With the continuous development of education, online education is becoming more and more popular with learners because of its convenience. However, online education has the problem of insufficient interaction with students. Students still need to rely on the students themselves to judge the lack of knowledge in practice tasks, which will greatly affect the learning efficiency. In this paper, we propose a method based on formal concept analysis to analyze the knowledge that may not be mastered, and a method of intensive practice for students. First of all, establishing the formal context of student error test questions, construct the concept lattice to calculate the degree of importance of the knowledge concept that may not be mastered, judge the student's mastery of the knowledge concept, and give feedback. Secondly, construct the concept lattice of the unpractised test set, and calculate the similarity of the concept extension set that meets the threshold, find similar topics and push them, and realize targeted training for students who have not mastered the knowledge concepts. © 2022 SPIE.

Gradient-based repair aims to repair infeasible solutions to feasible ones using the gradient information of the constraints. As an effective constraint handling method, gradientbased repair has received extensive attention and has been applied in various evolutionary algorithms (EAs). Nevertheless, due to the complexity of constraints in practical problems, a single infeasible solution often needs to be repaired multiple times until it becomes a feasible solution or reaches the maximum number of repairs. As far as we know, existing related research on gradient-based repair mainly applies this method directly to EAs, while there is little work in the evolutionary computing community on how to improve gradient-based repair. Currently, the multiple repairs for a single individual are independent. That is, the current repair does not consider the previous repair experience. However, only using gradient information to repair infeasible individuals may result in oscillations in the search process. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a heuristic gradient-based repair method (HGR) which exploits the previous repair information of an individual to alleviate this issue. The spatial distribution of rainfall in urban areas has a significant impact on urban rainfall-runoff processes. Wind can affect raindrop trajectories and thus affect the spatial distribution of rainfall. Due to the obstructive effect of building facades, the influence of wind on the distribution of rainfall is more pronounced in urban areas. In this study, we proposed a method to detect the spatial distribution of rainfall in urban high-rise residential areas based on computational fluid dynamics modeling. The variation of rainfall distribution and the ratio of rainfall on builds to that on the ground with changes in wind speed was analyzed using the proposed method. The results show that: (1) the spatial distribution of rainfall intensity on the ground in the high-rise residential area becomes increasingly uneven with the increase in the wind speed. (2) wind can lead to an increase in the total rainfall in the high-rise residential area by more than twice. (3) the ratio of rainfall on buildings to that on the ground increases significantly with the increasing wind speed. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

Both concentrations and emissions of many air pollutants have been decreasing due to implement of control measures in China,in contrast to the fact that an increase in emissions of non-methane hydrocarbons(NMHCs)has been *** study employed seven years continuous NMHCsmeasurements and the related activities data of Shanghai,a megacity in China,to explore evolution of emissions and effectiveness of air pollution control *** mixing ratio of NMHCs showed no statistical interannual changes,of which their compositions exhibited marked *** resulted in a decreasing trend of ozone formation potential by 3.8%/year(p<0.05,the same below),which should be beneficial to ozone pollution mitigation as its production in Shanghai is in the NMHCs-limited *** alkanes,aromatics and acetylene changed by+3.7%/year,-5.9%/year and-7.4%/year,respectively,and alkenes showed no apparent *** sources were apportioned by a positive matrix factorization ***,vehicular emissions(-5.9%/year)and petrochemical industry emissions(-7.1%/year)decreased significantly,but the decrease slowed down;significant reduction in solvent usage(-9.0%/year)appeared after 2010;however,emissions of natural gas(+12.6%/year)and fuel evaporation(with an increasing fraction)became more *** inconsistency between observations and inventories was found in interannual trend and speciation as well as source contributions,emphasizing the need for further validation in NMHCs emission *** study confirms the effectiveness of measures targeting mobile and centralized emissions from industrial sources and reveals a need focusing on fugitive emissions,which provided new insights into future air policies in polluted region.

This paper presents a trajectory tracking algorithm designed for autonomous quadrotors to navigate complex dy-namic environments that is resilient to collision disturbances. Since it combines Model Predictive Contouring Control (MPCC) with the capabilities of neural networks, our method is named MPCC Integrated with Neural Augmentation (MINA). By equip-ping the quadrotor with PVDF piezoelectric sensors, we achieve real-time perception of collision forces and utilize S4D-Conv Adaptive Net Architecture (SANA) for state computation, a network that integrates the advantages of S4D and convolutional kernels to enhance the accuracy of state predictions. We incorporate the predicted results into the MPCC framework to optimize the thrust output of the quadrotor for the next time step, ensuring precise trajectory tracking. Experimental validation demonstrates the reliability and effectiveness of our algorithm, providing an innovative solution for autonomous flight and trajectory tracking of quadrotors in complex dynamic environments. © 2025 IEEE.

Diffusion models are powerful generative models, and this capability can also be applied to discrimination. The inner activations of a pre-trained diffusion model can serve as features for discriminative tasks, namely, diffusion feature. We discover that diffusion feature has been hindered by a hidden yet universal phenomenon that we call content shift. To be specific, there are content differences between features and the input image, such as the exact shape of a certain object. We locate the cause of content shift as one inherent characteristic of diffusion models, which suggests the broad existence of this phenomenon in diffusion feature. Further empirical study also indicates that its negative impact is not negligible even when content shift is not visually perceivable. Hence, we propose to suppress content shift to enhance the overall quality of diffusion features. Specifically, content shift is related to the information drift during the process of recovering an image from the noisy input, pointing out the possibility of turning off-the-shelf generation techniques into tools for content shift suppression. We further propose a practical guideline named GATE to efficiently evaluate the potential benefit of a technique and provide an implementation of our methodology. Despite the simplicity, the proposed approach has achieved superior results on various tasks and datasets, validating its potential as a generic booster for diffusion features.
