With the proliferation of cloud services, the work of large-scale image retrieval is carried out on remote cloud become a trend in order to get rid of the storage burden and computation. However, traditional retrieval work based on centralized cloud services is considered to take risk in giving away users' privacy in many researches. We need a secure way for retrieving and storing images by decentralized approach. In this paper, we propose a decentralized scheme named PPIRB(An Privacy-Preserving Image Retrieval Scheme Base on Blockchain) for retrieving images based on blockchain. We used the data structure called amplifying locality sensitive hashing (ALSH) to improve search accuracy. Searchable symmetric en-cryption(SSE) and ALSH used to realize the encryption retrieval of image index on the blockchain. Our scheme also uses IPFS to replace the cloud server to realize distributed storage, and uses secret sharing scheme to realize the access control. We implemented and evaluated the scheme in Ethereum, and the results show that our scheme is efficient and accurate in finding similar images while preserving privacy. The overall overhead is reasonable. © 2022 IEEE.

The precise segmentation and tracking of cells in microscopy image sequences play a pivotal role in biomedical research, facilitating the study of tissue, organ, and organism development. However, manual segmentation and tracking of cells is time-consuming and often require professional experiences. Besides, segmenting cells in the images with a low signal-to-noise ratio remains difficult. While deep learning (DL) has become a common method for cell segmentation, few DL- based methods address concurrent cell segmentation and tracking. In this paper, we propose a novel DL approach featuring graph-based tracking for cell segmentation and tracking in microscopy images. We combine Deeplabv3+ for semantic segmentation and ResNet50 for enhanced feature extraction, enabling comprehensive cell detection and instance segmentation. Post-processing, involving non-maxima suppression and outlier detection, refines predictions and produces final segmentation. The tracking method is based on the relative position of graph nodes to track segmented cells, encompassing cell division and apoptosis. We conduct our experiments on the induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell datasets, and the results show that the segmentation and tracking performance of our method yields superior performance compared to the benchmark models. More specifically, our approach achieved DET values of 0.955 and 0.913, TRA values of 0.951 and 0.906, and SEG values of 0.690 and 0.665 on two iPS dataset videos, respectively. Additionally, the performance assessment encompasses four real microscopy datasets from the Cell Tracking Challenge (CTC). Our method greatly reduces the cost of manual labeling and labor-intensive costs. © 2023 IEEE.

Graph matching has a wide range of applications. However, graph matching faces two challenges: high computational complexity and loss information of graph embedded. In order to solve these two problems and correctly identify the similarity between two function control flow graphs, we propose a binary function similarity comparison method based on Graph Mover's Distance. The model takes two graphs as input, and first learns the spatial structure of the nodes in the graph based on the graph attention neural network to form the node embedding. Then we use the sum of the distance between the two sets of node embeddings to represent the distance between the graphs as the graph similarity index. We conduct experiments on the control flow graph of the program and prove the effectiveness of the method. © 2020 IEEE.

In the era of big data, personal privacy leakage has become a hidden danger for social development. As an output privacy protection model, differential privacy can effectively quantify and limit personal privacy disclosure. Combining differential privacy with decision tree algorithm, a decision tree algorithm is proposed to meet differential privacy protection. The algorithm uses exponential mechanism to select split nodes and Laplace mechanism to add noise to leaf nodes. When allocating the privacy budget, the correlation and quantity of the data set are fully considered, which saves the privacy budget and realizes the dynamic change of the privacy budget with the change of the size of the data set. The experimental result on Adult data set display algorithm effectively improves the accuracy of classification result prediction under the premise of privacy protection. © 2021 IEEE.

The regional characteristics of middle-aged women in Xinjiang are obvious, and the phenomenon of incompatible clothing is prominent. In order to avoid the information loss of principal component analysis or factor analysis during body type classification, this study uses the LightGBM algorithm to establish a body type recognition model based on the results of K-Means clustering, and compares it with random forest and linear regression recognition models. It is found that the LightGBM model has the best body type recognition effect. it is good. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis, regression equations between variables are obtained. Based on the new cultural prototype, Liu Ruipu women's clothing prototype, and Donghua prototype, a clothing prototype suitable for middle-aged women in Xinjiang is established. Through virtual fitting evaluation and actual fitting, the experimental prototypes established based on the Donghua prototype and the Liu Ruipu prototype can meet the needs of middle-aged women for the comfort and aesthetics of clothing. The experimental prototype established by the Donghua prototype has the best effect. © 2022 The authors and IOS Press.

Multimodal fake news detection aims to automatically identify real or fake news, thereby mitigating the adverse effects caused by such misinformation. Although prevailing approaches have demonstrated their effectiveness, challenges persist in cross-modal feature fusion and refinement for classification. To address this, we present a residual-aware compensation network with multi-granularity constraints (RaCMC) for fake news detection, that aims to sufficiently interact and fuse cross-modal features while amplifying the differences between real and fake news. First, a multiscale residual-aware compensation module is designed to interact and fuse features at different scales, and ensure both the consistency and exclusivity of feature interaction, thus acquiring high-quality features. Second, a multi-granularity constraints module is implemented to limit the distribution of both the news overall and the image-text pairs within the news, thus amplifying the differences between real and fake news at the news and feature levels. Finally, a dominant feature fusion reasoning module is developed to comprehensively evaluate news authenticity from the perspectives of both consistency and inconsistency. Due to the inherent flaws of BGP protocol, the security of inter domain routing system has been regularly threatened. Since it is difficult to achieve collaborative defense against existing resources and strategies of multiple autonomous systems, this paper designs and organizes them into autonomous system community. Within the community, a precomputing multi-link generation mechanism is proposed based on genetic algorithm. Before the inter domain routing system is attacked, the link set can be generated as complete as possible in advance. Once an attack occurs, the community will quickly select proper precomputing links to replace the failed ones, in order to ensure the stability of inter domain communication. The effectiveness of the mechanism has been proved in function and performance through simulation experiments. © 2022 IEEE.

Low signal to noise ratio (SNR) remains one of the limitations of diffusion weighted (DW) imaging. How to suppress the influence of noise on the subsequent analysis about the tissue microstructure is still challenging. This work proposed a novel self-supervised learning model, Replace2Self, to effectively reduce spatial correlated noise in DW images. Specifically, a voxel replacement strategy based on similar block matching in Q-space was proposed to destroy the correlations of noise in DW image along one diffusion gradient direction. To alleviate the signal gap caused by the voxel replacement, an image mixing strategy based on complementary mask was designed to generate two different noisy DW images. After that, these two noisy DW images were taken as input, and the non-correlated noisy DWimage after voxel replacement was taken as learning target, a denoising network was trained for denoising. To promote the denoising performance, a complementary mask mixing consistency loss and an inverse replacement regularization loss were also proposed. Through the comparisons against several existing DW image denoising methods on extensive simulation data with different noise distributions, noise levels and b-values, as well as the acquisition datasets and the ablation experiments, we verified the effectiveness of the proposed method. Regardless of the noise distribution and noise level, the proposed method achieved the highest PSNR, which was at least 1.9% higher than the suboptimal method when the noise level reaches 10%. Furthermore, our method has superior generalization ability due to the use of the proposed strategies. © 2025 IEEE. All rights reserved.
