate correct buildings in Minecraft with complete structures and incorporate specific building blocks such as windows and beds, meeting the specified requirements of human users. The Dynamic Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) paradigm actively decides when and what to retrieve during the text generation process of Large Language Models (LLMs). However, current dynamic RAG methods fall short in both aspects: identifying the optimal moment to activate the retrieval module and crafting the appropriate query once retrieval is triggered. To overcome these limitations, we introduce an approach, namely, RaDIO, Real-Time Hallucination Detection with Contextual Index Optimized query formulation for dynamic RAG. The approach is specifically designed to make decisions on when and what to retrieve based on the LLM’s real-time information needs during the text generation process. We evaluate RaDIO along with existing methods comprehensively over several knowledge-intensive generation datasets. Experimental results show that RaDIO achieves superior performance on all tasks, demonstrating the effectiveness of our work. © 2025, Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (***). GeoReF: Geometric Alignment Across Shape Variation for Category-level Object Pose Refinement

Object pose refinement is essential for robust object pose estimation. Previous work has made significant progress towards instance-level object pose refinement. Yet, category-level pose refinement is a more challenging problem due to large shape variations within a category and the discrepancies between the target object and the shape prior. To address these challenges, we introduce a novel architecture for category-level object pose refinement. Our approach integrates an HS-layer and learnable affine transformations, which aims to enhance the extraction and alignment of geometric information. Additionally, we introduce a cross-cloud transformation mechanism that efficiently merges diverse data sources. Finally, we push the limits of our model by incorporating the shape prior information for translation and size error prediction. We conducted extensive experiments to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework. Through extensive quantitative experiments, we demonstrate significant improvement over the baseline method by a large margin across all metrics. © 2024, CC BY-NC-SA.

Two-dimensional(2D) alternating cation(ACI) perovskite surface defects,especially dominant iodine vacancies(V_Ⅰ) and undercoordinated Pb^(2+),limit the performance of perovskite solar cells(PVSCs).To address the issue,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoro-methane-sulfonate(BMIMOTF) and its iodide counterpart(BMIMI) are utilized to modify the perovskite surface *** find that BMIMI can change the perovskite surface,whereas BMIMOTF shows a nondestructive and more effective defect passivation,giving significantly reduced defect density and suppressed charge-carrier nonradiative *** mainly attributes to the marked passivation efficacy of OTF-anion on V_Ⅰ and undercoordinated Pb^(2+),rather than BMIMI^(+) *** from the rational surface-modification of BMMIMOTF,the films exhibit an optimized energy level alignment,enhanced hydrophobicity and suppressed ion ***,the BMIMOTF-modified devices achieve an impressive efficiency of 21.38% with a record open-circuit voltage of 1.195 V,which is among the best efficiencies reported for 2D PVSCs,and display greatly enhanced humidity and thermal stability.
