While deep learning has significantly advanced point cloud analysis, extracting effective features from their disordered structure remains challenging. Existing approaches often rely on complex network architectures or manual feature engineering to achieve rotation invariance, which increases inference latency. This paper offers a novel perspective on this challenge, showing that rotation-sensitive models can achieve performance comparable to rotation-invariant models when trained with rotation-augmented data. Given the significant differences in the feature distributions of rotation-sensitive and rotation-invariant models, we propose Feature Rotation Invariance Learning (FRIL), a framework that leverages Distance Metric Learning and rotation-based constraints to help rotation-sensitive models extract rotation-invariant features. This approach eliminates the need for additional modules, enabling robust performance against rotations. Extensive experiments demonstrate that FRIL consistently outperforms existing rotation-invariant methods across various visual tasks. © 2024 IEEE.

Analyzing user behavior from promiscuous network traffic, digging out user characteristics, and analyzing user behavior patterns are the main purposes of user association analysis. Existing methods start from the traffic generated by users and manually select the features that need to be extracted with the help of expert knowledge, the effect of the model depends to a certain extent on the quality of the selected features. This paper proposes a convolutional neural network-based user promiscuous traffic association analysis method Convolutional Neural Networks Based Association Analysis (CNNBAA). First, the traffic generated by users surfing the internet is preprocessed, such as segmentation, anonymization, and an interception, and then mapped into RGB map as the input data of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), and then use Residual Networks (ResNet) train the generated images to obtain a network model that can independently learn the characteristics of user online behavior. This method does not require manual selection of features and uses a convolutional neural network to learn features autonomously. We collected the network traffic in the true environment, constructed the experimental data set, and obtained the best traffic segmentation method and the best image conversion resolution through experiments. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the model is above 88%, which achieves the expected effect. © 2021 IEEE.

Currently, many computation offloading studies in Mobile Edge computing (MEC) mainly focus on the multi-user and multi-task offloading, where the tasks are independent and inseparable. However, nowadays many mobile applications, such as Augmented Reality (AR) glasses, face recognition, etc., can be classified into sequential tasks. Dependencies among tasks and resource competition among multiple users in the heterogeneous edge environment make the offloading problem very challenging. In this paper, we propose a new multi-user sequential task (MUST) framework to address the above challenge. Specifically, we present a comprehensive analysis of the time cost of the task offloading process in the MUST framework and define the multi-user sequential task offloading problem. Moreover, we prove the problem is NP-hard and propose a reMUST algorithm based on regular expression to obtain the approximate optimal solution. Numerous experiments have shown that the proposed method is superior to existing alternatives in terms of cost and system scalability. © 2021, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications engineering.

In the era of big data, personal privacy leakage has become a hidden danger for social development. As an output privacy protection model, differential privacy can effectively quantify and limit personal privacy disclosure. Combining differential privacy with decision tree algorithm, a decision tree algorithm is proposed to meet differential privacy protection. The algorithm uses exponential mechanism to select split nodes and Laplace mechanism to add noise to leaf nodes. When allocating the privacy budget, the correlation and quantity of the data set are fully considered, which saves the privacy budget and realizes the dynamic change of the privacy budget with the change of the size of the data set. The experimental result on Adult data set display algorithm effectively improves the accuracy of classification result prediction under the premise of privacy protection. © 2021 IEEE.

Robust zero-watermarking algorithm for medical images based on K-means and DCT

To better protect patient information in medical images and improve the security of medical image transmission, this paper studies a robust watermarking algorithm for medical images based on K-means and Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT). Firstly, the watermark is preprocessed by chaotic encryption to make it more secure. Then, the K-means clustering algorithm is used to classify the grey values of the pixels in the medical image to obtain the feature image after the cluster segmentation;then the DCT is used to extract the feature coefficient matrix and transform it into the feature hash sequence of the image. Finally, the zero-watermark technology is used to combine the feature hash sequence with the encrypted watermark to realise the embedding and extraction of the watermark. Experiments show that the algorithm not only can resist conventional attacks, but also has good robustness against geometric attacks. Copyright © 2022 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.

The regional characteristics of middle-aged women in Xinjiang are obvious, and the phenomenon of incompatible clothing is prominent. In order to avoid the information loss of principal component analysis or factor analysis during body type classification, this study uses the LightGBM algorithm to establish a body type recognition model based on the results of K-Means clustering, and compares it with random forest and linear regression recognition models. It is found that the LightGBM model has the best body type recognition effect. it is good. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis, regression equations between variables are obtained. Based on the new cultural prototype, Liu Ruipu women's clothing prototype, and Donghua prototype, a clothing prototype suitable for middle-aged women in Xinjiang is established. Through virtual fitting evaluation and actual fitting, the experimental prototypes established based on the Donghua prototype and the Liu Ruipu prototype can meet the needs of middle-aged women for the comfort and aesthetics of clothing. The experimental prototype established by the Donghua prototype has the best effect. © 2022 The authors and IOS Press.
