Log-based insider threat detection (ITD) detects malicious user activities by auditing log entries. Recently, Large Language Models (LLMs) with strong common sense knowledge are emerging in the domain of ITD. Nevertheless, diverse activity types and overlong log files pose a significant challenge for LLMs to directly discern malicious ones within myriads of normal activities. Furthermore, the faithfulness hallucination issue from LLMs aggravates its application difficulty in ITD, as the generated conclusion may not align with user commands and activity context. In response to these challenges, we introduce Audit-LLM, a multi-agent log-based insider threat detection framework comprising three collaborative agents: (i) the Decomposer agent, breaking down the complex ITD task into manageable sub-tasks using Chain-of-Thought (COT) reasoning;(ii) the Tool Builder agent, creating reusable tools for sub-tasks to overcome context length limitations in LLMs;and (iii) the Executor agent, generating the final detection conclusion by invoking constructed tools. To enhance conclusion accuracy, we propose a pair-wise Evidence-based Multi-agent Debate (EMAD) mechanism, where two independent Executors iteratively refine their conclusions through reasoning exchange to reach a consensus. Comprehensive experiments conducted on three publicly available ITD datasets—CERT r4.2, CERT r5.2, and PicoDomain—demonstrate the superiority of our method over existing baselines and show that the proposed EMAD significantly improves the faithfulness of explanations generated by LLMs. 1 2 Copyright © 2024, The Authors. This paper proposes a method for adapting the layout of flexible workpieces of various shapes, in order to reduce the difficulty of location design for personalized shapes. Different from the previous location design that relied on the experiences of engineers, this method establishes an optimization model that determines the number of datum points and the optimal solution based on the centroid characteristics of the workpieces. The optimization index of this model is to control the minimum deformation of the overall flexible workpieces and the minimum variance of the deformation at the maximum deformation point. Taking the characteristics of the workpieces as a priori constraints for location determination, this model obtains the optimal solution combined with finite element analysis. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified through a numerical example. © 2024 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.

A basic problem of quantum computing is how to effectively express classical data in quantum systems. This problem is called state preparation problem, and the process of preparing quantum states is called coding. In this paper, the classical data of matrix is transformed into quantum states in the form of amplitude coding and simulated. This paper first introduces the detailed process of matrix transformation into the linear combination of quantum ground state, then designs a quantum circuit model to realize amplitude coding according to the idea of binary tree model and quantum random walk algorithm, and finally simulates the three matrices on IBM quantum cloud platform, and analyzes and introduces many situations. The experimental results verify the feasibility of converting the matrix into quantum states by amplitude coding, analyze the causes of errors in the experimental process, and put forward the corresponding solutions. This paper introduces in detail the whole process of matrix conversion to quantum states and the construction of quantum circuits for simulation. Compared with the existing experiments, the quantum circuits constructed in this paper are shorter in length, less in number of quantum gates, and more versatile.

At present, the scale of quantum computers in the real sense is still small, and quantum simulation has become one of the important ways of quantum theory research, grover quantum search algorithm is suitable for the search problem of disordered database. Firstly, according to the implementation principle of Grover algorithm and Boolean logic relationship, the design idea of multi-objective Oracle is analyzed, based on IBMQ quantum cloud platform, the quantum circuit of Grover algorithm with multi-objective items is simulated. Based on the characteristics of Grover algorithm and the simulation process of quantum gate, the action of multiple identical quantum gates is combined to reduce the update times of probability amplitude and improve the simulation efficiency. The libquantum quantum simulator is used for experiments and the target item is successfully searched, which proves the feasibility of the optimization method and provides reference for the simulation and optimization of other quantum algorithms.

Taking advantage of their inherent dexterity,robotic arms are competent in completing many tasks *** a result of the modeling complexity and kinematic uncertainty of robotic arms,model-free control paradigm has been proposed and investigated ***,robust model-free control of robotic arms in the presence of noise interference remains a problem worth *** this paper,we first propose a new kind of zeroing neural network(ZNN),i.e.,integration-enhanced noise-tolerant ZNN(IENT-ZNN)with integration-enhanced noisetolerant ***,a unified dual IENT-ZNN scheme based on the proposed IENT-ZNN is presented for the kinematic control problem of both rigid-link and continuum robotic arms,which improves the performance of robotic arms with the disturbance of noise,without knowing the structural parameters of the robotic *** finite-time convergence and robustness of the proposed control scheme are proven by theoretical ***,simulation studies and experimental demonstrations verify that the proposed control scheme is feasible in the kinematic control of different robotic arms and can achieve better results in terms of accuracy and robustness.

Mining penetration testing semantic knowledge hidden in vast amounts of raw penetration testing data is of vital importance for automated penetration *** rule mining,a data mining technique,has been studied and explored for a long ***,few studies have focused on knowledge discovery in the penetration testing *** experimental result reveals that the long-tail distribution of penetration testing data nullifies the effectiveness of associative rule mining algorithms that are based on frequent *** address this problem,a Bayesian inference based penetration semantic knowledge mining algorithm is ***,a directed bipartite graph model,a kind of Bayesian network,is constructed to formalize penetration testing ***,we adopt the maximum likelihood estimate method to optimize the model parameters and decompose a large Bayesian network into smaller networks based on conditional independence of variables for improved solution ***,irrelevant variable elimination is adopted to extract penetration semantic knowledge from the conditional probability distribution of the *** experimental results show that the proposed method can discover penetration semantic knowledge from raw penetration testing data effectively and efficiently.

With the metaverse being the development direction of the next generation Internet,the popularity of intelligent devices,and the maturity of various emerging technologies,more and more intelligent devices try to connect to the Internet,which poses a major threat to the management and security protection of network *** present,the mainstream method of network equipment identification in the metaverse is to obtain the network traffic data generated in the process of device communication,extract the device features through analysis and processing,and identify the device based on a variety of learning *** methods often require manual participation,and it is difficult to capture the small differences between similar devices,leading to identification ***,we propose a deep learning device recognition method based on a spatial attention ***,we extract the required feature fields from the acquired network traffic ***,we normalize the data and convert it into grayscale *** that,we add a spatial attention mechanism to CNN and MLP respectively to increase the difference between similar network devices and further improve the recognition ***,we identify devices based on the deep learning model.A large number of experiments were carried out on 31 types of network devices such as web cameras,wireless routers,and *** results show that the accuracy of the proposed recognition method based on the spatial attention mechanism is increased by 0.8%and 2.0%,respectively,compared with the recognition method based only on the deep learning model under the CNN and MLP *** method proposed in this paper is significantly superior to the existing method of device-type recognition based only on a deep learning model.

In recent years, driven by huge engineering demands, industrial Cyber-Physical System (iCPS) has developed rapidly. As an important energy conversion device in iCPS, stable operation of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is very important to ensure the availability of the whole iCPS. In this paper, based on Lyapunov stability theory, the function projective synchronization (FPS) of chaotic PMSM systems with certain and uncertain system parameters are investigated, respectively. The proposed control method is proved by using explicit numerical theory and then applied in numerical simulations. From the results of simulations, effectiveness of the control method is obviously. Our study can solve the synchronization and motors coordination problem in industry manufacture. © 2021 IEEE

Ferritin stores and releases iron ions in *** is globally important as a drug *** is because of its unique hollow-spherical structure,desirable stability and biological *** drug-loading approaches plus various functionalization approaches have been developed to improve ferritin in response to differing demands in disease ***,we critically review ferritin drug delivery and evaluate its diverse drug-loading and functionalization approaches,we:(1)Introduce basic structural and property information related to ferritin as a drug nanocarrier;(2)Contrast in detail the different means to load drugs and the selection of drug loading means;(3)Discuss multiple ferritin functionalization approaches,together with related advantages and potential risks;and,(4)Compare ferritin with alternative,commonly-used drug *** conclude that despite that no drugs based on ferritin are commercially available,the market potential for it is significant,and evaluate future research *** from this work will be of immediate benefit and interest to a wide range of researchers and manufacturers for drug delivery using ferritin.
