Objective:To assess the efficacy of Qingda Granule(QDG) in ameliorating hypertensioninduced cardiac damage and investigate the underlying mechanisms ***:Twenty spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs) were used to develope a hypertension-induced cardiac damage *** 10Wistar Kyoto(WKY) rats were used as normotension *** were administrated intragastrically QDG[0.9 g/(kg·d)] or an equivalent volume of pure water for 8 *** pressure,histopathological changes,cardiac function,levels of oxidative stress and inflammatory response markers were ***,to gain insights into the potential mechanisms underlying the protective effects of QDG against hypertensioninduced cardiac injury,a network pharmacology study was *** results were validated by Western blot,radioimmunoassay immunohistochemistry and quantitative polymerase chain reaction,***:The administration of QDG resulted in a significant decrease in blood pressure levels in SHRs(P<0.01).Histological examinations,including hematoxylin-eosin staining and Masson trichrome staining revealed that QDG effectively attenuated hypertension-induced cardiac ***,echocardiography demonstrated that QDG improved hypertension-associated cardiac ***-linked immunosorbent assay and colorimetric method indicated that QDG significantly reduced oxidative stress and inflammatory response levels in both myocardial tissue and serum(P<0.01).Conclusion:Both network pharmacology and experimental investigations confirmed that QDG exerted its beneficial effects in decreasing hypertensioninduced cardiac damage by regulating the angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)/angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)/Ang Ⅱreceptor type 1 axis and ACE/Ang Ⅱ/Ang Ⅱ receptor type 2 axis.

The main components of SM cloud are designed, and its research topics are summarized. Then, SM's key technologies are studied. 3D technologies for apparel customization, like 3D modeling, 3D fitting mirror and 3D customization, are developed to improve the customization precision and user experience. Information based collaborative management is realized to share, communicate,and handle the information efficiently among all groups and individuals of SM cloud. Suppliers' evaluation mechanism is designed to support the optimal decisions making. Next, SM cloud is constructed in five layers for high-end apparel *** using SM cloud based crowd-sourcing, social resources can be allocated rationally and utilized efficiently, consumer can customize the product in any processes like innovation, design,making, marketing and service, and traditional apparel enterprise can be upgraded into SM mode for keeping it competitive in the future customization markets.

This paper presents an Euler discretized inertial delayed neuron model, and its bifurcation dynamical behaviors are discussed. By using the associated characteristic model, center manifold theorem and the normal form method, it is shown that the model not only undergoes codimension one(flip, Neimark-Sacker) bifurcation, but also undergoes cusp and resonance bifurcation(1:1 and 1:2) of codimension two. Further, it is found that the parity of delay has some effect on bifurcation behaviors. Finally, some numerical simulations are given to support the analytic results and explore complex dynamics, such as periodic orbits near homoclinic orbits, quasiperiodic orbits, and chaotic orbits.

The recently increased interests in visual measurement and control applied to underwater robots have challenged the existing visual technologies that once were sufficient in ground-based applications. This paper surveys the major difficulties and representative applications in underwater visual measurement and control, most of which result from the particularity of the aquatic environments. Specifically, the state of the art of the underwater vision is summarized from different perspectives, primarily involving key points and existing problems. In particular, the application of the embedded vision-based system in the context of bionics is accented. Finally, the potential development trends and possible breakthroughs are discussed, shedding light on the effort both in hardware and software to advance real-world underwater vision applications.
