Different road conditions and dynamic environment bring significant challenges to the control system of autonomous driving vehicle（ADV）. As is known, historical data collected from ADV contains valuable information about control systems,therefore, it is a promising thing to study adaptive control algorithms that have certain learning ability. In order to improve the control performance of ADV and the efficiency in data usage, in this paper, a model free adaptive control algorithm based on regularized online sequential extreme learning machine（ReOSELM） is introduced, it is difficult to analyze the algorithm based on neural network, and the system stability by improved update algorithm of ReOSELM is proved. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm is effective in improving control precision when ADV is turning, and experimental results on an autonomous driving vehicle show that this algorithm is effective in real environment.

Currently, control strategies for distributed photovoltaic (PV) power generation are relatively single and rigid, and cannot flexibly adapt to the diverse demands of power grids in different scenarios. Firstly, this paper analyzes the adaptive relationship between different dispatching demands, the regulation ability of distributed PV, and the characteristics of the local voltage. Secondly, for different scenarios, the coordinated controller determines the reference values of active power and reactive power given to the inverter. Thus, distributed PV power control modes which can adapt to different scenarios have been established. Then, these control modes can be classified into single control modes and compound control modes according to the complexity of scenario demands. On this basis, a specific two-layer adaptive control strategy and process of distributed PV power generation in a low-voltage distribution network are further proposed, which takes into account both external demands of the distribution network and the regulation ability of distributed PV. Finally, a case study is given to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the two-layer adaptive scenarios control strategy. This strategy can effectively improve the comprehensive support ability of distributed PV power generation towards the power grid in multiple scenarios, and improve the stable operation level of the regional power grid.

Accurate load forecasting is conducive to the reasonable arrangement of power grid dispatching plans. Traditional load forecasting methods cannot handle the time series and nonlinear characteristics of load well. Long-short term memory (LSTM) neural networks can record long-term and short-term information, which can effectively solve this kind of problem. But the parameters of LSTM network are difficult to determine. For this reason, this paper proposes a long-short term neural network based on genetic algorithm. The learning rate and iteration number of the LSTM network are used as chromosomes, and the genes are continuously selected, crossed, and mutated to obtain more good genes. Comparing this method with the standard LSTM network, the simulation results show that the LSTM network using genetic algorithm for parameter optimization improves the prediction accuracy of the standard LSTM network by 63%. © 2020 IEEE.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are increasingly important in dynamic environments such as logistics transportation and disaster response. However, current tasks often rely on human operators to monitor aerial videos and make operational decisions. This mode of human-machine collaboration suffers from significant limitations in efficiency and adaptability. In this paper, we present AirVista-II—an end-to-end agentic system for embodied UAVs, designed to enable general-purpose semantic understanding and reasoning in dynamic scenes. The system integrates agent-based task identification and scheduling, multimodal perception mechanisms, and differentiated keyframe extraction strategies tailored for various temporal scenarios, enabling the efficient capture of critical scene information. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system achieves high-quality semantic understanding across diverse UAV-based dynamic scenarios under a zero-shot setting. This paper studies the problem of trajectory tracking control for directional drilling in underground coal mine by devising a robust model predictive control method. First, a directional drilling trajectory extension model is obtained by the linearization of a drilling tool kinematic model through the Taylor series expansion in the borehole depth domain. Then, in view of the influence of the uncertainty of the drilling tool slope and external interference, a robust model predictive control method is introduced in the form of an optimal control problem. A sufficient condition is obtained to calculate the corresponding controller gain matrix on the premise of satisfying the stability of the closedloop control system and the H∞ performance index. At last, the effectiveness of our method is illustrated through simulation analysis. Compared with model predictive control, robust model predictive control directly incorporates the uncertainty of the drilling tool slope and external interference into the control design, enabling it to better adapt to the complex and variable underground coal mine environment. © 2025 IEEE.

Telemedicine plays an important role in Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).The virtual surgery simulation system,as a key component in telemedicine,requires to compute in ***,this paper proposes a realtime cutting model based on finite element and order reduction method,which improves the computational speed and ensure the real-time *** proposed model uses the finite element model to construct a deformation model of the virtual ***,a model order reduction method combining proper orthogonal decomposition and Galerkin projection is employed to reduce the amount of deformation *** addition,the cutting path is formed according to the collision intersection position of the surgical instrument and the lesion area of the virtual ***,the Bezier curve is adopted to draw the incision outline after the virtual lung has been ***,the simulation system is set up on the PHANTOM OMNI force haptic feedback device to realize the cutting simulation of the virtual *** results show that the proposed model can enhance the real-time performance of telemedicine,reduce the complexity of the cutting simulation and make the incision smoother and more natural.

A Many-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm Assisted by Ideal Hyperplane

In many-objective optimization problems (MaOPs), it is a difficult task for evolutionary algorithms to balance convergence and diversity while rapidly converging to the Pareto front. As the number of objectives increases, the difficulty of evolutionary algorithms increases with individual selection pressure. To address above problems, we propose a many-objective evolution algorithm assisted by an ideal hyperplane (MaOEA-IH). Firstly, the ideal hyperplane as a reference surface to guide the individual to search the Pareto front, which is established from the extremum of each dimension of the objective space. Secondly, a parallel p -norm mating selection strategy is proposed to improve convergence. In addition, two factors are considered in this strategy: 1) different p -norm are used to measure different spatial scales;2) individual selection uncertainty is defined by incorporating a probabilistic perturbation mechanism. Thirdly, the improved shift-based density estimation strategy is used as the evaluation criterion for environmental selection to improve the convergence and diversity of solution sets and enhance selection pressure. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, MAOEA-IH is compared with seven excellent algorithms in three benchmark sets (DTLZ, WFG and MaF). The results show that the proposed MAOEA-IH is highly competitive in solving MaOPs. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In this paper, a deep residual network based on convolutional block attention module (CBAM) is proposed, which is utilized for feature extraction of partially occluded face expression data. The proposed method overcomes the problem of localized occlusion face feature extraction by focusing on the regions and channels containing important information in the occluded face data through CBAM. Multi-task cascaded convolutional networks (MTCNN) are firstly utilized to localize the key regions of face emotion, and then deep emotion features are extracted by CBAM-ResNet network. The final emotion labels are generated. The effectiveness of this paper's method is verified on the RAF-DB dataset and the occluded CK+ dataset. The experimental accuracy in the RAF-DB dataset is 76.3%, which is 3.74% and 1.64% higher than the accuracy produced by the method of RGBT, and the WLS-RF, respectively. Application experiments are carried out in the real teaching scenario, which verifies the applicability of the algorithm in the real teaching scene.

As an important part of AC-DC hybrid microgrid, battery energy storage systems (ESSs) can improve the flexibility and economy of system operation. This paper presented an optimized operation method for AC-DC hybrid microgrid considering the dynamic efficiency and maximum absorption power of vanadium redox flow battery (VRB). Firstly, the model of dynamic efficiency and maximum absorption power for VRB ESSs were respectively established. And then, the structure of AC-DC hybrid microgrid was designed and the operation optimization method of AC-DC hybrid microgrid was reasonably constructed. Finally, the proposed optimized operation method for AC-DC hybrid microgrid was solved by particle swarm optimization. Case studies showed that dynamic efficiency and maximum absorption power of VRB ESSs have a great influence on the operation of AC-DC hybrid microgrid.

This paper considers the problem of monitoring and adaptively estimating an environmental field, such as temperature or salinity, using an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV). The AUV moves in the field and persistently measures environmental scalars and its position in its local coordinate frame. The environmental scalars are approximately linearly distributed over the region of interest, and an adaptive estimator is designed to estimate the gradient. By orthogonal decomposition of the velocity of the AUV, a linear time-varying system is equivalently constructed, and the sufficient conditions on the motion of the AUV are established, under which the global exponential stability of the estimation error system is rigorously proved. Furthermore, an estimate of the exponential convergence rate is given, and a reference trajectory that maximizes the estimate of the convergence rate is obtained for the AUV to track. Numerical examples verify the stability and efficiency of the system.
