In this paper, adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithm, with lifting technology, is develop to solve the multi-rate optimal control problem for discrete-time linear systems. We make use of the lifting technology to convert the multi-rate sample control problem to the single-rate one in the uniform cycle. The propose a Q-Leaming based approach to learn the optimal regulator by a value iteration (VI) algorithm. First, a class of continuous-time (CT) linear system with multi-timescale is considered. Then, the convergence of a Q-Learning based algorithm is given. It is proven that the iterative cost function precisely converges to the optimal value, and the control input also converges to the optimal values. Finally, HIL system for grinding process is given to illustrate the effective performance of the proposed method.

Distributed flexible resources are developing in the trend of sea quantization. In this situation, the existing resource aggregation methods are facing bottlenecks, and it is difficult to fully exploit the regulation potential of massive flexible resources. In order to achieve efficient and flexible aggregation in the scenario of massive resources, this paper proposes a self-organizing aggregation method for flexible resources based on the social network and simulates the aggregation process under the proposed method based on the multi-agent simulation platform NetLogo. Firstly, this paper outlines the idea of the self-organizing aggregation method for flexible resources, which projects flexible resources from the physical space to the social network space, and realizes flexible aggregation through the interactive attraction between resources in the social network. Secondly, this paper establishes a simulation model for flexible resource self-organizing aggregation based on the NetLogo platform. The model defines four types of agents involved in the self-organizing aggregation process and provides detailed specifications for their attributes and interaction rules. Finally, simulation experiments are designed to verify the rationality of the self-organizing aggregation method and simulation model proposed in this paper. The simulation results show that, following the idea of self-organizing aggregation, massive flexible resources can autonomously and flexibly aggregate through the interaction attraction in the social network due to the incentive of task gain, demonstrating the effectiveness and rationality of the self-organizing aggregation method and the simulation model proposed in this paper.

Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) is expected to improve the energy and spectral efficiency of communication systems. Probability hypothesis density (PHD) simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) without explicit data association is one of the mainstream algorithms for implementing sensing function in ISAC. However, most existing research focused on multi-sensor and multi-user sensing fusion, while few studies involve multi base station (BS) fusion schemes. In this study, we introduce the virtual reference point rather than common used virtual anchor to model reflecting surface to form a consistent description of the surrounding environment among different BSs. Then, the estimation results of BSs are sequentially utilized as prior information, which is compared with arithmetic average (AA) and generalized covariance intersection (GCI) fusion algorithms. To improve the poor performance of existing schemes when filed of view (FoV) of different BSs is partial overlapped, we propose the concept of establishing global cloud map. The AA fusion algorithm is integrated into cloud fusion to improve the map estimation performance. Simulation results demonstrate that the performance of sequential fusion is superior to AA and GCI schemes when FoVs of different BSs are fully overlapped. Besides, the cloud map fusion scheme can obtain global maps even if some features are no longer in FoV, as well as improve the accuracy and stability of local maps estimation for each BS.
